Why SPSS 19 does not works with Mavericks?

I upgrade my operating system Snow Leopard to Mavericks and SPSS 19 does not work again.
I tried to install it  again and send me and SPSS show me and error of licence. Can you help me please?

Why do you want to use a h:commandButton and not an <input type="button"> or a <button>? I don't think that you want to execute a backing bean action. Anyway, in this case you can also add return: false; to the onclick event so that it prevents the button from submitting the form to the server.

I want to install an old airport express, the ones which are directly plugged into the socket - but it does not work with Maverick or Snow Leopard - can I configure it with a windows pc?

The Mac running Snow Leopard should be able to configure virtually any version of the AirPort Express.
Tell us what steps that you are taking to configure the Express and what happens after each step.

  • ESATA express card does not work with Mavericks. Any suggestions?

This is an Apiotek II 300 Express Adapter. I went out to Apiotek.com and it appears the domain is for sale. Is there any way to get a software update or do I have to buy a new Express Card that allows eSATA drives to work with Mavericks. I did a backup before I upgraded using X 10.7.5 and everything worked fine. The eSATA drive is not seen using Disk Utility either.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

The driver has to come from the manufacturer of the card, so your two options are to get another card or to use your full backup to go back to 10.7.5. That assumes it's a clone backup and not Time Machine.

  • Printer does not work with maverick

canon mf 6595 no longer works with Marverick

I went to the Canon Site and download the good driver. I delete it, install again but nothing work!
The new UFR2 has two requirements.
    1. You must use the "Line Printer Daemon-LPD" protocol. This driver does not support IPP, which is set as the default.
    2. When you add the ADV6065 and ADV8085, you must select the entry that shows "Canon iR-ADV 6055/6065" and "Canon iR-ADV 8085/8095". Do not select the entry that shows UFR II in the name. This is the PPD for the older UFR v2.43 driver which does not work on 10.9.

  • Why google+ does not work with firefox?

Google+ and google drive are not working right in firefox as before

Thats because the old installed version of googletoolbar has a file named install.rdf that declares the max supported version of firefox to be 4.0.
To fix this ,just open the install.rdf file with notepad and change maxVersion from 4.0.* to 6.* (see the image i've also uploaded)
Now, in order to find the correct install.rdf file do the following:
    Go to folder :
C:\Users\[your user name here]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[sometext].default and search for the install.rdf file (im using windows 7)
Windows search will find many install.rdf files (one for each addon you have installed on firefox)
so make sure that you find the install.rdf that has the line
    <em:name>Google Toolbar for Firefox</em:name>
    in it.
For this install.rdf file just rename the max version as stated above , restart firefox..and vualla! Google toolbar is back!

  • Time machine does not work with mavericks

I got a Imac from 2007 and it was OK with Snow léopard . But yestarday , i have decided to upgrade my computer up to mavericks system and I can't find time machine anymore and it is impossible to use it . it would be glad to help me . thanks a lot in advance . Florence from France

    Florence,
    Bonne courage!!

  • Need Java for online course. Java does not work with Mavericks or times out quickly?

After upgrading to Mavericks 10.9.3 I am unable to connect to Blackboard through Java for my online courses. Research shows compatability issues. Same issue also occurs with my two Mac Air. is there a solution without taking down firewall and allow all applications?

You might be able to add the website to the list of excepted sites on the Java System preference.
You might be able to setup a proxy connection to your server that Java can speak over.

  • Adobe Flash Player does not work with Safari. What can I do?

    Hi,
I have a MacBook Pro, Retina, 15 inch, late 2013,  2 GHz Intel Core i7, using OS X 10.9.4. I have installed Adobe Flash Player. In my System Preference, in the advanced settings, it is set to install updates also tells me that I have the NPAPI Plug-in (version 14.0.0.145) installed but not the PPAPI Plug-in. Is this the reason why it does not work with Safari (keeps telling me to download the app, which I did but still does not work)? Is there any way I could fix the problem? Please, help.
    Thanks.

If you can't install or update Flash, follow these instructions.
If you have installed the latest version of Flash, please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 8. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Step 1
You might have to log out or restart the computer before a Flash update takes effect.
    Step 2
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
and confirm. Close the window. Then select
               ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Delete All. Close the preference pane.
    Step 3
If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, log in to YouTube and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
    Step 4
    a. If you get a warning of a "blocked" or "outdated" plug-in, then select the Security tab in the Safari preferences window. In the list of plugins on the left, there should be one—and only one—entry for "Adobe Flash Player," showing the same version number that you installed. Select that entry. On the right there will be a list of websites for which you have specifically allowed Flash, if any. It's normal for the list to be empty. Below that is a menu labeled
              When visiting other websites
From that menu, select either Allow or Ask.
    b. If you still get the alerts, then go back to the Flash Player preference pane and select the Advanced tab. Click Check Now. Quit and relaunch the browser.
    c. If the alerts still persist, triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources
Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select
              Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open. Inside it, there should be a file named "XProtect.meta.plist". If that file is missing and you know why it's missing, restore it from a backup or copy it from another Mac running the same version of OS X. Otherwise, reinstall OS X.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Step 5
In the Safari preferences window, select the Advanced tab and uncheck the box marked
              Stop plug-ins to save power
    Step 6
Open this folder as in Step 4:
    /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Delete the following item, or anything with a similar name, if present:
              Flash Player (failing).plugin
You may be prompted for your login password.
    Step 7
Re-download and reinstall Flash. Download it from the domain "get.adobe.com". Don't click a link from any other website, including this one, because you can't trust links. They may be an attempt to trick you into installing malware masquerading as Flash. Type the address into the browser window. Never download a Flash update from anywhere else.
    Step 8
If you get a "missing plug-in" error, select
              Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
from the Safari menu bar and check the box marked
              Allow (or Enable) plug-ins
    Then click the button marked
              Manage Website Settings...
if present and make sure that the website is not blocked for Flash.
    Step 9
    Select
              Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them.

  • HT1409 I have done this but it does not work with one of my albums and I dont know why??

I have done this but it does not work with one of my albums and I dont know why??

That would be it. Sometimes you can tweak the album & artist names enough for iTunes to download matching art from the store, or you could add a bonus track featuring 1 second of silence and attach artwork to that, or you could convert the files to Apple Lossless.

Either it's incompatible or it's a PPC-only application. PPC applications are no longer supported in Lion because there is no longer a Rosetta emulator. Contact Corel for support.
