Why isn't my first TOC entry in a Pages '09 doc. not showing up?

I made a TOC fine, but the title from page 2 of the document, which should be the first entry in the TOC, doesn't show up. Any idea why?

Well, this is really strange. I was just playing around in the TOC inspector to see if unchecking the "make page numbers links" would then make the whole entry an active link instead of just the page number, and when I was all done and had re-checked it and updated it, I noticed that the first entry was now showing up! So now my document is correct, but I still don't know where I went wrong and I don't understnad how I fixed it! Sheesh!

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I have enabled iCloud on my iPad and new iPhone. When I enter a calendar entry on my iPhone, it syncs with the iPad, but when I enter iCal entries on the iPad, they don't show up on my iPhone calendar. Anyone else experience this? Have I missed something in setup?

If you have content eligible for icloud then you can stream it directly. Of course any local content requires your computer on and running iTunes to be able to see your library.

I don't want to change all my computer's visuals just because firefox has a bug in it! The Menu bar is rendered faintly and this is a bad idea. At least give me the choice . . . see image below. I have vista running ffox 4 and none of the fancy settings can fix this. Also I want transparency on! Most programs work properly. They don't force me to adhere to some idiot programers whims, likes or dislikes.
Of course ranting this way will get me nowhere . . . such is life.

Also, remember that there are a few restrictions regarding iCloud Photo Stream:
When do photos upload to My Photo Stream?
When you enable My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your photo stream.
- iOS devices: New photos you take are automatically uploaded to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and are connected to Wi-Fi. My Photo Stream does not push photos over cellular connections.

Why isn't my iphone automatically starting itunes when i connect it or showing up in itunes when i open it

my iphone isn't syncing with itunes. when i plug it into usb on computer it asks if i trust this computer. i press ok and it makes the noise as if i disconnected it and itunes never opens. when i open itunes manually, my phone doesn't even show in itunes to manually sync.

Had to get a replacement iphone 4 yesterday, I got my first one last July..My question why is it now when I text someone, their text back does not show up on the screen so we can just text back n forth I know get a notification ding and have to go retriev

Now when texting I text my part and it doesn't automatically show me their text back to me it ding notifying me, I then have to hit "messages" and it takes me out to the text message screen and I have to manually pick their response.

That was a decision by Apple. Only they know the reason. On a side note to help you learn English, it should have been there instead of they're and two instead of too. The he was a typo for be. I have done those sometimes.

I have some trouble using the live-review function of acrobat workspaces. I remember this was a little different some time ago (might was Acrobat 9). I follow these steps that I learned form the AdobeTV-Video "Collaboration using Shared Reviews via Acrobat.com":
- Acrobat XI: I choose "Send for Shared Review" from the "Comment"-Menue.
- I select "Automatically download & track comments with Acrobat.com"
- I automatically get logged in with my AdobeID (creative cloud for teams-subscription)
- I add the recipients' email-adresses
- Now I want to "Allow page view sharing and chat collaboration in this document", but I can not see the option
This is it...
I dont want users to download to desktop / open / comment / publish comments and save the File. I remember it was possible to open it in the browser and comment live on it, while others could respond on that comments and so on.
Has the feature (how I know it) been removed/changed or is there something else I can't see?

Why are the stroke effects on my vector shapes in PS5.5 not showing?

They were there earlier...
Layer effects are enabled for the affected layers and the layers show the stroke effect active on the shapes, in a colour and size that would be very visible.
Is there some other overall setting I may have accidentally triggered?
I've tried restarting a couple times.

Thanks Mylenium, I just checked that and that's not the problem...
Other files are fine, so it must be something specific to this file...
Strokes on single lines (unenclosed shapes) are fine in the this problem file too.
