I create skype account and bought unlimited World $13.99/month
finish and complete process.
Check purchase history ,Order No. xxxxxxxxx
Problem
1. I don't recieve E-mail confirm when buy pay/monthly
2. Check Order No. xxxxxxxxx Purchase information , status :  Delivered
   but Balance change $0.00 and cannot to call phone
Now 2 day ago, I am still waiting.
I think I do all of process already
Suggest me to do please
