Why some apps ask me for wifi to dowmload?

Where do I go in my ipad to find wifi , some apps ask me for that otherwise i can not download them?. Thanks

There is a size limit for downloads via cellular that was our in place by the carriers. App updates that are larger than that limit require Wi-Fi to download.
Turn Wi-Fi on in Settings > Wi-Fi > On
As your device finds the Wi-Fi network you will most likely be asked to approve connection and might have to enter a password if the network is protected. The next time you connect to that network the connection should be automatic unless that is turned off in settings.

Don't just enter usernames and passwords into apps unless you know what it is for and why it wants it.

It is most likely asking for your Apple ID password, but that is just a guess.
Then again as KarenSelena says if someone set a passcode without actually telling you (maybe a Settings -> General -> Restrictions passcode), that might be why you are getting a passcode request.

I Forgot Some Apps I Paid For

Hi. I forgot some apps I paid for and I don't think I have it backed up in iTunes. How do you display just the apps you paid for? If a query like that is not possible, is there another way to display just your paid apps?
There're only two buttons on App Store- Free and $x.xx (x is a variable which stands for the amount and currency, so xx.xx for other currencies), I think there should be a third button named Paid so that there's no confusion between Free because it is totally free/Lite version or Free because it was already paid for. Thank you in advance.

Why some apps say "quit unexpectedly" after I upgraded OX

I upgraded my OX to 10.8.2 few days ago. After that I couldnt use some apps. it says "quit unexpectedly". However, surprisingly this problem was gone for a short period today. Then after I shut it off and turn ot on again, this issue comes back and still remain until now. What's wrong with my mac and how to solve this?
P.S. I have tried to unistall and reinstall many times, reboots, and everything I can think of.

I'm not familiar with LINE, and there is no clear statement that it is 10.8.2 compatible.

By the way, the "hint" they are giving here should not be followed! This would open your Mac for any 3rd-party app even from non-approved app developers without you being able to review and confirm!

Why is Mail asking me for the name of an smtp server for an email address that doesn't exist?

I've migrated from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion on a new Mac, but in trying to use Mail on ML, it keeps asking me for the name of an smtp server for an email address that's never existed. The addy has my user name correct, but the server part of the address doesn't exist, or at least I've never used an email address with that provider. On ML there's no plist file for Mail, so nothing to delete there. What else can I do to get Mail working? The only other option I have is to abandon Mail as being crippled and useless, and use Postbox, which for it's price (US$9.95) is an attractive option. OTOH, I've paid for Mail after all, so it really ought to work. Any clues as to what I can do to stop its nonsensical behaviour? How do I file a bug report?

Why some apps will not sync with i tunes 11

Just updated to I Tunes 11 some apps will not sync to my i pod touch. Has others went thur the same problem?

My Ipod touch is about 2 years old running the latest o s and itunes. Before the upgrade all apps were on the itunes but when I tried to drag and drop them the ipod did not install them and both apps are less then a year from their release. These problems happen after the new upgrades

You can only get apps that are available in the app store of your country. All apps are not in all app stores.

Does anyone know why some Apps won't load unless I buy a new App?

I've been following a couple of threads. It seems some users, myself included, have a problem where certain Apps will not load. They simply start to open and then return back to the Home screen immediately. When it happens to me (maybe once per week) it's always the same Apps which refuse to load, and they ALL do it - Pages, Keynote, Numbers, Garageband, iMovie, Shareplus all stop working. The reported fix from all users is to go to the AppStore and either update, or buy another App - even a free one. Then all Apps work again properly. It started happening for me after upgrading to iOS 5 but many users had the same issue prior to iOS 5.
So my question is, does anyone know why this is happening? I don't want to find myself out of 3G signal, or abroad when I've turned Data off, and unable to use my Apps. The fix is useful, but I can't understand why we even need a fix. Suggestions?

Have you tried a full reset when this happens? This happens to me on rare occasion and a reset fixes things.

I have a Creative Cloud subscription. Why is reader asking me for a subscription to export pdf to word or JPEG? I thought I had the full version.

Why am I unable to export all of a sudden. I thought when I signed up for creative cloud I'd have full access with all of the programs installed.

I must correct this: Creative Cloud DOES include the Acrobat Pro app (http//helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html). Like all the other apps in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, more than 20 others), you simply ask Creative Cloud to install the app.
And this is the crucial point. Acrobat Pro is an app, entirely different from the Adobe Reader app. I believe the original poster is running Adobe Reader INSTEAD of Acrobat Pro. Adobe Reader is a different, free, app and for it, exporting is an add-on service. So make sure Acrobat Pro is installed and make sure you are using it. If you installed Adobe Reader as well and don't need it, then uninstall Adobe Reader to make life easier for yourself. You might then have to repair Acrobat Pro. (TIP: never uninstall Creative Cloud apps with the Windows control panel, but do uninstall Adobe Reader that way).

If my logged with my account, why does it asked me for someone's else password for an update?

So, I bought my mac about a month ago and I already logged in with my icloud account and my appstore acount, and all that multiple accounts that are the same.
I've got come updates on the appstore but I CANT UPGRADE THEM, I am logged with my account but when i click the upgrade button it just ask for the password of another account (the account of the place where I bought it) I've sign out and in multiple times and it stills happens, I can't upgrade ****, eather change the other users account, IT WONT LET ME, I mean, if I am logged with my account why the upgrades are with some different email.
Can I change that? It really annoys me.
(I'm not good at writing in english, but I really hope someone can help me)
