Why my creative cloud icon disappear and stopped working when downloading software?

You can try this step :
Rename the opm.db file.
Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
Launch Creative Cloud

I had a similar issue. I closed the Cloud icon, and when I went to open it again, it just died.
I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, went to the Adobe CC download page and requested a trial copy of PS, being sure to enter my CC name and password. It then reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, and all is working again (I hope).

I installed creative cloud desktop app and my apps wont download

I'll selected the apps I want to download in my creative cloud desktop manager and they are just sitting idle at 0% nothing is running I have a good connection to the internet. I'm on a company network could this be causing any interference?

Creative cloud desktop application manager stopped working

I've been using CC for about 6 months with no problems. However, after updating Adobe Acrobat, the CC desktop app manager stopped working. I tried reinstalling it, and then running the Creative Cloud set-up, but that didn't work either. It looks like it's trying and then the set-up just stops. Nothing. No error message. Just won't work. I'm using Windows 7 Professional.

Changed password on Creative Cloud account - will apps stop working?

Hi,
My laptop with Creative Cloud CS6 installed was stolen in a burglary at our house. Fortunately I didn't lose much as I had recently done a clean install (to install CS6!)
I have changed my password on all my accounts, including Creative Cloud. Does this mean that
1) The apps installed will not longer work as they cannot get a license
2) When I get a replacement laptop I will be able to activate Creative Cloud on that laptop
I am concerned because, while my insurance is replacing hardware, it doesn't cover software.

Will the apps stop working after 30days when they prompt to be re-authenticated? Does authentication require someone to know the Adobe ID and password?

Cannot download PS CC. Why does Creative Cloud apps tab show as blank when trying to download PS?

I have a brand new Mac OS X Version 10.9.2
I am trying to download a trial of Photoshop but the download never starts. The Cloud app pops up on the top right of my screen but the apps tab just shows a rotating circle. I was able to download Lightroom with no problem but Photoshop won't download. Any idea what I can do?

Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the below location
    /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud and check if the issue persists.

Creative Cloud Illustrator & Photoshop 'has stopped working' - 'windows is checking for a solution..

Up until recently, Photoshop & Illustrator stopped working. When I would open the program it would begin to load and then come up with the message ' Adobe Photoshop has stopped working'
After which there would be another message ' Windows is checking for solution to the problem'
and then finally ' A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will lose the program and notify you if a solution is available.'
Indesign on startup seems to load normally and is fine.
Do help, time is of the essence.

This is the simplest fix, if you're still having a problem with it. I had the same problem, am running Windows 8.1. Just be sure to reboot after you copy the dll (dynamic link library) file indicated.
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes

Why is my screen going fuzzy and stops working?

I was using my laptop today and all of a sudden lines started to appear on the screen and it slowly stopped working. When I restarted I also had problem as It froze on the load up. It worked briefly when I loaded it in safe mode but the lines soon begun to appear again.
Does anybody know what is causing this?

Itunes stops working when downloading songs...

I'm in a similiar situation to others. I purchase a song on itunes. The song starts to download and then starts to process the file. Then the itunes stops working and the song isn't downloaded when I open itunes back up.

Go to folder "downloads" in iTunes music folder which is the temporary downloads folder for Tunes itself.
If there is any item within (as a leftover from a former download), delete it.

Why did my bookmarks icon disappear and why is my bookmarks menu suddenly on the left side?

Recently, Firefox updated to 23.0.1 (beta?) and once the browser was back up, I noticed that my bookmark icon (the star) was gone. I fixed the problem easily enough by setting it back up to where it originally was. Now my problem is that when I click the icon, my menu appears on the left side of the screen rather than the right as it did previously before the update. I downgraded to 22 and that didn't fix the problem. I would really like for the menu to be back on the right side, as the left is just frustrating me. I did not find any quick fix in the customization menu, or in safe mode. Can anyone help me out?

Why is Creative Cloud so buggy and unreliable?

Not only that, but try to get any meaningful assistance on weekends. It seems that Adobe, in spite of the ridiculous prices it charges, only owrks part-time. Some of us actually have to work on weekends and the inability to get real assistance is crippling. Some Adobe products are good, but their arrogant treatment of their clients will not do them any good.

While it is true that regional support offices answer their phones during regular business hours Mon-Fri, on-line chat is available 24/7.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Cloud. I haven't had any major problems with CS6 apps either.

Why does Itunes keep freezing up and stop working?

It is kind of getting old but my Itunes player (does not matter which one as I update to the latest version) has this nasty habit of freezing whether I am trying to listen to the radio or my own library.
It is now happening almost every time I use Itunes and when it freezes the only fix is to do the old Control-Alt-Delete.
I am running a 64 bit Window's 7 home premium and prefer using Itunes but you know if you does not work get something else
I have 4 GBs Ram with a 2.6 Dual Core Pentium

Just out of curiosity when you say iTunes sent you here, do you mean that there was a link to here in the iTunes application, or that someone from Apple sent you here?
There are lots of posts from general iTunes users on this forum so I'm curious to know if/how people are being misdirected.

Why do plugins get slashed out and stop working? how do i fix that?

using logic 9, my computer glitched a bit (i have a pretty full session running) and then some of my plugins and instruments had a slash through them and they wont play back now. how do i "un-slash" them if possible?

Restarting Logic and reloading the project should get them back - it sounds like you ran out of memory. Are you running in 64-bit?
