in others versions i can see a preview of the document i created, and now i only see the pages icon in the preview document

Does it work if you disable/uninstall Google Toolbar - to see if that's the problem?

You installed an app right? The menu options are a bit different for s60v3 and s60v5 or s60v2 devices, so the thing is go to the application manager, it is inside Menu>Settings (or tools). If I remember correctly, s60v3 devices have the menu>tools>phone>applications. However I could be mistaken (you could check your manual). Anyway, once you get to the application manager, look for the particular app you want to remove and select options>uninstall.

How long does it take for the custom field created in SFDC to show up in the field mapping list? I hit the refresh field button, but it is not showing up after 5 min. Do I just need to have patience?

Suddenly I can't open one document in inumbers: "The sheet can't be imported. The document was created with an unsupported application version."

Yesterday I worked on a inumbers document on my mac mini. No problem. 3 hours later I would open the same document on my ipad. It told me that there were 2 versions and I had to choose one (surprisingly bouth had the same time/date). Since then I can't open this document anymore (regardless if iphone, ipad, mac mini): "The sheet can't be imported. The document was created with an unsupported application version." I worked on this document more than 1 year only on my ipad, iphone, imac... how can i get it worked or back? Other documents are still working properly.

The first part of the warning message was in german, so it's probably not translated as it really appears in englisch:
Massage on IPad and IPhone: "Tabelle kann nicht importiert werden. The document was created with an unsupported application version.
Message on mac mini: ""Verbrauch.numbers" kann nicht geöffnet werden"
What changed since is also, that the mini privew for this document no more exist; it shows just the inumbers icon in the sheet. The other documents around this one appears with preview and can be open, e.g. are working fine.

It keeps saying "no new fields recognized. What can I do to redo my document with the changes in the text, but no changes in the fillable fields?

You start with a source / authoring file for the "static" content (e.g., Name, Last:). Say this is an MS Word file.
You master the "static" content..
You keep this authoring file and have a backup of this file.
You output a PDF and use Acrobat to build and fine tune the "form" (form = the form fields, not the "static" content).
The authoring file and output PDF (with form fields) gives you "rev 00".
Now, you must change something in the "static" content.
Open the authoring file and save as to a new version (e.g., "wordfile_v00" becomes "wordfile_v01).
Output this to "pdffile_v01".
Use Acrobat to open the PDF form file "pdffile_v00". Save As to a new file name ("pdffile_v00update").
Using Acrobat XI Pro the click-path Tools - Pages - Replace lets you replace a page or pages of "pdffile_v00update" with a page or pages from "pdffile_v01".
This replaces the "static" PDF page content and does not affect the form fields on the page.
(you may have to adjust position of form fields)
Save "pdffile_v00update" to "pdffile_v01" to reflect the revised status of the PDF form file.

This is the message I get when opening up a Word doc from a cross-country client:

The document was created with an unsupported version of Word.
Unfortunately, he's out of touch for the next week so I have no idea which version he is using...although a look using BBEdit reveals this in the footer of the doc: Microsoft Word for Windows.
Is there a list of supported and unsupported versions of Word, so I can be prepared for my next encounter with this message?

If you can open it up, is the formatting of great importance, or is it just the information you need? If its info, copy from BBEdit and paste into your Pages doc. Sometimes you can open it in text edit and then save as a different format. (I think its text edit, one of the OSX word processors opens word docs ok.)
Sorry, this also appears as a problem in Numbers (believe it or not, its also a problem with Office 2007 for windows too). The explanation gets a bit complicated, but there are so many variations of how a M$ document is created. (not all docs are made by M$ products remember, but exported from other programs on different systems, even if it says "Word for windows").
Because of the varied amount of things that can be wrong (that M$ products seem to overlook, or fill in the gaps that would normally cause an error), there is no hard list of non-compatible versions.
This is just as we ( a bunch of nerds here and around the web), have found out from experimenting with different versions and such.

I simply select the file, press the "export" to microsoft word option. The
file exports, butthen it won't download.

With finder open, click the finder menu in the upper left, to the right of the apple. Then click preferences. Have a look there on the general tab.

In print preview - how can you have multipage previews of the document - 1 - 2 - 3- 6 - 12 page preview and so on so that you can see if the document is ok to print?

WINXP - In Explorer you can have multi-page print previews from 1, 2, 3, 6 upwards to check and confirm that the document will print correctly to your needs - and does this across the screen format as opposed to down the page, so that you can see all 12 pages on your screen to quickly see that the print percentage is correct and all pages fall into the print area and so on - how can you set this up with Firefox, because printing with Firefox is so unstable, you don't know what to expect when printing a document or web page?

No what I mean is how can you see many pages across the screen without having to scroll like in explorer where you can see 12 or more small pages on your screen without scrolling down, like tiled across your screen as opposed to vertical down the page. Thanks

How to generate transparent preview of the document?

I would like to generate trsansparent preview of an document in PNG file. Normal (not-transparent preview) I am doing by JavaScript like it is described below:

Hmm could you give any example of code? According to the scripting reference there is nothing like "ExportFormat.PNG_FORMAT" - I cannot even find this in Google. On official Adobe webpage in the scripting reference I can find:

Why I cannot open in my Mac the documents of Pages open before in iPad after download the new version of this aPPLICATION?

I bought the Page application. I download the new version in my Ipad. When i wish open a document in my Mac, if I have openned before in my Ipad, I can´t. I have download in my Mac the new version of the Lion´s mountain and the pages. In my Itunes appear the application of the pages " with pen".In my Mac some documents appear with the ink´s bottle and these I can´t open it. When I try, an annoucement appear saying me "You need the new version" of Pages, And like I say before in my I tunes of the Mac appear the new version of Pages( the pen) and an information saying me what I don´t have any new application to download.
¿ What I must do , please?

If you want to use documents created by the iOS 7 version of Pages, with Pages on your Mac, then you must upgrade your Mac to OS X Mavericks and update Pages to the newest version that only runs on Mavericks.
The only alternative would be if Pages for iOS 7 allows you to export the document for Pages for Lion.

How to know which T Code is used to create documents. For few documents say material document (MBLNR), I can find the T code from MKPF table from which it is created as T Code field is available.
If the table doesn't contain a T Code field, then how to find the T Code from which document is created?

Preview Error, "The Document "name" could not be saved

Hello!
After modifying a file and trying to save, I receive this error. It does not allow me to save as either or to my desktop.
I have tried changing the permissions, but no luck. I tried googling the error in hopes that someone else had encountered this error and had a solution but after days of searching I've come to no avail in my quest.
Any help would be very much appreicated!!

That's the error I'm getting. His issue is close but not quite the same. I'm not downloading the pciture from outlook (PC's has outlook, Mac's has Entrouage). The issue is that I am trying to edit the picture from the SAN and I was able to do a basic "save" and it would save the image but now all I get when I try to save it in any way is the above error (was the image included at the top) I've tryed to save to the desktop/library/SAN/documents; save/save as but nothing seems to work
