Why States don't work on Tablet view for text frames over background image?

I have Macbook Pro with Top config on top S/W everything updated.
Using Muse.
Tablet view site.
Simple text frames buttons with states over a full width background image - DON'T WORK!
The text frame buttons are in TOP layer.
Visible but do not respond to to any touch. UNLESS I delete the background image.
Can't figure it out for days.
Please help.

I Found a major bug that needs to be fixed:
In Tablet view:
A linked text frame or state button has to be in the top layer to respond to states.
If a composition menu is opening up and covering the button when triggered - THE BUTTON WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN IF THE COMPOSITION IS CLOSED!!!
Only if the button is ARRANGED ABOVE the composition in the layer and becomes the absolute TOP OBJECT in the layer - ONLY THEN it will respond.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GOT IT.
I have tested it on a few projects and the bug is consistent.

Why is the text going over the image when the text layer is below the image layer?? It is so frustrating.

Are you sending the texts to his phone number or his Apple ID? It might be that the texts originated from your phone is to his Apple ID and not his phone number and his Apple ID was not registered for the Message app on his phone. So any texts to his Apple ID is not received by his phone.
Can you receive his texts? If yes, then reply back from what he send you and see if he can receive the texts.

If you registered your product, you should be able to find the download and serial number from your Adobe account.

"Enable Swipe" don't work and Tablet Layout on a Smartphone

I have two big problems with my own site www.mhgrafikdesign.de:
1. I have different slideshows in my tablet version of my site. I created the slideshow before one of the updates with the feature "Enable swipe" came out. However, it worked well on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1n. Now I have a Microsoft Surface and it's not working anymore although "Enable Swipe" is enabled. I don't know if the Microsoft Surface has problems with the slideshow or one of the updates has "damaged" my slideshow. Please help me! Any ideas?
2. I have a HTC 8S smartphone and if I type www.mhgrafikdesign.de my smartphone always show me the tablet version. Any idea why? P.S. Swiping there is also not possible.

This is now a slideshow created with Muse: Homepage
The slideshow uses fullscreen mode and was build with the latest version of Muse. On my Win8-Tablet, it is not working. I tested this with the IE11 in desktop- and in modern-ui-mode.
Next to this problem, I also run into these things:
1. Using the buttons to go forward and backward in the slideshow will select the text-arrow inside the button when touched.
2. Clicking the forward- and backward-button behaves different. Windows Desktop -> slideshow does not roll back, so you can click forever in one direction, no feedback that you reached the end. On iOS -> slideshow will be rolled back and you get the visual feedback to start over again.
3. Zoom into the fullscreen-slideshow will result in strange and not really controllabel behaviour. Zooming in does not allow to pan.
But I am not talking only about the phones. It is more about windows tablets in general. So, content can be viewed in the InternetExplorer11 in desktop-mode and also in modern-UI-mode (touch does work in both modes). But it is also possible, that people use other browsers like Firefox and Chrome. I think, it would be a quite a good idea to translate the movement of the mousepointer into gestures. Hyperlinks don't work in content viewer

I'm using Indesign CS 5.5 and am making a magazine app for apple. I made hyperlinks in my Indesign artcile by highlighting the text and even trying to create a frame arround the text and adding the hyperlink. When I select the link and put "go to destination" everything works fine. When I preview it on the content viewer for an ipad, nothing happens when I click on the text.
Where am I going wrong?

Most likely it's because this is just a preview.
If you want to be sure the hyperlink functions correctly, export to Interactive PDF (which should include hyperlinks by default) and test with Acrobat Reader.

Can you explain why you thought that would work? It's comparable to "I made the text blue and underlined it". ;)

Links in object states don't work

I have an object state with several text boxes, hyperlinks and buttons works fine, UNTIL i create buttons to control the object states appearance. Then the integrated links in the mso don't work.
Have tried with new document, new folio etc. As soon as I delete buttons to control the mso, the links works perfect. HELP please

You can solve this problem putting the buttom outside the MSO. And recreate the links inside the MSO.

The class name "Calendar" is already used by Java.
Rename your class "MyCalendar" or something else and it almost all works.
Near the end of your code, you misspelled "Calendar" (you typed "Calender").
After making those two changes, your code compiled and ran for me.

Why don't text shortcuts don't work in OS X for Thunderbird

In Mail and other apps, on my Mac Book Pro, as well as my iPad, I set up and can use text shortcuts such as typing 'in2' and it expanding to 'I'll be there in 2'. It even works in Outlook for Mac, which I really don't care for. Why doesn't it work for Thunderbird? I really like the look and feel of Thunderbird, but this is a deal breaker for me. I use a lot of repetitive phrases.

Why replace don't work?

Hey guys why replace is not working?
I know how to make it work. But, the procedure is to initialize the array before replacing. It does make sense that you cant replace, if it does not exist!
But is there no other way?
I have still not got what I love.....

Why mail don't work with hotmail?

I was going to buy a macbook air 13" but i stopped because "mail" don't work with hotmail. The apple store Campania is not able to solve the problem.

Hotmail is now MS Outlook.com. To my knowledge all mail programs work with it in one way or another. Right Apple Mac Mail.app doesn't support the new MS exchange system, I forget what they call it for real, but from what I have read Outlook.com now supports IMAP which Apple Mac Mail.app supports.
But then IMHO Mail.app is one of the worst mail clients. So alll you have to do is install another Email program like Outlook, in MS Office for Mac 2011, Thunderbird or some other mail program. Just because the Apple Mail.app progam may not work they way you want it to with any given mail provider doesn't mean you can't get email from that provider.

SP A60: Upon resume from standby, why devices don't work?

A question about my Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 (P2.8GHz, 40GB, Win XP Pro, as factory-delivered and extended with Belkin 54G PC-card wireless network adapter).
When the laptop wakes up from standby, several devices don't work anymore, e.g. the wireless network-card. I haven't found anything to (un)check for Wakeup-On-Lan, resume, power management or anything similar.
After a full reboot, all works fine again.
What could I do to let all devices work the same after waking up from stand-by?

Indeed not easy to explain. It doesn't make any difference if I use an AC power supply or battery, the same problem happens with both power sources.
I re-checked the whole issue: upon pressing the on-switch on the SP A60 whilst it is blinking yellow (ie. A60 is in standby mode), it reboots perfectly without any errors. All devices work, ie. connectivity wireless card with base station ("excellent"), USB-ports, modem is recognised, touchpad works, DVD/CD-RW reads and soundcard works. (In fact, subject of this email is not correct anymore...)
To be precise, what is NOT working is the data transfer, neither in my internal zone (LAN), nor outside (the Internet).
Summarised: upon resuming from standby, the SP-A60 operates as being purely local without recognising anything outside the machine, despite the wireless network card being properly installed and excellent connectivity with the base station shown.
As said, after full reboot all works fine again. No settings or checks have been found related to this. I'm running the latest BIOS.
Any ideas? A hardware- or software-related issue?
