You need to contact iTunes support. We are users here just like you and would have no idea why it isn't working. At the bottom of the iTunes Store page in iTunes there is a contact link.

Are you able to go back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? MY 15$ itunes card will not reedem? invalid?

Iam like getting really frustrated my 15$ itunes card will not redeem , it says the code is not valid....i bought it from target. i sent in a report 24 hours ago and still no reply. im getting really angry, i have the newest itunes and i tried like 100 combinations and tryed to spell it correctly 100 times. the card is messed up...what do i do?

Thanks, Katrina, we're having the same problem... Haven't logged in for a long time and had to update everything. Now, the card code is invalid. We'll be going back to Target....
