Why isn't my security qeustion reset going to my email
When I send my security question reset email because I forgot it the email is not going through
And both my primary email and rescue email are the same and my email is also my Apple ID
I had issues too. I ended up scheduling for support to call me to reset my questions.

If it hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

How do i cange the email my 2 security questions reset information is sent to?
I've lost the pasword for the email that the reset confirmation is suposed to be sent to. I've deleted that email from my list of emails for my account but it still sends the security question reset to the deleted email. How do i change that? I've read theough the apple support pages and a question like this wasn't addressed so please dont just send me a link to an apple support page. Any help would be great thanks.
Alternatives for Help Resetting Security Questions and/or Rescue Mail
1. If you have a valid rescue email address, then use this procedure:
Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions.
2. Fill out and submit this form. Select the topic, Account Security. You must
have a Rescue Email to use this option.
3. This is the only option if you do not already have a valid Rescue Email.

4. Account security issues almost always require you to speak directly to an

What do you mean that you can't get them reset ? Do you mean that you aren't getting the reset link on your account (if you aren't then you don't have a rescue email address) or that you aren't receiving the reset email to that account ?
If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you have one but aren't receiving the reset email to it (you've checked the spam folder on that account and tried clicking the reset link again?), then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
It says the email sent to reset the security questions, but the email doesn't show up when looked for in the email address to which it was sent. Is there another way that i can reset the security questions or just change the email to which it is sent?
If it's not in the spam filter and you can't correctly answer two of the questions, you need to contact Apple.

Got the dreaded no wifi on my wife's iPhone 4S. Wifi greyed out and no luck with the reset network instructions. Why isn't Apple addressing this issue? We are a family of Apple product users, 2 ipads, an ipad mini, 4 iPhones but one isn't working! Issue began whenwe upgraded the operating system.....
Come on Apple.....get this issue sorted out!Just out of warranty. This is a software issue. everything was ok until the software update. Apple just need to sort it out.

My husband uses adobe cs5. The clone tool isn't working and after resetting the tools adobe bridge now goes to picasa. How can we make the clone tool work and have bridge go to cs5 not picasa?

Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
Move the Cache.db (or ApplicationCache.db) file from the com.apple. Safari folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac. Launch Safari. Try the back button.

I have requested it many time at many different times and I have not received a single email to reset the security questions.We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, we won't know why. You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox ? If it's not there either then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

Why isn't my wifi connecting over a secure network? I typed the password in correctly, but it won't seem to connect.
Tap Settings / Wi-Fi. Tap the blue circle with an arrow to the right of your network then tap: Forget This Network.
Restart the iPad. Tap Settings / Wi-Fi. Tap the network name again then type in your password.
If that didn't help, try here > Apple - Support - iPad - Wi-Fi Assistant
And try turning off your router for 5 minutes, then turn it back on. Try typing in the password again. -

Why security questions reset email doesnt reach me?
Bought new Ipad 4Gs to replace Ipad2. Tried to purchase stuff from Itune. No problem inputting my Ipad ID and password but can't remember answer to security questions. Try going to Manage Account and click on resetting security questions.
