Hi i just buy an Ipod Touch 8GB is my second one the last one have lost in the street, i Know my Apple ID and my password but when Itry to setup the new one send that message i am from mexico and my message is in spanish more less like this Impossible start session A problem with server is bloking the connection with the ID Apple . Try to connect again.

What is the error message you are receiving and it is from iTunes or your iPod Touch?

I think what the forum software has to offer is neither rocket science, nor anything new or generally unknown. The vendor or OTN should have enough experience and at least tested the forum software to make sure it functions as advertised. Unfortunately however it seems that the OTN staff is either not very good at testing the product or they just leave it up to the community to find out. Some of the previous issues are so obvious that I would rather suspect the later.
I would not want to spoil anyone's fun, but I would be reluctant to enable private messaging because I think community members should exchange questions and answers in public and not through private channels. If anybody wants to send me a private message, for instance, my email address is visible in the bio field of my user profile. This way at least I can respond at my convenience, outside of Oracle's jurisdiction, or simply bounce an email if I feel like it.
And btw, I'm somewhat concerned about current privacy settings. What business is it of anyone else to see my bookmarks and the content I'm following?

What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. I would guess that the problem contact does not have iMessage turned on. The iPad can only send iMessages not SMS messages (phone text). You can send a message to this contact with your iPhone because your iPhone can send SMS text messages.

It functioned well originally, but a month ago I could not use facetime and send i-message anymore. I think there is nothing wrong with my apple ID because I can still download apps in apple store.

Try turning both iMessages and Facetime off in SETTINGS then re-enable iMessages and then Facetime. See if that helps.

Check the headphone jack with a flashlight and clean it if necessary. The jack on a new Nano is very tight, be sure you push the headset jack all the way in, the plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the body of the Nano.

Is this a POP (POP3) email account? If so, you MacBook Pro may be retrieving the email and deleting it off the server before your phone can. Another possibility is that both your Mac and your phone are trying to retrieving it at the same time, and the POP server, which will only allow a single email client connection at a time, is locking out your phone resulting in the "has not been downloaded from the server" error.

Hard to say. Has it ever worked? Maybe your account has mobile e-mail disabled. Maybe ActiveSync isn't set up properly on the server. maybe the correct ports are not open on the corporate firewall.

Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?
Tried every combination imaginable, including the settings that I had when syncing my iPhone this morning.

My iPod Touch (3rd Gen) is having problems with the touch screen being unresponsive, too responsive, freezing and constantly resizing. It varies between not responding when I tap the screen and acting as if I double-tap or tap and hold when I tap. Every so often it freezes for a minute or so and then comes back. The scren is constantly changing sizes too such that I often can't see most of the top status bar or other edges. This makes typing almost impossible, ruins most games and generally makes everything difficult, but otherwise the iPod is working correctly. Powering off, shutting down apps, letting it sit have not worked. This has happened once before months ago, but the issue resolved itself somehow. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix?
