I had download the trial mode before, than I add the  Creative Cloud membership (one-year).
But it still turn on by the trail mode.....
And always shows the time is up....
How can I resolved it?

  • CC subscription is current, but today all CC apps run only in TRIAL mode!?!

This morning I get into the office, on a heavy deadline, and I'm screwed.
My Creative Cloud membership is current, but suddenly, without any warning, ALL CC apps run only in TRIAL MODE.  Gee thanks, Adobe.
    What do I do now?
    Thanks for any help.

Same problem here--I was on deadline, lost access to all my Adobe CS6 applications. According to the Adobe support tech I spoke with, the licensing process is corrupted and they're working on a fix. From the looks of the complaints on this forum, they've been working on it for quite awhile.
Seems that IF your computer happens to be disconnected from the web when Adobe's cloudserver decides to send the "yup, he's paid up for this month" message, the system fails and your software shifts over to a 30-day trial. I was (seriously now) assured that all I had to do was make sure my computer was connected and ready for Adobe on my particular biiling cycle day (the 15th of the month) and then this would never happen.
To fix the issue, I should click the "licensing" button, provide my Adobe ID and password, and all would be well until the following month. That worked for InDesign, didn't work for Photoshop or Fireworks. Failing that, I should uninstall and reinstall and relicense everything...and all would be well until the following month.
I don't have time for these games; when I buy software I expect it to be available and I don't see why renting it should be any different. At the moment I'm out $30 worth of access.
Fortunately, I'd never uninstalled my old CS5.5 collection. I'm sending a note to Adobe telling them to cancel my cloud subscription, and going back to plain old licensed software. If I ever need to upgrade CS apps again, I'll do them as-needed and stay the heck away from the cloud. Cloud SaS would be nice, but Adobe needs to get it right before they sell it.

  • Why is my cloud in trial mode

I bought the cloud (only InDesign and PhotoShop) nearly a year ago. Today the only way I can get the programs running is in trial mode?

  • Trial mode and signing in! Ive done it all and nothing!

Just as stated above Ive read everything here followed every lead and I still have to either sign in to access my apps or run them in trial mode.  Some apps I cant even run in trial mode any longer because it now asks me to sign in.  Ive deactivated and reactivated.  Ive used the cleaner tool.  Ive licensed over and over and over again.  Ive tuned off my fire walls and anti virus programs only to be stuck with the same two screens.  "You have X number of days lift" or" you must sign in." Everything works fine if Im signed in but but if it states you dont have to be then why do I need to be?

Found this and it has at least at this point seemed to have worked!

Moved the opm.db file located  C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE to my desktop
restarted an app, acceped agreements, closed app, a new opm.db file was created in the OOBE folder,
deleted the opm.db on my desktop, made sure I wasnt signed in to my account and then launched and app.
All the apps seem to be working not in trial mode any longer and dont ask me to sign in any longer!

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
Does anybody know anything about that?
    Thank you.

Here is the correct solution for this problem when people with paying subscriptions are being told they are in trial mode on CC - please add this to your support arsenal:
Try the steps in this help page and remove the opm.db
    http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-application-recognizing-available. html
Go thru the steps in this link to ensure that your computer can communicate with the Adobe servers

  • Why is my paid Creative Cloud Membership running in Trial Mode?

I have applied suggestion found in Help and Forum. Nothing Works.
    Suggestion 1.
Unistall Adobe Creative Cloud reboot computer reinstall. Sign into Adobe with account. Done. Ground Hog Day. Same result. Trial Mode still
    Suggestion 2.
    Download and run Appliaction Manager.
Deactivate software. Not possiable. Option NOT - note again NOT available. So why does the Help Page suggest an option that does not exist.
I cannot believe how out of touch you guys are.

You are talking to other forum members, here, although Adobe may peek in from time to time.
Deactivating is a possibility with PS-CS6 and other non-Cloud products.  Without knowing what Help page you’re viewing it’s hard to judge how applicable it is.
Deactivating a Cloud-licensed app is as simple as signing out of the Create Cloud Desktop app.  Presumably you’ve done this multiple times.
If you haven’t yet, do a right-click Run as Administrator on the PS-CC shortcut to make sure it has complete access to update things.
Try a modified version of Suggestion 2, after uninstalling, run the CC Cleaner app, then sign out of the CC Desktop app, then reboot and sign into the CC Desktop app if necessary, then reinstall.
The CC Cleaner app is available, here:

  • Why is my Acrobat Pro now running in "Trial" mode?

Today when I attempted to launch Acrobat v10.1.12 (previously installed with CS6), I was prompted to sign in.
When I signed in, I am alerted that I am running in “Trial” mode. I am licensed to use Acrobat Pro through my CS6 license.
I recently signed up for CC in order to open and work on newer files provided to me.
Is this issue is related to the CC subscription, and how can it be resolved?

It could be CC taking over the CS software regardless that it should not.  See if the following related posting helps:
How do I prevent Creative Cloud from taking over my CS6 perpetual license?

  • Why does CC now sign out several times a day and applications revert to trial mode almost instantly?

Since the last update my Creative Cloud connection signs itself out several times a day. Applications continuously revert to trial mode and need to be relicensed. I cannot stress how annoying it is to be reading a PDF only for Acrobat to close and then be invited to start my "trial". Whilst this doesn't actually stop my use of the Adobe applications it is very disruptive to my normal work flow. What I struggle to understand is why the appliactions so quickly revert to trial mode. Surely even if the CC connection is lost they should remain licensed for days?
Running Windows 7 and the main apps I use are Illustrator CS6, Illustrator CC, Photoshop CS6, Photoshop CC & Acrobat XI Pro.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud apps runs trial mode in 2nd computer

  • Photoshop says it's running in Trial mode.

