Why since I download iOS 6 , I can't connect to wifi for a long time! :(

I have download iOS 6 a few time ago , and now it's hard to stay connected to a wifi signal , and I am sure is not a problema with my iPad or my wifi , the problem is iOS 6 and btw sorry for my English!

I had the exact same issue with a 2 year old iPhone. I read up on it all day and tried everything. Last ditch - I tried a weird solution I found online and it worked. Overheat the iPhone gently with a hot hair dryer until it gives the Temperature alert and goes into recovery mode.
Now put it in a Ziplock bag and place it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. If it comes back on you are ready to do teh following.
Go to Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings. Reset it.
This takes a few mins. Once complete - force reboot the iPhone holding down the Home and Power buttons for about 10 second simultaneously. Once you see the Apple reboot let go.
It's weird - it was my last roll of the dice - but it worked. I was able to switch on the WiFi and it connected.

And that is the way it has always worked - unless you were accessing iTunes on your computer with an Ethernet connection to the Internet. Otherwise, on an iDevice, you must have access to WiFi or be using a cellular 3G/4G iPad in order to access anything in iTunes.

So, after it charged and was still plugged in, I deleted the Exchange account and then reset it holding down the sleep wake buttons until the apple logo appeared. I also changed the limit on my emails to 3 days instead of 1 week. It turned on, so I turned it off and let it charge overnight. This morning, it stayed on for 3 whole hours and then shut itself off again. I had to try 5 times to get it to come back on. Now, a message appeared that Exchange cannot verify a server, I can't see the full name of the server anymore, but it is *.hotmail.com GlobalSign Root CA from Microsoft. So I'm selecting Accept to see what happens. I'm very discouraged, I need my phone to be reliable for my work. I don't know if this helps, but I experienced a similar issue with my iPad 2 after updating to iOS 7.
My "solution" to the problem, after pulling out my hair for hours, is to plug it in the wall charger, and then shut the iPad down completely. It does charge when turned off, although a bit slower than usual, or so it seems. Pheeew...:-) I realize that this is a pain if you have a problem with an iPhone, because you have to turn it off to charge it. Presuming that this works, of course. Otherwise, I don't know..
After the update, the iPad simply does not respond when i plug in the charger, nor does it connect to the USB port. The battery just keeps wearing down. I think it could be connected to the firmware change that iOS 7 brings, which I guess in itself has to do with Apple wanting to block out 3rd party manufacturers of power adapters of the new "lightning" type.
The only thing I can think of that might have gone wrong on my part concerning the update is that I didn't have it plugged in while installing the update - although I believe this is recommended from Apple. I'm thinking that in my case the new firmware update simply hasn't registered any adapter present upon installation, and that might have caused the iPad to not recognize an adapter at all, regardless of type. I have always used original Apple adapters, btw, so I'm not really guilty of anything other than not plugging it in while updating - or, at least that's my own theory. Which is better than no theory at all.. ;-)
Obviously, I'm waiting eagerly for Apple to solve this issue. Not really happy at all with this..
