Why Some of Elements Wasn't Display Before Opening Layout Of Application
Hi,
is there a webdynpro application that was used without sap portal ( with an url ).
an error occured last time; some of elements weren't displayed in explorer. then i opened the layout of that wda application and tested it so all elements were displayed.
Does anybody know how did it happen? Will it happen one more time?

Might be some personalization applied for those UI elements as per the user. It could be some user settings for those UI elements.
When you check the component, the component configuration has the personlization settings right.

New Mac, I open some web pages hang for 30sec before opening?

There are no maps or plugin content on either of those pages, so I don't feel like I'm getting the whole story from you. However, please try the following.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this test is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The "Guest User" login created by "Find My Mac" is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing. -
When Lightroom (Potoshop Elements and Photoshop CC) can open RAW-pictures taken by Canon G7X-camera?
That is a new camera and you'll just have to wait and see when support is added. There's never any announcement ahead of time.
In the meantime you can either shoot RAW+JPG and import those, or convert to TIF using DPP and import those to Lightroom. -
Elements 12 Editor Crashes Before Opening
A few months ago I bought and downloaded Photoshop Elements 12 from Adobe's website due to my Elements 8 crashing before it opens. For about a month it worked fine, but when I clicked on the logo Elements 12 wouldn't open. I would right-click my images and try to open them in Elements 12 but a window would pop up saying "Photoshop Elements 12 Editor has stopped working" (I use Windows). Using Safe Mode I fixed Elements 12 so that the window appears where I can click between Organizer and Editor. Organizer works fine, but when I click editor the loading bar appears and the "Stopped Working" screen would appear again. Does anyone know how I can use Editor on Elements 12 again?
Can you get into the welcome screen? If so then it is a good idea to reset the settings file to see if corrects any errors automatically. to do this you need to do this:
1) Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT with fingers on one left-hand
2) With right hand click on the editor icon on the welcome screen
3) Look for a small window that looks like this:
4) click yes and see if this solves the problem.

Some cube records don't displaying in BPS layout
Hello, gurus!
I met crazy situation: I see in my cube (thru LISTCUBE) 5 almost identical records, with only difference - package ID - 3 with different APO packages, and 2 - with identical REQU. In my BEx queries, I see the correct sum of all 5 packages, but in my planning layout in BPS - just sum of 3 APO-packages! All packages relevant to queries in cube.
In RSRV I'd find following unrepairable error:
15748 units missing from fact table /BIC/FYCPLBSP; see details.

BPS does not display any records where units or currency key are missing. You have to delete those records and load them properly (put a rule in your transfer rules like "if keyfigure <> 0 and unit is initial. raise error. endif.").

Why is Illustrator CC App. quitting unexpectedly before opening?
I have been having the same problem for over a few weeks now, with no real response from troubleshoot.
I am trying to open AI. files and before the app launches it crashes.
"Adobe Illustrator CC quit unexpectedly."
"Click Reopen to open the application again. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."
I have tried all of the above, restarting etc.
Is anyone else having similar problems?having same issues…so what it the reason for "sending a report" to Adobe if nothing can be done with it????? paying for a product that I can't use when I need to use it and no help…come on…someone has to have an answer…HELP Pleeeeease

The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test. -
Problem: this mac is not reading an excell file after upgrading to yosemite. My Mac is from 2009, it use to work perfectly but it wasn´t able to open some apps, thats why i upgrade it. Now it once i donwload the zip it appears with an ".ods" extension

If the "it" refers to a compressed (zipped) spreadsheet that you downloaded, the ".ods" extension is used by LibreOffice and probably OpenOffice (which are free versions of MS Office) for spreadsheets, which would suggest that wherever you're getting that "Excel" file from has switched to one of those programs. I've tried opening an .ods file from LibreOffice using MS Office 2013 for Windows and it does open though with a warning that some things have been changed. I don't know if Office for Mac can normally open .ods files. But if your need is to just open .ods files, take a look at LibreOffice. -

Why won't Elements 10 accept my password when it did before?
I have tried numerous times to put in the password when opening Elements 10. It would not accept it. so I decided to get a new password. In filling out the outline they want you to click yes on the Personal URL. Meaning I assume that you put your pictures on the wed for others. I do not want this. Am I not understanding that. I don't understand the Archive folder. My Mail Inbox receives mail for my Mac, Gmail & AOL accounts - but sometimes after I've read an email I then can't find it when I check back for it later. And then I discover it's in the Archive folder, though I haven't done anything to make it move to Archive. So it must be happening automatically, and seemingly at random. Can anyone explain how this could be and how I can prevent it continuing to happen? Thanks.
Andy, thanks for your reply. I was just going to post that I seem to have solved the problem.
What I ended up doing was to first back up the mail folder. Then I created some Saved Mail folders and did a search to find the e-mails that weren't displaying and put them into a saved mail folder. Then I went in and deleted the e-mail account that wasn't displaying mail. (It would show the number of new messages in the red circle, but didn't show any messages being in the inbox when you clicked on the account.) Anyway, after trying to backup everything and deleting the problem e-mail account, I rebuilt the inbox and then re-entered the information for that account to set it back up. After I did this, messages come into the account just fine and show up just like they should.
The file structure looked to be the same as what your finder image shows. When I did the search which let me find the messages, all I noted was that it would say they were either in the Inbox, Sent Mail, Trash, etc. But, once I had them showing in the search window, I could copy them to a saved mail folder and view them without a problem.
Since this wasn't my computer, I'm not sure if anyone tried to change account settings, but not as far as I know. They just said it happened about 2-3 weeks ago.
Thank you for your help. I guess it's going to be one of those computer things that you don't know why it happened, but at least I know what I did that seems to have fixed it. -
Some PSD files won't display in Bridge
Why is it that some PSD files won't display a visible thumbnail in Bridge?
DonI tried Curt Young's suggestion in the Bridge forum:
When in the folder with the problem click on Tools/cache/purge cache for folder xxx. The thumbnails will be then rebuild and see if that solves the problem. Let all the thumbs rebuild completely (spinning arrow on bottom left corner will stop) before carrying out any other operation. You may have a few corrupted files in the cache.
