Why isn't pinch & zoom working in articles viewed on Adobe Content Viewer

I'm not sure why I'm not able to get the pinch & zoom feature to work when viewing articles on iPad Adobe Content Viewer? I've saved my DPS articles as PDF, but it's not working. I'm on a first generation iPad with ioS 4.3.3, with Adobe Content Viewer version 2.9. I've tried saving the article in a variety of versions from v20 to v23, but no luck. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I was following your posts. I am making a folio with the article type set to PDF.
Still the PDF only can zoom in the vertical version and not in the horizontal version. Also the PDF is with zooming not sharp!
What do I have to do to make everything work well!

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

go on settings and scroll down to "MESSAGES" make sure iMessages is ON, now scroll down just a bit and look for an option reading "send & Receive" click on it and make sure it is either your apple ID or your phone number, wait 1-3 hours or over night and it should work, sometimes it takes a while to activate, ive come across this issue many times, hope it worked!

I think that the Spam Detector runs before your custom filters, and custom filters only work on the inbox folder. If Spam Detector moved it from the inbox before the filters were run, then the filter wouldn't delete it.

Using Settings/Email Settings/Filters, I added a new filter "If From Contains XYZ delete" and saved the new filter. Today I got another spam in the Spam Detector from the same XYZ sender. Why isn't the filter causing this email to be automatically deleted? Thanks for any suggestions.

Why isn't the iMessage working on my phone? Up until 1:45pm today it was fine, but now it isn't working.

Why isn't the iMessage on my iPhone 4s working? Up until about 1:45PM today it was working just fine but now it sends it as a text message. I have tried everything in the setting but it still is not working. Any tips would be great! Thanks!

It should be back up now, they had a system outage. Reset your iPhone.

Why doesn't the Zoom work on images in Firefox 4 ? The page Zoom works for webpages but not for pictures like Firefox 3.7 did :(

I have already seen the "page Zoom" help article and that doesn't solve the problem.
with Firefox 3.7 i could view an image and use the "control" & + & - keys to zoom in and out but with the new Firefox4 that zoom only works on webpages and does not work for images like it did before.
is there a solution to this ?

Why isn't my iMessage working or FaceTime I have wifi but it's still not been working all day

My iMessage has stopped to work was working fine until today then I tried FaceTime and that isn't working to does anyone know why I've not touched the setting on my iPad at all . I have wifi too so can't be that.

I'm having the same issue as well. So strange. All my messages are being sent as SMS and not the blue iMessage to all my friends that have iOS devices.

Hoooookay, so...
My iPod is having problems. It's a second gen, but I did get the battery replaced about 9 months ago so I'm still ok on that front. Here's my problem:
I haven't used it in a while (since before the iTunes 7 update), and while trying to plug it in to my PC via Fire wire, it started syncing up with iTunes 7. It said something about needing to restore it, so, rolling my eyes I clicked the "Ok, erase all my music and restore my Ipod" button.
Unfortunately, during the "restore" I got a little error message that said it messed up. "Frick," I said aloud. So I figured, it must be something with the PC or iTunes. I shut down my compy to try again. Unfortunately, my iPod was completely frozen in the process and stayed that way for about a day. I figured it ran out of batteries, so I plugged it back in and it seemed to be working fine. However, restore had notably done its job, meaning all of my songs were erased.
So I plugged it back in, and I got no dice. This time iTunes just ignored it completely. So I downloaded and installed v.7.02 to alleviate the situation. Once again, no dice. Now my iPod and computer are acting altogether very strange. I have over the course of this difficulty restarted and started my ipod many times, but an interesting thing happens. After I've restarted it, and I plug in my iPod, if I have iTunes up, iTunes merely freezes for about 3 minutes, then unfreezes showing no iPod. Windows recognizes the iPod as some sort of drive/media player, calling it drive F:. When I ask windows to safely remove my ipod, it does, but my ipod just freezes like it did last time. Fortunately, in the course of my investigation, i learned how to reset it, and that seems to get it out of freeze mode. However, when I re-plug it in, my computer makes a "ba-ding" sound, as if it recognized it, but it shows up nowhere. No windows drive, no nothing, just a ba-ding sound. If I restart my computer, it will recognize the ipod as a drive again (the first time I plug it in) but anytime after that it just makes the noise and doesn't recognize it at all...

