First: my english is bad, so I hope you can understand just a little bit. Well, I purchased an iPhone 3gS and today i tried to install some apps. Everything was ok but when I sync with the phone and when says that "the app is successfully installed" it doesn't appear in my iPhone

The apps those using photo app will be listed under Settingd -> Privacy -> Photos.
If your apps like facebook, WhatsApp are not listed under the same then you need to reset your iphone with erase all data option.
That will solve your problem. If my answer solve your problem please mrak is as solved.

Modern UI Apps can't be installed or updated while logged in as a Domainuser. (8.1)
Hello.
I've run into the following issue with the first 8.1 Client in our Domain:
Whenever I try to update an existing App or try to install a new one, the Download fails and I'm presented with the Error code 0x8007002. This happens in our Company LAN, Open WLAN and WWAN so the Connection isn't the cause of the Problem.
If I log on as a local User I can update the Apps and/or install new one without a problem the impacted User has administrative privileges on the Local machine via his group membership and uses a combination of "Roaming profile"
and "Folder redirections"
There have been other Problems with all Modern UI Style Apps after the installation, those where fixed by following the steps outlined here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/notime/archive/2013/10/18/fix-store-app-in-windows-8-1.aspx After that
the apps started to work. The System is a clean install of 8.1. UAC is enabled, Windows Firewall is disabled
Does someone have any ideas? Because I’m running low on things to try.
(WSRESET didn't help and the Store diagnostic came up without errors.)

Why does app mgr "fail to install" when it tries to update itself?
I have reinstalled the app mgr, as instructed on the CC web site, as it was supposedly corrupted (although it worked fine a couple of hours ago). Whenever I try to download PS CC, the app mgr goes through trying to update itself and "fails to install," so I can't even begin to download any other app. (Running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop, 64-bit. I have several CS6 apps.)

There is no app mgr in the Control Panel list of programs; it is gone. (Of
course, I've purchased the LR 5 upgrade, and it is not on the list either,
though it is installed, not from the Cloud, and seems to work.) There is a
newly downloaded app mgr 7.0 shortcut on my desktop, but it can't find the
program itself. There's an app mgr updater that runs its course; but since
the app can't be found, it's hard to know what it is updating. Trying to
download anything (even just the Creative Cloud desktop connection) from
the web site doesn't work--clicking a download button produces nothing at
all, not even an error message.
CC Cleaner does not give an option to clean the CC items without also
working on CS6 apps. I do NOT want to risk losing or corrupting my various
CS6 apps or the data associated with them.
My Cloud files are still fine, but I can't upload anything new or download
anything that's there.
There really needs to be a solution to this situation that does not require
large transfers of data or the risk of losing older (and functioning)
programs. -

I recently installed an app called StorySkeleton using a promotion code that the app creator gave to me. Upon expiremtenting with the app though, I deleted the instructions which was not a bright idea. I would like to delete the app from my iPod and then re-install it so I can have back the instructions

Probably, that promotion code will not work again. Why don't you try and see?
Chatting with Apple, I don't see them charging you... I`m not 100% sure though... try and see if it needs your credit card. If it does, then obviously, their going to charge you!

Why my apps can't be disable on USE CELLULAR DATA FOR under Cellular settings
I came across an issue that my apps tend to stay on ( enable ) even when I disabled it manually, it will turn back on soon after, this can cause certain people data overage and extra data cost they did not expect. I always check my settings daily because I play with my phone numerous times a day so I noticed any changes or differences. So after I had done probably most people have tried, reset/restart the phone, check any latest OS updates, double check any settings, reset network settings, turn off and on data, turn on and off airplane mode, the conclusion is nothing. So I thought maybe i should try one app that I know kept turning back on when I disabled it, did the updates on the appstore, went back to the settings and I was able to turn on and off, tried the second app just to make sure my assumption works, updated the newest version on appstore, it works. So I decided to update all of the apps, then the problem is FIXED ! I hope this solve people's issue. Now I am able to manually disable and enable any app under USE CELLULAR DATA FOR,It was lucky guess for me and it work.
Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Appel logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not work, did you try to switch off Cellular Data, restart the phone and switch it back on again? -
Why my apps can't acces to my photos
When I try to change my profile picture from bbm I couldn't because a message said that the app doesn't have acces to my photos or videos

Device Profile : MIDP 2.1I have the same problem and I know that it is due to my PCI Audio driver not being compatible with WIndows 8.1.
iTunes isn't the only program that can't direct sound to the built-in speakers anymore. The obvious solution would be to update the drivers, but unfortunately Dell does not provide an updated driver for my model, so I am stuck with that.
However, saying that, only my laptop speakers are affected by this. I can use sound fine on applications where I can choose the output device and direct sound to the head phones, but for some reason iTunes does not let you choose the audio device manually.
To listen to music I imported the iTunes Library in Windows Media Player and changed the audio output using the following instructions: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/c00d11ba
However, I would also like to rent movie's from iTunes,
Would be great if iTunes would let you choose the output device, too, like most other applications using sound from Skype to Windows Media Player,... -

However, because you reminded me to have another go at this problem, i tried something else (which i'd unsucsessfuly tried before), that is, i deleted the 'CLICK & SAVE " a/c i'd set up recently, and reverted to my previous payment me and would you know it , this time it worked !! I set up a trail purchase and it worked.
It seems to me that other poeple with this problem have to solve it by trail and error, but thank you for your help.Sandystone.. -

i have enough mb's, so why can't I install app on ipad 2
it's actually a where's waldo game we previously had installed but since removing it, it now says i need to create more store space in settings. I have 738 mb's available and the game only requires 535 mb.
Any idea how i can get this back on the i pad.