    Hi there,
10 days ago I purchased the Lightroom+Photoshop package. I went on to install that on my Mac Pro but now everytime I open Photoshop it pops open the Adobe Application Manager who reminds my that there are X days remaining on my Photoshop trial. Lightroom works without problems.
I can click on either License this software or Contintue Trial. When I select license this software I get the message that login is required. It already knows my Adobe ID. When I click on the Sign In button it just goes to the next screen that asks for a serial number which I obviously don't have since it's a CC product and we don't get serial numbers.
The strange part is, I also installed it on my MacBook Pro and it works flawlessly there. It activates/registers without issues.
Yesterday I removed all the CC software with the provided Adobe CC removal tools. I also manually deleted every trace of Adobe files I could find on my system (application support files in both the Libraries, caches etc). I then went on to reinstall the software but the issue remains. Lightroom works, Photoshop keeps claiming it's running in trial mode.
I searched for a solution to this problem on the internet and these forums at first. There are a lot of people having this issue but no real solution is given (or no solution that actually works for me). It seems to be a somewhat common issue unfortunately.
One of the things I read is that it could be a language issue, when installing the software in a different language than your OS. My OS is in Dutch but I installed the software in English international (because I'm not used to a Dutch language photoshop, I get all lost if it's not in English ). But on the other hand, on my laptop the situation is exactly the same. Dutch OSX, English CC install. And yet that works perfectly.
Also my hosts file is clean, nothing is blocking communication to Adobe servers. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting my account from inside the Creative Cloud menu app's settings to no avail.
It frustrates me to no end that the almost exact same setup works on my laptop and not on my desktop machine. Especially because the Mac Pro is my work machine and I rarely, if ever, use Photoshop on my laptop.
I really don't want to wait and see what happens in 20 days when the trial runs out. I don't know what to do anymore after doing that clean install (unless I missed just that crucial file that causes the issue..). Maybe it's an issue on the CC authentication server's end. Maybe I tried reinstalling too many times and it now thinks I'm running it on more than 2 computers? But that seems unlikely.
I'm running OSX 10.9.2 on both machines.

  • Why does CC start verification process every time I open it? It even starts asking for license key and sometimes goes into trial mode.

When ever I open Adobe CC it starts verification process and asks for Serial No. And then goes into trial mode. I have to open it several times for it to run in proper licensed mode.

  • Why won't 64-bit capable apps run in 64-bit mode under 10.6.8?

have application called Spartan '10, and it is 64-bit capable.  i have set it to run in 64-bit mode in the app's preference pane.  yet when i use Activity Monitor, it indicates that the app is running in 32-bit mode.  is this because of the OS?  will upgrading to lion/mtnlion make any difference?  thx in advance to all knowledgable responders.  btw, the iMac is late 2009, has the 64-bit EFI, and the OS and all related subroutines are running in 64-bit mode, according to Activity Monitor.  the Spartan application is about the only thing NOT in 64-bit mode.  why is this?

Yes.  You have a 64-bit ROM since your model will run Mountain Lion. So, what you want to do is install Mountain Lion which will boot the 64-bit kernel by default. Otherwise: 32- or 64-bit Kernel Startup Mode Selector 1.6.
Note you may have problems in 64-bit kernel mode. Main worry is video drivers that are 32-bit and will not work in the 64-bit kernel. But give it a try. I would just ugrade OS X:
    Upgrading to Mountain Lion
To upgrade to Mountain Lion you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or Lion installed. Purchase and download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Sign in using your Apple ID. Mountain Lion is $19.99 plus tax. The file is quite large, over 4 GBs, so allow some time to download. It would be preferable to use Ethernet because it is nearly four times faster than wireless.
OS X Mountain Lion - System Requirements
Macs that can be upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion
             1. iMac (Mid 2007 or newer) - Model Identifier 7,1 or later
             2. MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer) - Model Identifier 5,1 or later
             3. MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer) - Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             4. MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer) - Model Identifier 2,1 or later
             5. Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer) - Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             6. Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer) - Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             7. Xserve (Early 2009) - Model Identifier 3,1 or later
To find the model identifier open System Profiler in the Utilities folder. It's displayed in the panel on the right.

  • Why are my cc apps still launching in trial mode (mac 10.7.5)?

My apps are launching in trial mode. I've been a CC paying member for approximately 2 years. I've read the multiple (and I daresay convoluted) threads on this issue and it seems to be a widespread problem.
I'm not a techy person. I followed the basic steps I read in the assorted threads, none of which have resolved the problem for me. Can someone provide an answer?
I am uncomfortable with knowing that in a certain number of days my "trial" will expire and I won't be able to work. As a freelancer this is actually a non-negotiable requirement of my paid membership (and not that designers have other tool options - the creative suite is pretty much it!). Not to be snarky, but...seriously. Is this what we are paying all this money for?

Thanks, John, for the link. I ended up chatting with support and I'm embarrassed at the simplicity of the issue but I'm going to share my solution, because...if it happened to me, there is bound to be someone else in the same boat!
First of all, I had tried all of the various suggestions on the different forums: logging out/in, reboot, reinstall, add security certificate, etc. and nothing was working so I was getting really frustrated. Well, turns out I have two Creative Cloud accounts - one paid, and one free. I have no idea when or why that happened, but indeed, my main email was connected to the free account and trying to sync my CC software updates and so the trials were expiring. The paid account was connected to an email that I thought I had essentially phased out a long time ago.
I guess it's like calling the computer guy and then finding out the machine was unplugged. Oops!
I hope this might help some frustrated user.