. Windows users having trouble with their iPods should locate a Mac user. In many cases when an iPod won't show up on a PC that it will show up on the Mac. Then it can be restored. When the PC user returns to his computer the iPod will be recognized by the PC, reformatted for the PC, and usable again. By the way, it works in reverse too. A Mac user often can get his iPod back by connecting it to a PC and restoring it.
Tips
a. It does not matter whether the format is completed or not, the key is to erase (or partly) the corrupted firmware files on the Hard Drive of the iPod. After that, when the iPod re-connected with a computer, it will be recognized as an fresh external hard drive, it will show up on the iTunes 7.
b. It is not a difficult issue for a Mac user to find a window base computer, for a PC user, if they can’t find any Mac user, they can go to a nearest Apple Shop for a favor.
c. You may need to switch around the PC and Mac, try to do several attempts between “Format” and “Restore”

Why isn't my animation working on my Volusion web page?

Hi, first time poster, and new to Adobe Edge Animate.
So I can't figure out for the life of me why my animation won't display at all when I put the code snippets into my sites HTML file.
I'm using the e-commerce website called Volusion. This is what I've done:
1. Created, tested (by pressing CTRL+Enter to preview in browser) and published my animation onto my desktop.
2. Uploaded the files via FTP (Cyberduck) to Volusions directory.
3. Inserted the following code snippet between the <head> tags of Volusions HTML file:

Sorry, I'm new to all of this, learning-by-doing really. So if I understand you correctly, this is what I put:

And now my web page displays a little box with a "page cannot be found" message inside it.
I also tried:

And that gave me the same box, but with my entire homepage scrunched up inside it, which I understand why that happened, but I don't know exactly what html address I'm supposed to put in the iframe.

Why isn't my internet working with os x lion?

I have a 15in Mac Book Pro. I've never had any serious trouble connecting to the internet.
Over the summer, I switched over to OS X Lion, and ever since then, I've had intermitten internet connection issues. I have an Airport Extreme, purchased probably about 3 years ago.
The other day, I updated my computer software. I honestly don't remember what they were for, but there were about three of them. Since that update, my internet has been going out way more than usual. In order to get internet back, I have to unplug and re-plug my Airport Extreme, and hope it works. Otherwise, I have to open network preferences and re-start the connection process .......... every minute. I've had to re-start the airport 5 times between yesterday and today. The weirdest thing? When the light on the airport is green, it doesn't work. But when it's yellow, it does.
My parents have a Windows PC (from before vista) and their computer connects perfectly fine to the internet all the time. They never have any issues. Please help ! I can't be restarting the motem all the time ! It can't be good for it ...

I know why. It's because the eliminated machines only have 32-bit EFI boot ROMs and bus. Mountain Lion requires 64-bit EFI boot ROMs and 64-bit bus. This is needed in order to boot the 64-bit kernel.

Great job with the troubleshooting steps you've done so far. The following Knowledge Base article offers some great and thorough steps for troubleshooting sound issues on your iOS device:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
Follow these steps and test the sound after each one.
Go to Settings > Sounds and drag the Ringer And Alerts slider to turn the volume up.
If you can hear sound from the speaker, then the speaker works. Continue with these steps to find the setting or switch that's affecting the sound. If you can't hear sound from the speaker, contact Apple Support.
Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is set to ring. If you can see orange, it's set to silent.
Restart your device.
Open an app that has music or sound effects. Adjust the volume with the volume buttons or the slider in Control Center.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth.
If there's still no sound, connect a headset. If you can hear sound through the headset, remove it and clear any dust or debris from the headset jack of your device.
If the device is in a case, make sure that the case doesn't block the speaker.
Use a brush to gently clear any debris from the speaker and Lightning connector (or 30-pin dock connector). The brush should be clean and dry and have soft bristles.
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
