Just a general question directed toward Verizon.
Why isn't my unused data carried over from month to month?
To begin with, if I purchase "X" Gig. of data, and decide that I might need more, at the $10.00/Gig rate, rather
than take a chance of doing an overage, which priced at $15.00 per Gig, but do not use all of the data that I have
purchased, why can it not be carried forward on my account, to be used the next month. I have paid for it!
I can tell people to take what is the best deal for them. If they feel that their interests are better served elsewhere, why would they stay if their needs cannot be met at present? It's not to say the change is forever as customers can come and go as they wish. Sometimes customers leave because they are mad about changes, or they don't understand some aspect of their service, other times it really is a lack of service, be it customer service or network service. A lot of the times customers come back. A Verizon rep might say that this is simply not a feature of any plan that is offered right now and that they do not have information on such a feature as it pertains to future feature inclusion. A lot of us here are objective in that we try to see where the customer might be misunderstood and where Verizon's terms and plans might be better explained. Sometimes it's not the big corporation's fault for what customers mis-perceive as it relates to opinion or fact, and sometimes it is the company's shortcomings that might have lead to a bad customer experience. Usually though, it is a lack of understanding, be it equipment or service, rate changes or plan details. We are here to inform and help. Customers decide what to do with that input.

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Why is my account asking me to upgrade, when I have already paid for the annual service?
I had the SendNow service since July of 2013, it came up for renew this July, which it was renewed.
Why am I still being asked to upgrade my account, even tho I have paid for it to be renewed already?
Currently Send only allows me to send 50 image files at once and was able to with SendNow to send whole folders.
Please advise, this has become a pain in the *** for me, having to send multiple emails for so many files.They ask you to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro ... if you do so, you will get the money paid for future months back.

Extracting a count of distinct values between two date ranges over months

I am having a bit of difficulty in figuring out the query to build a list of active campaigns over a date range.
i.e. I have a table with campaign IDs and their start and end date details like this

What I need to figure out is the counts of active campaigns between a date range and display that active count at a month level (for e.g. lets say we want to see all the campaigns that were active
between the date range '01-JUN-2007' and '30-APR-2012' ). So the partial output would be as seen below. The list would continue till december-2012

Why isn't my data in numbers documents?
I just installed Mavericks and all seems fine, but when the system uypgraded my numbers, much of the data in some of my documents is not there...it appears to be there as the "opening" gauge shows, but then the data is not in the file...totally unacceptable.

Data in recent months disappeared from Desktop for TX
I use only the Calendar and Memo features on the handheld and Desktop and have not had any problems since purchasing the TX 3 years ago. This morning, when I opened the Desktop most of my memos had disappeared; the calendar was fine. I rebooted my computer (Thinkpad with Vista Home Edition) and my memos are back but all dates entered in the calendar since June have disappeared. I rebooted again hoping everything would return but calendar is still missing dates and memos are ok. Please let me know what went wrong and if/how I can recover the dates in my calendar. Thank you.

Have you taken a look in the Windows Hotsync board? I believe there are others who have had this issue and may have resolved it. Since I don't use Vista that's about all I can suggest.

My first IPAD 2 wireless failed, so a second IPAD 2 was sent to me. I have game apps that aren't transfering at the levels I have achieved. Is there a way I can keep the game app levels where I am? ie, Planet fish< solitaire, Sudoku, bejeweled 2, shazam-(has saved my content)...so why has some of these not saved my content? Or is there something other than back up, syncing and restoring that will save what I have accomplished so far?

CAssuming that the Library is intact, then simply drag the back up to your internal HD - put it on the desktop and open it, to make sure all is well:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and point it at the Library on the desktop.
If it is, trash the one in your Pictures Folder and put the restored one in its place.

I recently bought an EP, a song, and a Add-on for a game, all while I had over $30 on my credit card, but now apple is telling me that I did not pay for my stuff. Now I cannot download anything new, and I'm being punished for apple having a terrible payment method. The money was taken from my bank account so either they messed up or apple is trying to steal another $6.50 from me, which is not okay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

new to forum and verizon.I have a five spot device and my plan is 3gb/$30 per month.
My question is:If I would not use all of the 3gb's,would the unused data carry over to
the next billing period? TIAIt's unfortunate and somewhat unfair that data on 4g mobile broadband usb modem can't be carried over. I am currently using the 5gb plan for $50 dollars a month. When I purchased it the sales rep stated that if I find myself not using up the whole data for the month I could opt to take a lower 3 gb data plan in the future. Well guess what the 3 gb data plan is no longer available! What is up with that!?

If we have already paid for data why can't we store it so if someone on the plan is traveling or in an area without wifi if the plan is in jeopardy of going over it could pull from the storage. I have five (5) lines and 10g and rarely use more than half but occasionally there is the possibility of going over. It seems unfair when for months I have paid for and not used it all. It would be a really good marketing move to offer this to those who might be ready to switch cell phone carrier.

The throttling will ONLY be for high bandwidth activities, at least as reported by multiple sources, and will only be temporary, unlike until the end of the billing cycle as has been the case in the past. Of course if you would be paying $70 more/month to switch to More Everything you should stick with your old Nationwide plan. Not everyone who switches will be paying more, though, and would need to be determined on a case by case basis by the customer.
It's obvious Verizon is only doing this to squeeze us of Unlimited. If they were really worried about Network Optimization they would throttle anyone who uses more than 5GB of data a months not just those still on Unlimited Data. This is not the case. When someone who pays for ACTUAL usage, the increased revenue can help Verizon offset the cost of increasing capacity. When you have a SET REVENUE stream on an unlimited data plan, this IS NOT the case. Increased revenue leads to more money available to be used on infrastructure. -

Report carry forwarding the current month 2weeks data to next month

Issue statement:
XXXXX Procurement reports in MSTR (MRP Adhoc report) is showing weeks out of order, the last 2 weeks of a current month are carried over to the first two weeks of the next month (ie, working week 33-ww34 from August are repeated as the first 2 weeks of September, therefore September will have 7 weeks, ww33 to ww39), this happens month over month, this issue is probably making the EOH calculation to be wrong and most likely any other calculations. Materilas need this report to place PO's based on inventory levels and so far the data is not trustable and wrong. Need this to be fixed asap. Thanks a lot.
