You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] and select ''Disable all add-ons''. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. Why do web pages only load when I move my mouse around the browser?

As soon as I try to load a site the browser does not load anything at all until I start moving my mouse around. I tried updating flash and using different settings and preferences but to no avail.

Ok, Just found firefox on dads laptop to be doing this as well, and it seemed to be the system time/date wrong.
This caused the addon update checking thing to find that all ssl certificates were expired (the year was set to 1970) I'm not sure how that affected anything, but after setting the time/date correctly everything started working fine again.

You are missing two plugins required to achieve your goal. Download [http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ Adobe Shockwave for Director] and download [http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ Apple Quicktime] You need the latter plugin to support Shockwave.
Similarly, you can watch youtube in HTML5 now instead of Flash. All you need to do is to sign up to the HTML5 trial by clicking the link at the foot of this page: [http://www.youtube.com/html5 HTML5 Trial Signup] You don't have to fill in any forms.

Sounds like a dead battery. You can have Apple swap out the battery for a flat fee or you can send it to a third party service center to have them do the same for job a little less.

hey, just to keep you updated - there is now a fix available for firefox 25, which should address the particular problem of pages not loading unless the mouse is moved.
if you have downgraded to firefox 24 to work around the issue, please go to ''firefox > options > advanced > update'' and turn automatic updates back on. then go to ''firefox > help > about firefox'' which should trigger the update to firefox 25.0.1.

why does fix capitalization work when there is only one space after the period in pages 09? For example: "Turn on 3rd St. After the traffic light." There is only one space after the period in "St." shouldn't it only auto correct after TWO spaces..?? the word After, should be after..

You may also use a noBreak space after the period at the end of the abbreviation.
If I remember well, in such case the capitalization will not apply.

Why does Do Not Disturb only work when the iPhone is locked?

I've been wanting for awhile now a way to easily turn off all notification alerts and incoming calls while keeping cellular data and wi-fi on so I can use my phone in peace without gimping my wireless connections, and even though iOS 6 as a whole seems awesome to me, I'm disappointed Do Not Disturb only works when the iPhone is locked.

Was just wondering if other people felt the same way I do and start a discussion about it so maybe that with more people talking about it, Apple would pay attention to it more. People complaining about how calls and alerts were lighting up their screen at night seems to be some inspiration to why Apple added Do Not Disturb in the first place. Didn't know I was doing anything in violation of the Terms of Use so sorry about that.

When I try to turn up the volume on the side, it doesn't register any bars- the space for the volume boxes is blank. Also, there is no volume bar in my music when I try to turn up the volume. I tried this and noticed a little green inside the charging port. I panicked thinking it was corrupt, but found out if you lighting moisten the toothbrush with alcohol and gently scrub (with the power off) you can remove the green. I started inspecting one of our charging adapters, which had been giving us trouble, and it was very green inside. Not sure if it can transfer from one to the other?

Firefox only works after I re-boot my computer

I just got a new computer last week. It is running Windows 8 - 64 bit. I installed Firefox, used it for a week, set up my bookmarks, etc. and it worked fine. The other day when I logged in and opened Firefox, I couldn't click on anything - nothing would happen - it was like it was frozen. I went into Internet Explorer and also into Google Chrome and they both worked fine - I could click on things and it would do what it was supposed to do. So, I re-booted my computer and then Firefox worked fine. Same thing the next day, Firefox only worked after I re-booted my computer...and also today, same thing. Why is it frozen when I first go into it, but if I re-boot the whole computer, it works? Has me baffled. Any help would be appreciated, because it is my favorite browser. But if this keeps up, I won't be using it anymore. Thank you!

Firefox allows to select part of a word. You can select a word with a double click and use Shift + left click to set the end of the selection, so you need to click at the end of the last word instead of in it.
