Why oh why? Randomly asks for me to connect to iTunes and activate on bootu

On my replacement phone, I'm still continuing to get the Connect to ITunes screen when I turn it on in the morning. I then have to reboot the phone to get it to come up correctly(The very reason I had to exchange my brand new one was that it would never get past that screen)
Then I get the message that the phone is activated(I've activated it at least 3 times already!!)
Does anyone know what causes this?

I'm told that this happens on the first powerup after letting the battery drain all the way and then recharging. I can't say for certain that this is the case for me, but I, too, have had this happen about 3 times since I got my 3G, and it just happened to my wife last week for her first time. But neither of us can remember if this was after a full battery drain cycle.

I've been trying to connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes for the passed few weeks now. The Apple Mobile Device Driver won't install properly whenever I connect to my computer and my iPhone is neither recognized in Windows nor iTunes. I've gone through virtually every support article that I've been able to find and nothing has seemed to work for me. Every time I connect I get a notification that says "USB not recognized" and right after "Device driver unsuccessfully installed". I've reinstalled iTunes countless times and still nothing. I can't seem to put my finger on the problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

It's in recovery mode. You don't have a choice. Anything that was on the phone is already gone. If you didn't back it up, there is no way to recover it.

Why does my email keep asking for my password on my mac and iPhone?

My email continues to ask for my password on my mac and my iphone 4 and it had never done this before. I continue to not recieve my emails because of it.It is saying it rejects my password.

Outlook 2010 randomly asking for password

I know this is a frequent complaint, but I have not found a viable solution to stop this problem.
I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 8.1 (with all the latest updates)
About a month ago, Outlook started to randomly ask for the username and password on two of my accounts.
I have tried all the solutions that I could find, but none work.
I have 3 accounts set up, 1 for me on a POP account with Verizon, a 2nd for my wife also with Verizon, and a 3rd is an IMAP for work.
I do not have a problem with the work account, but the 2 POP accounts randomly ask for the username/password and by the time I press OK will fail. Sometimes the scheduled send/receive works fine.
There were no credentials set up for these accounts (I have tried adding it and later removed it since it did not help)
I have tried removing the profile and readding as well as removing and adding the accounts again (using the same .pst files), losing my calendar in the process by the way.
If I manually initiate the send/receive, it usually works fine (I may have seen it ask for the PW once or twice)
The usernames and passwords are set up correctly and all the right boxes are checked.
I even set up groups so that the 3 accounts are scheduled at different intervals and the IMAP account only receives mail from the inbox without checking subscriptions and sends.
Any help would be appreciated,

Have you ever tried to clean the credential history cached in Windows Credential Manager? Sometimes incorrect credential cached in Credential Manager will result in this kind of issues:
Go to Control Panel, and then click Credential Manager.
Locate the set of credentials that has Outlook in the name.
Click the name to expand the set of credentials, and then click Remove from Vault.

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.

So I have set up a localhost area in my Mac. I have the new server.app and I am running yosemite 10.10.2 .

I am pretty certain that the Serveris "localhost",
Name is my macs name (like my-mac-min)
password is "my login password"
and they suggest port 21.
But what is the file path, lets just say my site is set up http://localhost/siteftp and is actually at my Users/Sites/siteftp folder.
Why cant this program connect to the mac.
Is it because they are both operating in the same localhost enviroment,
could it be my folder permissions are not correct on siteftp folder?

I tried turning the computer off and then back on. The alerts don't show the notice to update as resolved. Hopefully this is not a problem or an indicator or another problem. Should I ignore or reload 10.10.1 from the app store to trigger a resolved check in a green circle?
Interesting that I had to buy server software after my free Yosemite download. I would have hoped that the two pieces of software would have gone together without any complication. It is not positive to end up buying a problem. Ah well, time to move on.

I use only one Apple ID and only one ID. I did have to change the password at one point but I had no issues at all with updating apps after I changed the password.
If you can download new apps with the ID that you changed the password for, I would think that you will be able to update apps associated with that ID as well.
Did you try restarting the iPad after signing out of the one account and then sign in to the other account/accounts?
