Why my Burning device says "reading error"?

Hello, the other day i was trying to burn a CD but at last 2 minutes or less, my CD-W send me a window that said "reading error 404" or something like that. I don't know what to do now cause it keeps doing the same with other blank cds. Even when i insert a DVD movie it doesn't read it and eject the disc. Can somebody help to see what can i do? Thanks!

A couple of possibilities:
A) Your drive lense is dirty; get a lense cleaner disc and run that a few times and see if that helps.
B) Your drive is starting to fail. Depending on the age of your iMac, this is a distinct possibility. If you are not that tech handy, replacing it might be too much for you. An external DVD drive that either runs on USB 2.0/3.0 or Firewire (probably not easy to get anymore) or Thunderbolt woulid not be that expensive.

You cannot install the previous version. "Activaton error" usually means that the phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it from the carrier it was locked to. It is now locked again to that carrier.

As a test, I did install this using the windows 7 drivers, it printed fine but I received a pop up giving me an error printing but it still printed. I then used the network work around to shut the bi-di off and the pop up went away, again it printed fine. I would suggest if you use the windows 7 drivers, that you upgrade to the windows 8 drivers when they are available.

Why do my devices say they are connected to my wi-fi signal through airport but are not receiving internet?

i have a mac running 10.7.4 lion and use airport to access the internet... I just purchased a ipad3 so i figured i would set up a wi-fi signal for it. So i created a network, the signal strength is great but the light next to the wi-fi signal while in network settings is amber. The light on the actual airport router is green. So i connected my ipad to the signal and thought everything was fine, but when i tried to use the internet on the ipad, it tells me its not connected to the internet eventhough it says its connected to the signal. please help asap.

Configuration is simple IF you start from a factory default condition. Then connect the Airport to AC power and to the Internet modem (or modem/router, whichever the case may be). Open Airport Express on your Mac or other computer, locate the Airport, and accept all of the recommendations. After confirming that it works, insert your desired administrative and WiFi passwords.

Read Error During PC Upload

Hi Experts,
When I attempt to attach a document to a PO (ME21N/ME22N) I get an error message say:
Read Error During PC Upload : Include File in PC Application
The funny thing is, some users can make attachments, others cannot. Is this a profile or authorization issue?

Hi Steven,
You cannot attach a file in ME21N trxn using Services for Object. For this you have to come out of Trxn ME21N after saving Po and again go to ME22N trxn code and in Menu System - Select Services for Object and Attach your File.
Be sure the File is not in use and closed.

I had Adobe upgraded to from 1.2. to 4.1 on my Glow Light Nock at Barnes and Noble yesterday. I use a MacBook Pro 2011 upgraded to 10.10.1. I have never had a problem download a book from the library to my nook in the past. By the time I get this issue resolved, my 2 week book will be overdue and my book club discussion 1/21. I have been to the genius bar at Apple store--not their problem. Two trips to B&N and
the tech guy said he could fix the problem on a PC but not a Mac. It is not a Mac or Nook world.

Can't get burned CD to be read on my laptop itunes which I'm trying to transfer music to. It just says 'track 1' for the entire CD, and can't be copied. Says unknown error -50 when I try to import. Any ideas?

So...I'm trying to transfer my itunes music to my laptop. I set up a new itunes on my laptop and, with great difficulty (I'm not technical), I've managed to be successful with the help of my memory stick, which saves wasting CDs.
However, for some reason a few tracks by a couple of artists don't seem to have transferred. So I had the idea to burn a CD and then copy that directly to my laptop.
There doesn't seem to be any trouble burning the CD - that works fine. I just select audio CD, and done within a minute or so. But when I then put the CD in my disc drive, it doesn't work.
It says 'track 1', with no other tracks for the entire CD. When I try to import it, it says 'unknown error -50'. I've tried tinkering with the import settings, but it makes no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas?

You can use the bootstrap tar.gz files that are found in the same directory as the iso on every mirror. If you go to the download page, select the mirror of your choice, you will see a file called "archlinux-bootstrap-2013.10.01-x86_64.tar.gz" (one for i686 also). That is what you need.
Unpack it whereever you think is appropriate, if you have enough RAM you can use /tmp. Then after setting up the partitions in the host (Kali/Debian, or whatever), you can arch-chroot to that unpacked directory. There you will find all the tools necessary to install (pacman and the arch-install-scripts).
This method has one issue though, and that is that the arch-chroot script (and maybe others) requires some pretty new versions of various things. In particular, I think that a pretty new version of bash is required. So I am not sure about the viability of this solution on anything debian, as their stable repos tend to be pretty conservative. It also means that you need to have a pretty good understanding of the install process, as you will still mostly follow the beginners guide, but it will require a few changes in the procedure.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
