Why isn't symbol isolation mode aligned to the pixel grid?

So apparently, symbol isolation mode isn't aligned to the (global apparently?) pixel grid, rather the paths are displayed aligned to the origin presumably. The origin is not aligned to an intersection of the grid. Thus it becomes very difficult to create pixel perfect symbols. Paths that are snapped to the pixel grid are then redisplayed offsetting from the origin, causing bleeding in the isolation mode. If the origin is specified as the center that is (presumably it would work fine for a corner), you're going to have a bad time.
Is this fixed in CS6?
Also, has there been a feature added in CS6 to reposition the origin as the center of an object?

Okay I have figured out a workflow that generally resolves all the peculiar behavior with align to pixel and symbols.
Do not align to pixel your paths. Align to pixel your symbols. The symbol origin will be aligned to pixel and there will be no bleeding in isolation mode and you can snap to pixel the symbol itself.
You still have to scale/adjust your snapped to pixel paths as they are expanded on a paste for some unknown reason. This is an issue of another thread but may be useful to complete the workflow.
It still quite an issue though that for absolutely no reason, symbols without align to pixel are displayed as displaced from an arbitrary position of the origin in isolation mode. This is a bug I feel in the implementation.

Thank you submitted. Input from Adobe's developers or developer relations representatives on this forum to expedite a solution to this bug would be greatly appreciated. As Adobe's products are now on a subscription one would hope it's product roadmap would accelerate with regards to Illustrator considering the necessity of Vector graphics in a market with multiple largely varying resolutions.

The Pixel Preview grid is nonsensically aligned to the document's coordinates. It makes no sense to align the Pixel Preview grid to the document's coordinates in symbol edit mode as it causes an inability to see the Pixel Preview without bleeding.
This makes it impossible to use symbols to edit pixel perfect objects because any editing other than the original creation does not display pixels but pixel bleeds.
Again the fundamental issue is that: There is no reason to align the Symbol Edit mode to the global Pixel Preview grid. The Pixel Preview grid should align to the Symbol coordinates.

The screenshot is in Pixel Preview. Moving the contents of the Symbol in Edit mode from it's correct position to temporarily align to the Preview Pixel grid is incorrect:
1. Because you just moved the correctly placed contents. The Symbol placed in it's parent to prevent pixel bleeding is now incorrect.
2. On a subsequent edit it would be misaligned because as specified, Illustrator aligns the contents of Symbol editing mode nonsensically to the global Pixel Preview grid.
With regards to Align to Pixel grid
1. This is a bug regardless of improvements to Align to Pixel to facilitate an acceptable workflow.
2. Align to pixel grid is not an acceptable workflow:
a. Not possible to place path vertices in the middle of a pixel to facilitate pixel strokes.
b. Mangles rounded corners.
d. It is not prudent to rely on an arbitrary algorithm with regards to forward or backward compatability in creating anything, considering the possibility of mangling and/or changed behavior as specified above.
The workflow to create pixel perfect UI elements is to position vertices absolutetly.

Why can't I see these results in the results grid

If I run the pl/sql below as a script F5 I can see the results of the "select * from TestOutput", but If I execute it with F9 I don't see any results in the results grid. Anybody know why? Thanks in advance for any help.

I think that you he is executing all the commands of a time, selecting everything and click in F9 or F5.
If he will be this, this behavior is correct.

We can not indicate Georgia during Apple ID registration and can not use credit or debit cards from Georgian banks to buy apps or media from iTunes Store. Why isn't an HDMI cable included in the Apple TV box and price?

Having just bought an Apple TV unit and am very happy with it, I'm finding it difficult to understand why Apple charge extra for an HDMI cable when this is the only cable that connects the unit to a TV and without the box is useless. This is why it's taken me 15 years to buy an Apple anything! Comments welcome.

Apple TV's instructions are unclear on the HDMI cable. As if not including the cable was bad enough , they don't say explicitly in Apple TV's instructions that the cable is in fact SOLD separately NOT INCLUDED . It doesn't say it anywhere! Why would they leave that information out?
I had to search online for people's complaints about Apple not including a crucial cable in order to figure this out. I wouldn't have been annoyed had Apple just been honest in their set up manual about omitting the HDMI cable, but they're vague. Customers could start messing around with other cables on their TV thinking that the necessary cable might already exist with their HD TV. Jobs would've been ******.

Why isn't my word doc saving in the same format when saved to a pdf?

When I save my word doc to a pdf, the text boxes are getting all jumbled. I tried changed the font, but that did not help the text box issue.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like exact PDF settings, version of your Office program and so on. And naturally screenshots tell a lot more than even the most verbose description of a pink butterfly on a rosy peach...

Why isn't my status bar showing for the home sharing? Neither the settings or 'show items not in my library' button are not coming up.

I just want to share music with other computers but the status bar is not popping up. The other libraries are but I can't do anything with their media and vice versa.

Why isn't all my downloaded music in the Media Folder(Windows 7 iTunes 11)

I recently purchased a new PC. When I installed iTunes back on my new PC, it pulled down all my music. I can go to any song and it will play with no problems. However, when I was needing to add some music to a project, I went to iTunes\iTunes Media\Music I only see a very few of my songs. Where are they? Do I have to pay for them again and download? I now wish that I had not installed the new version.

Had the media folder changed at some point?
You can use File > Library > Organize Library > Consolidate Files to bring in copies of the files that are outside of the media folder having checked you've got the right folder selected. You'll need to manually clean up the originals.
Backup the library before you make changes, then update the backup once you're certain everything is as you want it. Refresh the backup regularly.
