Why no 1600 in FAQs?

When one looks for FAQs, the model 1600 is notlisted as a valid model numer in the pull-down menu - Why?

Wow, why does Creative Cloud suck so bad?   Why are there no FAQs in the Creative Cloud FAQ?

I am new to Creative Cloud.   I found some PSD event poster templates on line and I would like to be able to download some of these templates to create event posters.   I have modest goals.
1) I found a link on the Adobe site for $9.99 monthly fee for photoshop + lightroom.   ok, seems reasonable to spend $10 for a month to see how it goes, I think
2) Once I get my CC account set up, there is no upgrade option or the $10 / month deal... only options are more expensive than $10 / month... but I can try it free for some time... ok I'll do that. Hopefully, I will be able to do what I want to do with the free services?
3) Install create cloud app on my computer
4) click on install photoshop...   after 20 minutes only 3% downloaded.   darn!   Looks like I am not going to be creating any flyers tonight!
5)   Is there something wrong?   Maybe I have done something stupid (I mean besides signing up for CC)... lemme check the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Oh!   There are no questions in the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Excellent...

That's the page from which I started this troubled journey. I clicked on "purchase" and since I didn't have an account yet, it took me off to some other page to create an account, verify my email and all of that and then finally to a blank page... seemed like there was some delay from the time I created the account until the account became useable.   In the meantime I was continuously directed to a blank page every time I tried to log in.   After some time I was able to look at upgrade options, but the $10 offer was not one of my options.   Now, if I go back to the original page which had the $10 option and click on purchase, it seems like it is giving me the option to purchase.   The whole process seems very poorly designed and poorly executed.   Does the software work any better?
In any case, what I am looking to do is download some of the cheap or low cost event poster templates on the internet and edit them to create my own event posters.    I am not sure which Adobe application I need to do this.

Dreamweaver crashes when i drag my div tags in design view

Hi
Ive just encountered a problem with dreamweaver cs4 at work.
I was creating a website using CSS and creating multiple div tags to house my images around the page. I normally position them using the CSS style sheet, but on this occasion, I grabbed the div tag whilst in design view and dragged it manually, and dreamweaver crashed! See image below It does so everytime I try the same thing again. Ive even restarted my PC. Anyone know why?

I've not see this before, so can't say why it would be happening. Would the pc be low on resources? but then again you say it happened even after a restart of the pc.
Maybe you could try the file cache and the personal configuration folder fix to see if it fixes any issues.

I don't know how to explain it other than it sounds like it's playing in slow motion or at half speed, is this a problem with the Zen Touch or with the mp3's? The mp3's play fine on my PC so I'm thinking it has to be the Zen. Any suggestions?

I have made a maxiyatzy game and I want to publish on the Internet. It is a multiplayer game so I want to put it on a server so people can connect to the game and play against each other.

Actually, XP is older than Snow Leopard and will install on a Mac via Boot Camp.
So are numerous flavors of Linux.
While Kurt's statement is true for Mac OS, Boot Camp, and several virtualization engines offer more options*:

I just got the Zen nano Plus and it says on the organizer I have 698.3 MB of space left and I cant upload any more songs at all, anyone have an idea of whats wrong?

DVD Studio Pro universal version

Has anyone heard anything about the DVD Studio Pro universal Version lately? I have Final Cut Pro 5 and I can upgrade to the studio for $99 which sounds like a good deal.
I'm concerned though as to if problems will exist on my PowerPC Mac Laptop 1.5mhz that I currently run Final Cut Pro 5 on? Will the universal version have problems? I know I can't (according to FAQ) install individual pieces of it on different Mac's but can I choose what I want as I really only want Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio and not the rest taking up hard drive space?

I'm not familiar with the Tiger Cache Cleaner, what is it and how does it work?
You would think Apple would automatically strip out the Intel portions (if that is possible, which if Tiger Cache Cleaner can do it, why can't Apple's installer?) during the installation. It doesn't seem like a good idea to almost double the size of the files un-necessarily.
As for installing selectively, why does Apple's FAQ indicate you can't pick and choose which systems you want what application on? It would be better to install FCP5 on one system and DVD Studio on another so both can work at the same time?

Nested div tags "Design View" problem

I have had ongoing problems using nested div tags to layout
my page. The page displays correct in browser but does not display
properly in Dreamweaver Design View. Highlighting the CSS id in
Code View shows the correct groupings. The code also passed the
validator test.

I want to put my harddrive that runs on OS X 10.3.9 into an enclosure.

My harddive uses 10.3.9 and I want to put it into an external enclosure and boot from it with a new mac book that runs on Snow Leopard 10.6. Is this possible?? Has anyone done this? The title of the thread is about SGA, but the question is about locks. The question is making a questionable assumption that the SGA size has something to do with locks.
Original Poster: Please post the locking evidence that has you thinking whatever it is you are thinking. It is conceivable that having a large SGA may cause latching issues in some odd circumstances, but really, there are several methodologies that can lead quite directly to the actual problem. Hit ratio tuning is not one of them. Here is one way. It may help us help you if run a statspack for 15 minutes during a bad time and post the results.
Most performance issues are due to code, the first thing you need to do is figure out if you have a code problem or a system tuning problem. Raid 0 is not a good sign. Nothing wrong with asking about a recommended SGA, but as you can see, it doesn't get you far if no one sees an obvious wrong.

To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.

Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.

In Windows Vista or later Operating Systems, the default location of user data has changed. The
Application Data folder is not an actual folder. It is a
Junction Point for backward compatibility. A Junction Point is a physical location on a local hard disk that points to another location on that disk or another storage device. It is essentially a shortcut.
You might have noticed when clicking on a folder in
Windows Explorer with a shortcut icon shown on it (a Junction Point ), you get an
Access Denied error message. This is to be expected. By default, the Read permission for Junction Points is set to
Everyone – Deny . You are not supposed to access these folders, and there really is no reason to access these folders.
If you want to know where are those Junction Points pointing to. You can track down the real location of the files by running the command
dir /aL to display all the Junction Points and the locations that the
Junction Points refers to.
For example:
If you want to track down all Junction Points on C: drive, please locate C: drive and enter the following command:
C:\>dir /aL /s

FF is sucking up way too much CPU time from 30 to 98% for great/long periods of time on a Sony Vaio laptop platform running P4 CPU w/XP prof w/SP3 & 2Gb RAM.
Why can I not preform a search on FAQ's so that might not have repeat a question that might have been asked previously?
Searching 24xx pages is not my idea of how to spend precious time to find an answer that I am looking for.

Safe mode or turning off the plugins does not work with this bug. If they are still installed firefox will open plugincontainer, the plugins need to be uninstalled or disabled at OS level.
