Why isnt my imessage sending my messages to one particular number who has an iphone but will send it to someone else who does?
i texted this number last night and it worked but when i tried again today it keeps saying not delievered everytime i try to send one.
But if that person did not set up an iMessage account on their iPhone, then they cannot receive any iMessages at all, only SMS text messages.
Both the sender and the recipient must have an iOS device with an active iMessage account.
There is nothing you can do about it, other than ask them to set up iMessage on their device (which if they don't want to, is their choice).

The iPhone will send and receive both iMessages and Text messages (SMS).
The iPad will only send and receive iMessages.

Whenever I text this one person, his messages come up green. He has an iPhone and so do I, I can't figure out why our messages are green
We've tried reactivating iMessage, deleting threads, and contacts but nothing seems to work. Has this happened to anyone else?Restart both devices (press the HOME and power button until the Apple logo appears then releasae). If both devices have iMessage turned on and to send as SMS when iMessage is not available, the the green messages are indicative of iMessage not being available on one or both devices.

My 3G iPhone has stopped sending text messages to one specific number. It says its sent but it does not arrive. Any ideas?
Are you seeing this problem when sending a SMS, MMS or iMessage? Does it go away if you disable MMS or iMessage in Settings > Messages?
Make sure the phone number that you aren't able to send texts to has an area code.

I installed iOS 7 and it deleted some of my contacts, as expected, so I just resaved them all. There's one particular number that will save but in my messages, it shows up as the number instead of the name saved. How do I fix it? And why is it doing that?
I had this problem too, I fixed it by going to my settings and under general at the bottom there is a reset option, go there. One of the options should be reset network settings, select that one. I’m not sure why it happens but that worked for me; hope you have the same luck!

Can someone please offer some suggestions why I am getting an error message that says "an unknown error has occured" when I try to download or update my apps in the app store?

disregard! i noticed someone else's post about signing out of the app store and signing in again and it worked.....Hi ...
Try here > Mac App Store: "An unknown error occurred (100)" when purchasing
If that doesn't help, drag the App Store icon straight up off your Dock so it goes, "poof".
Now drag the App Store icon from your Applications folder to the Dock. Try updating your apps. -

My friend has an iPhone but doesn't use iMessage. How can I send her regular texts with the new iOS 7 update?
That's because her phone is recognized in the Apple database as an iPhone. It should eventually convert to SMS but that's above my level of expertise here so hopefully someone else can come along and help you further. She could just turn on iMessage and solve the problem. Ha!

I cannot send/receive pic message to ONE specific number
I can send/receive to any other contacts. The pic message seem to go through properly, but aren't ever received on either end. I am attempting to send to a C Spire Android. Thanks!
maybe the problem is on their end and not yours since you can send/receive to everyone else.

I am not able to send text messages to one particular person. Error comes back to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or short code. I have deleted this contact and re-entered numerous times and still get the same error code. Any ideas?
Are you entering a 10 digit number? Or, if it is not a North American number or you are not in North America, are you entering "+" followed by the country code and number?

In my email all the messages from one person bunch together and I would like to separate them. I have done this before on my iPhone but just recently got an iPad and its doing it on this, so does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?
Settings >> Mail, Contacts. Calendars >> Organise by Thread. Switch to OFF to see every individual email in the Inbox.

Help... Why is my Photoshop CS3 not recognizing my NEF file from my new Nikon D7100, but will recognize NEF's from my old Nikon D90?
Because many of the camera makers slightly alter their versions of their raw format whenever they release a new camera model.
Nikon does it, Canon does it, and also several other camera makers.
There is not a single version of NEF that all Nikon cameras use, nor a single version of CR2 for all Canon models.
Here is a list of supported cameras and the required ACR plugin needed to open the raw files.

Versions of ACR are specific to each version of Photoshop.
Older versions of PS cannot use the latest version of ACR.
You need to download the latest version of Adobe DNG Converter.
This will convert your newer 7100 files to DNGs that can then be opened in older versions like CS3.
Be aware DNG only works on folders of files, not individual files. Select the FOLDER not a single file -

I fixed my problem so download iTunes on your computer/laptop. Connect your iPhone into the computer and then click load backup and after they finish loading the backup. Go to your settings and click reset all contents and settings and then your phone will turn off by itself and wait for your phone to turn on and then it will say hello and slide to set up but don't do anything. Go to your computer and click restore backup and then it will turn off again and then just wait for it turn back on and then when it turns back on. You won't lose anything. Just your apps because once you redownload them. They will already put it in the spot you used to put them and like games it will still save wherever level or part you are on of the game. Hope this solves your problem.

my text messages go to everyone except to my daughters. she has an iphone but with bell and mine is with rogers. she receives them when she is at home or say at chapters/tim hortons where they have wifi, but if she is walking somewhere or at somewhere without wifi, it isn't working? i don't understand. she has a text plan. her phone is an iphone 4s can anybody assist me if you know what the problem may be? thanks so much.
Have her go to Settings>Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is turned to On. If she's having trouble with regular sms messages, check her carrier to be sure her messaging plan is properly provisioned.
