Why orders gets locked in Queue's

Dear all,
Could you please help me to know why orders gets locked on Queue's as well SMCL trasaction.
what is the route cause for that? and is there any why we can unlcok automatically with a program?
please suggest me.

Hi Shaik,
Orders you are seeing in SMCL transaction is Cross System Locks. When Scenario A is activated, then Cross System Locks must be activated.  This locks will be released automatically from the system when the transaction is completed successfully in ECC & CRM.
  You are not supposed to remove the locks for the orders from SMCL transaction directly. First analyze the issue with the order. If any issue in order replication from CRM to ECC or vice versa Cross system lock will not release automatically.
     For example, from SMCL take one order and analyze the order in ECC & CRM, definately you should see the difference in ECC and CRM order.
  Some times Cross System Locks will not be released, if updates are not coming to CRM from ECC, better check filters in SALESDOCUMENT middleware object for the sales document types.

    Such issue mostly happens due to wrong attempt of login in SAP system client with that SAP User id either through RFC login, external- program, script,etc...
    If you have checked all the RFCs login settings and not able to found the login attempt, then  Enable [SAP Security audit log|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/c7/69bcb7f36611d3a6510000e835363f/content.htm] using SM19, SM20 and analyze the logs for that SAP User id only.

    You may not get the sufficient information from SM21. Try ti check the RFC trace it might help you a bit. Other possible solution is you need to check manually the RFC connection which is maintaining this users and maintain the correct password
    Previously we had the same scenario RFC user getting locked due to incorrect password maintained.( after investigated so much we created the Newuser for this RFC and maintained the password)

  • WBS gets locked

    Hi all,
    I have one Z-program which posts accounting document using function module "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST". Program posts no. of documents.
    Also before calling this bapi I am using function module 'STATUS_READ' to read the System Statuses for the WBS element.
    When the program executes WBS gets locked for whole duration of the program.
    For any project management posting screen – for example releasing or changing budgets [CJ30 / CJ32] – people get an error message telling them that person X is already processing the WBS. This message stays in force until the Program finishes.
    Any idea why WBS gets locked? How can we avoid it?

    Please try BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT and pass WAIT = 'X'. This should solve the issue.

  • Reasoning for Queues getting Locked

    When we are doing load testing ,queues are getting locked. Is there any reason why queues get locked? and secondly how can we tune the queues so that they dont get locked in high load conditions?

    Tune the parameter EO_MSG_SIZE_LIMIT to handle queues during high load.
    Set the value 0 - 2,097,151 (KB)....The parameter EO_MSG_SIZE_LIMIT enables serial processing of messages of a particular
    size. This applies for messages with the quality of service Exactly Once (EO). If the message is larger than the parameter
    value, the message is processed in a separate queue.This parameter is designed to improve performance since there is often
    not enough memory to process multiple large messages simultaneously.

  • Purchase Order is getting locked

    Hi Experts,
    I have very strange problem with some of purchase orders.
    I create the purchase order and saved it.
    When i tried to chenge purchase order system does not respond and dont allow me to save the order.
    Transaction gets locked which can be seen in SM12 tcode also.
    Also when i tried to release the PO system again performs the same way and trasaction gets locked.
    I checked the release strategy, customization, material and vendor master, also the authorizations..
    Basis person also checked it but couldnt able to locate any specific reason.
    In every PO i faced the problem Material and Vendor is same.
    Waht could be the reason thet transactions are getting locked when working with these POs , any specific things to be checked , configuration, or Notes to be applied.
    Please guide me in this as i am not able to process these very important POs.

    The message whatever you had provided is not enough.  Anyway, check in XD05 whether the customer is blocked.  Else give the error message number.

    What is happening exactly?

    It sounds like your sleep timers are set to too low of a value.  Go to System Preferences -> Energy Saver and set both timers to longer times.  The computer sleep timer should be a longer time than the display sleep timer.

    Sounds like the first page gets some kind of lock on the mailbox and doesn't release it. Then the second page doesn't work because of that lock.

    That has been an ongoing issue with "unlocked" iPhones from CarPhones and the place you mention...the iPhones are not unlocked in the true sense.  They are setup to lock to the first sim inserted for activation.  There really isn't away around this, either.  Only the Apple store sells truly unlocked iPhones.

    I'm getting the same problem. What happens on my server is that sometimes when a thread tries to print a stack trace, it gets stuck at "FileOutputStream.writeBytes". All other threads will then stop at "printStackTrace" when they try to synchronize on the System.err, like yours. I have no idea why this is happening. However, I don't use weblogic or ejb, so it seems to be a more basic issue. As a workaround, I'm considering to set a custom System.err that writes all its output to a queue which then in turn gets written to the real System.err by a separate thread. That way, the worst that can happen is that that separate thread gets stuck.
    This is quite annoying but I'm not sure if we have enough information yet to file a bug. I can't reproduce it yet. My server sometimes runs for weeks without this problem happening...
    If anyone has updates on this, that would be much appreciated.
    My system:
    Java: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0_02-b05, mixed mode)
    OS: Debian 4.0
    Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Dual Core

  • AD account getting locked out after password change in Jabber

    When user changes his network credentials and does not update them in Jabber. Jabber will still try to connect to phone services and voicemail with the old credentials which is leading to their account getting locked in AD after three attempts.
    We are using Jabber 9.6.1, so a fairly new version.

    We are seeing a similar issue after the user has changed their AD password the account repeatedly gets locked out when they try to log into Jabber. 
    We are also using Cisco IM&P and our CUCM is LDAP synced
    I am interested to know why you are asking if LDAP authentication is configured?
