Why isn't my I pad charging I have tried the original cord and multiple ones it won't charge why?
Just wondering if anyone knows why
Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good.

Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. My iPad is less than a year old, still under the one year limited warranty, though since I don't know the exact problem, I don't know if my problem is covered. I have spoken to AppleCare agents 3 times, during all of which my conversation was cut off. In my last conversation I was told to do a complete reset, which I have now done. Problem is, I am now stuck on the set-up screen, as I cannot get above a 2% charge, meaning that my ipad cuts off long before I'm able to do a restore using iTunes, iCloud or even set it up as a new device. So, basically, I now have a $600 coaster... and I'm not happy about that. Especially since I'm nowhere near an Apple Store. I also bought the iPad at Wal-Mart, which I guess was a mistake, because once 30 days have passed, they couldn't care less about helping me. What do I do now? And please, don't throw a bunch of technical jargon at me.. I won't understand it and it'll just frustrate us both if I try. Thanks!
p.s. I'm not 100% sure what OS it currently has, though I do believe I was able to update it to 7.0.3 or possibly 7.0.4 through iTunes, though I can't check it now.
p.p.s. I have always used the charging cord and wall adapter that came with the device to charge it. When this problem first occurred, I also purchased new, exact replicas of both of these, which, obviously, made no difference.That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it... -
I am frustrated. With the no squint, which has a mind of its own, then some pages are fine, in others the type is too big or too small for the frames. If I use the default Firefox zoom that is no better. I have to set things for like 130 percent and am constantly having to click on the zoom and change things. I never had that with previous versions? Why can't Firefox just go back to displaying text in the correct frames at a decent size?
I have played with all the options in no squint and the default zoom thing. My email list in yahoo remains tiny tiny, other things do not. If I enlarge that, then other things are too big. I never had this problem with older versions of firefox. I never had used any zoom features, it all sized itself correctly.
To troubleshoot, I tried to open the same things with chrome, and it had much less of a problem sizing the type etc.
I am kind of at my wits end here. -
I have downloaded an app which I think is to large as it has jammed. The icon just reads loading. How can I stop it and clear it from my pad????
Have you tried a reset to see if it resumes after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I ve received an I pad Air from UK as a Birthday gift which is 64 gb with the UK charging accessories. So I was wondering if i could change my I Pad with 128 gb in the next near Apple store please? Its into the original packing and I haven used it yet so it´s brand new!!

It sounds like you are unable to get any sound from your built in speaker on your device, even after toggling the side switch. I recommend the troubleshooting from the following article named:

Verify that the volume is set to a level you would normally be able to hear.
Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.

My Ipad worked perfectly but one day it would not power up and hasn't in a couple of weeks. I have tried the tips on line and have put it on the charger but the screen remains black.
I suggest booking an appointment with the genius bar, there most likely is a hardware problem with the iPad. Apple will replace the iPad if it is in warranty. If it isn't in warranty they will still replace it with a price

I cannot send an email from my iPad 2? No problem receiving, why does this happen? Have tried the suggestions for setting up email and after doing the sync mail through iTunes receiving worked great but still cannot send? Any help would be great!
The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works. Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up. Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp. Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp. Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.

My iPhone 4s is stuck on a black screen that shows a USB cable connecting to iTunes. The phone will not turn on and the iTunes logo as I described only shows up when I plug the phone into the charger or my computer. I have tried the reset in restore mode as well as the DFU? mode and it still will not work. I have the latest version of iTunes on my Mac. My error code was 2002. I also tried it on my laptop (windows 8.1) and none of the above worked. My error code on my laptop was 02. The phone is through Verizon and it has absolutely no damage. It was working fine up until this and I have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Please help! I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.
Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.
