Why isn't my apps downloding?

Whenever I download something on my iPad it says waiting and doesn't download at all! It doesn't even show the blue line when it's in process!!!!! PLEASE HELP OR I WILL FREAK OUT (LITERALLY)!!!

1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to download apps.
2. Connect iTune; and Check for available download (under Store). When download is completed, sync to iPad.

Either they've been moved to another home screen or dropped in a folder, in which case doing a search or resetting the Home Screen layout (Settings/General/Reset) should bring them up, or they've been turned off in General/Restrictions.

Because like a computer, you always need more space that the download size takes up. One reason is that the app needs to be expanded to be installed.

you can either turn on auto updates under settings>iTunes and app store> under automatic updates turn on apps
also you can go on the App Store and under updates click update all

I think you just have to keep retrying throughout the day.
Once you get in, perhaps just update the Apps that are most important to you for now.

I have a new email address. I've changed my email address in Itunes and it shows the new address. When I try to get apps from the App Store it shows my old email address and won't allow me in. Why is the Apple ID in the App store still my old one when I tunes shows my new one?

I really just saw the app on a IPAD spent alot of money for a IMAC and would like to use the same software, but I guess software isn't available across the board as of yet? Would be happy to purchase said program if it were to come out. I am studing for my Cisco certifications and to have a powerful app to help me continue to study more proficently would be great. I implore apple to hear me out and maybe create a resolution to this or make apps that are for the computer better so the can match up to a 3.99 app for a tablet.

Why isn't the App Store working on my iPad.

I can get into the App Store but I can't update, download or search for apps. It just has the little twirly circle icon, never asks me for my password or comes up with anything. This problem started 4-6 days ago in the middle of app downloads. I have tried numerous times to get it working again but I can't.

This procedure is complicated, but you probably won't have to do all of it.
Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried until the issue is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Check the status of the service. If it's down, wait tor it to come back up. There may be a localized outage, even if the status indicator is green.

Check that the date (including the year) and time shown by your system clock are correct.
Step 3
Restart your router and your broadband device, if they're separate.
Step 4
If you connect to the Internet through an HTTPS or SOCKS proxy server, follow the instructions in this support article, or deselect the proxy entirely.

Boot in safe mode and test.
Step 6
Make sure Parental Controls aren't active for your account.
