Why system is being allow user twice enrollment for the same Class

How system allow user to enroll twice for the same class, it's strange for us. These status is being shown under
the learner tab.
1.Cancelled from Current Class
2.Prior Attended (sucessful_attendance_flag = y')
Could you pls advice, why is showing twice record instead of updation same status by Learner.

    They can, but not at the same time.
    If one user left iTunes running, and another user tries to use iTunes from a different Windows user ID, that second user will get an error message.  If they really want to use iTunes, they either have to beg the first user to log in and close iTunes, or else they have to restart the computer.
    If you are asking the technical reason why, it is something about context switching.

    Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu, and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' add the following two numbers:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
    (You can also enter them if you click on Advanced and then DNS)
    Sometimes reversing the order of the DNS numbers can be beneficial in cases where there is a long delay before web pages start to load, and then suddenly load at normal speed:

  • Why do I have to pay twice to rent the same movie?

    On my ATV2 system it has now happened several times where I will rent a movie and while it is downloading in the background someone will click around maybe watch a youtube video or some other tv show on our home sharing network. a day or two later when I go to watch my rented show it's not ready to watch. So, I have to start the download over again and I get charged again. What's up with that?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Unless you are accidentally starting the movie before someone watches YouTube or whatever, this shouldn't be happening. Are you sure you aren't starting it, are you checking for rentals or trying to rent it again, when you return to watch the movie.
    It is quite normal that you'll need to download it again if someone does something else, but you shouldn't need to pay for it.

  • Error message when enrolling in the same Offering

    Our catalog is structured with offerings which have a number of classes under them. These classes contain the same content, but are held weekly (start and end dates per week).
    Our problem is that a learner can get enrolled into the same course/offering twice (but different classes) - in two different weeks. Is there a way to configure the system to warn that the learner has already attended the offering? (Workflow??? or is there an easier way)
    I know that an error message is shown if a learner is enrolled in the same class twice, but not in the same offering.

    Standard functionality won't prevent you enrolling a learner more than once onto different classes within the same offering. I think any solutioon would have to be a customisation.
    The type of solution you might consider will depend on your appetite for customisation.
    If you want a basic solution, which won't prevent the second enrolment but will highlight it, you could look into developing an Alert or a report. Both these soultions are 'after the event' but would at least identify what has happened and allow you to take action to correct it.
    Another suggestion is to use the OA Framework and extend a view object on the enrolment screens to identify people already enrolled in a class in the same offering.

    we have some tasks coming from our back- end system. When a certain task needs to be substituted to a colleague, no problem ... for one task. When we wish to assign him a second task, we get following message :

    Is substitution only limited to one task per person? What would be a workaround? It's possible to create for each combination of tasks a definition in the back- end which is available from the substition drop down list, but this is not what our customer would like to see.

    We are are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support here, we won't know why.
    I don't know what you mean by 'extra charged' (have you made in-app purchases within the app, or are you in the US and need to add on your state's sales tax to the listed price ?), or have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.

    It may be in the process of making room.  What version of OSX are you on?    (That process can be excruciatingly slow on Leopard or Snow Leopard backups over a network;  Lion has improved it greatly.)
    A clue may be lurking in your logs.  Use the widget in #A1 of  Time Machine - Troubleshooting to display the backup messages from your logs.   That should help you figure out what's going on.  If in doubt, copy and post them here (but if the same ones repeat over and over, drop most of the duplicates).
    If you can, connect via Ethernet; it will be 2-3 times faster.

    it obviously doesn't, but then again some people or organisation only care about price when it comes to purchasing their laptops, and it is hard to justify making a special model for a selected few.
    Sure everything can be done if there is a market for it, but Lenovo won't know how large the market is before hand, as such they are hedging a bet by not moving with the market (which Lenovo have done on many occasions). I guess the finanical return is not the worth the risk for Lenovo to keep the 4:3 or 16:10 screens.
    But this debate has been going back and forth for a long time, so no point bringing it up again and again.
