Why Lumia710 is "update not available" for "Taiwan...

I bought Lumia710 in Taiwan, I think Nokia also sold many 710 for Taiwan people.
But why Lumia710 is update not available for Taiwan users ?
We also need new features and further enhancements to the Nokia Lumia710 in Taiwan.
We waiting for
Latest Windows Phone operating system (Note. This is not WP 7.8 yet.)
Internet sharing (Wi-Fi Hotspot) — Share your phone's internet connection over Wi-Fi with up to five other devices or computers.
Flip to silence — Silence incoming calls by turning your phone face down.
Fix to prevent the volume of the ringtone temporarily increasing (Lumia 800 specific)
Download new apps from Marketplace, such as camera extras, including smart group shot and self-timer, Contacts share, and Play To, a DLNA app for showing your content wirelessly.
Usability and performance improvements.
Additionally Camera Extras (incl. smart group shots, panorama, action shots, etc.) will be available from the Marketplace plus other new imaging apps (like Citylens).
But just only Taiwan's Lumia710 users got update not available in Asia pacific.
It is mean : Latest version of software update will not be launched for this product code and/or country.
So anybody can answer me ? Tell me why ? Why without Taiwan users ?

I understand your frustration, however update availability can vary depending on Region and carrier, this is because some regions and carriers may not have signed off the update or have policies preventing the update occuring.

Why is the app not available for my device?

I've no problem using BT wifi on my device (Nook BNTV400) so why is the app not available for that device? It's not like the nook is proprietory, everything else I've tried to find in the play store works fine.
Is the apk available for download direct from bt?

if you can connect to btwifi without the app then I wouldn't bother trying to find the apk file
if you have an android smartphone then you can download the app and get the apk file to sideload on to your nook

I cannot update iPhoto as I receive a message saying update not available for this Apple ID as either it was bought by a different user or was cancelled

I have inherited my daughters Macbook Air and am trying to update i photo. The message I receive is - update not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by another user or item was refunded or cancelled.
I have tried her ID which was still unsuccessful.
I cannot access my photos at all. Can anyone help?

Sign onto her Apple/iTunes ID in the iTunes Store. Then click on the iTunes ID and then on Account in the dropdown. Once you have her account screen displaying, scroll to the bottom and click on RESET next to the line "Reset All Warnings for Buying and Downloading", then try again (with her iTunes ID still signed on).

Unfortunately, anything obtained at the app store remains tied to the Apple ID used to obtain it forever. You will either have to start over with your new ID or try to recover the original ID.

You may want to try to search your device for this app then delete it. You can use this article to utilize spotlight search and find the app:

Apparently the Bluetooth Share app has re-appeared in the Nokia collection in the Marketplace for some regions over the last week or so. Why is Mountain Lion not available for Macpro 2007 eventhough this computer is not having old generation hardware like of 15years ago's computers!! I am surprised to know about that. when this mac pro have 2 xeon processor, 8GB ram, OS 10.7.5 (Lion) etc etc. so why is this not compatible for mountain lion???

"Update not available for this id" after Yosemite upgrade

Hello,
I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) 2,53 GHz Intel Core i5.
I upgraded O/S from Maverick to Yosemite. Now I try to perform latest update, and iMovie, Numbers, Keynote, Pages are listed in the Update list.
However each time I try to update them, AppStore refused with the error "Update is not available for this id..."
I did not change Apple Id since a long time, and performed latest update on Maverick before doing the upgrade. I checked the "Purchases" tab, these applications are not listed, not sure they were listed before the upgrade. I tried to sign out / sign in with my apple id, still same issue.
Anyone encountered same trouble ? What is the solution to fix this ?

I'm trying to update numbers, pages and keynote (after I performed the os x yosemite update), and I keep receiving an error message that says "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled." I am using the same Apple ID as when I bought the computer back in '09 (macbook pro), any suggestions?

Nokia Music 2.1 Update not available for me?

I did install and using Nokia Music 2.0 on my handset, but when they launch 2.1 Update, i cannot find it anymore on the market (the 2.0 is still installed until now). As it turns out, Nokia Music is not available for my device/area.
Can someone from nokia clearly clarify for which country is Nokia Music is avaiable for? Thanks

Microsoft Apps update not available for Nokia 701

From nokia conversations website, I could see that MIcrosoft Apps is available for Nokia 701 (http://conversations.nokia.com/2012/04/10/get-microsoft-office-for-symbian/) post Belle FP1 update. But I am not able to get that update. I am from India. My product code is 059J7M4 (This is a new code that I got after taking my mobile to Nokia care for software update).

If the Nokia care point staff has changed your product code in repair, they should have changed it back to the original before handing it back to you. In this case please visit the Care point and ask them to change the product code back to the original. If they have replaced enough parts, or the whole device, so that the product code has been changed as well, then it's just not available for your device yet.

Why are some Filters not available for some image files?

I noticed that the Lighting Effect filter under Render is not available for all of my image files (grayed out).
I perform a "Merge Visible" for all the layers, but still this filter and some others are grayed out on some images. Does the bit-depth matter (8 or 16-bit) or file type (.PSD or .TIFF)? Thanks.

Many filters don't work on 16-bit files.
Some of them are pretty ancient.
