Why my ipad show my apple id is been desable?

I try to buy an application, but show me in the screen in my ipad that my apple id is been disable, some one can tel me why? Thanks

We are just fellow users here, we won't know why. Does your account work on your computer's iTunes ? If it does then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If it doesn't work on your computer either then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time.

IPad shows unknown Apple User ID's on updates or restore.

Bought a new iPad Air 128gb the other day and installed it from my icloud backup. Upon finishing the installation the ipad asks for Apple user ID (email) and password. However, despite installing my data from my icloud account the ipad offers Apple User ID's of emails i have never seen. A Chinese looking name from @123.com and another user on a @gmail.com account.
These have no association with my devices or icloud account. So where as the ipad found these emails from??
Any help would be gratefully received as I am worried about being hacked or my data being used.

Was your old iPad that was used to make the backup jailbroken, or had you used some other technique to install apps that were not downloaded from the App Store? If so, you have some stolen apps in your backup. The hacked apps are associated with someone else's Apple ID. If you did this, you should erase the iPad to factory settings and set it up as a new device. Do not try to restore it from that backup. Re-download any apps that you purchased legitimately from the App Store.
Alternately, it could be possible that you allowed two different people to install apps, purchased using their Apple IDs, on your old iPad. That seems less likely, though, as I would think you would recognize the addresses in that case.

TS2446 Why I reset my pass by answering security questions and still show Your Apple ID has been disabled?

My Apple ID was diabled. I reset it by answering secuirty questions, also reset through security email. I can login and changed pass. While I tried to download free apps. YOUR APPLE ID HAS BEEN DISABLED. poped up!
Anyone experienced similar case, please share with me.

If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works on it.

When I specify files in LSMW, save, the systems always shows "No logical path has been specified". I heard it need to config logical path in 'File', but I don't know how to cofig it? Any people can tell me? Thanks a lot!

This path of the file names is in the following format:
Projectname_Subprojectname_Objectname.lsmw.read
Projectname_Subprojectname_Objectname.lsmw.conv
You can change this path manually in the following way
click on imported data or converted data
clickon change entery button (Ctrl + F8)
you will find this path in edit mode.
here you can adjust it's length by removing some words from the project,subproject,object name.

If you've already reset the password and changed your payment information, then the next best thing to do is call Apple directly and ask for iTunes Billing Support. Your account is likely disabled on their computers as part of their fraud prevention protocol. You may have to verify yourself as the account holder to get the account enabled again.

You may need to contact iTunes store. Contacting the iTunes Store can be done by going to - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. At the bottom left, you will see a "contact support" link. Just select it, then select "iTunes Store", and follow the on screen instructions. The final screen will give you an option to "email, chat or call" them. You may see one, two or all these options, however it changes depending on what they have available at the time of contact.
