Why the filters aren't working?

I have created several filters for my two joined Inbox accounts, my filters have been established from the "create filter from..." option but they don't execute at all??
any clues on why this is happening?
I tried all possible methods of creating filters and have checked them all and ran them manually too, but the messages sit there in the INBOX and never get moved to my selected folders.

The most common cause for a filter not working is having enabled the setting "''Match '''all''' of the following''", when you really want "''Match '''any''' of the following''".
Have you checked that setting?

There is almost no chance it can be recovered, except at a cost far greater than a new keyboard. Once wet, spraying with a cleaner will not do any good and most likely will make the situation worse.
Best thing at this point is go to your Apple store, or the on-line store, and buy a new keyboard. Water damage is not covered by the warranty or AppleCare.

Here is the SQL statement as follow:

Why this structure and not a join?
The cursor() function returns a cursor handle that needs to be processed - in other words, the client needs to fetch data from it. The Oracle® Database SQL Reference+ (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14200/expressions005.htm#i1035107) describes it as being equivalent to a ref cursor handle.
Thus why are you creating ref cursor handles as a column in a SQL projection - where each row will have a "+nested+" ref cursor handle to process. What problem are you attempting to hack solve this way?

You have system sounds on mute. Double tap the home button and swipe to see the left edge of the task bar. If there is a sound icon there with a line thr it, touch it to toggle the sounds back on. If the icon looks like the rotation symbol, then flip the small switch next to the volume rocker on the side of the pad.

"Standby" (or "Sleep" is the phone's normal state when not in use. "Off" is when the phone is totally shut down by holding down the Sleep button the doing the "Slide to Power Off" on the screen.
If you believe it is dangerous to be in the same room as an iPhone, your question is pointless. I suggest you invest in a clockwork alarm clock.

I'm new with flash and don't know why the timers don't work like i would expect. In VB.NET timers are how you move stuff, but it doesn't look like they are ideal for moving stuff in flash at all (really slow). I'm making a game in which you throw a ball around the screen. i am using a timer to get the ball to move. this doesn't work well for 2 reasons; 1: the ball jumps alot, and 2: the timer should eventually run out of time. Timing for movement would be more often dealt with using something that operates at the frame rate of the file. The ENTER_FRAME event is usually selected for this purpose.

The games you mention would have been written and therefore designed for the previous version of iOS - you've most likely had a lot of updates lately in the run-up to the release of iOS 7 and if these games haven't had an update then chances are these will need to be adapted to iOS 7 by the developers if not working correctly.

Not grasping why the strcpy_s function only works once in this code

I don't understand why the below strcpy_s (BOLD, ITALASIZED) function shown below does not work. The one just above it does. I tried reading the HELP info, but just not grasping it. Can someone help in plain, simple english?? Thanks!

Bohica -- it is helpful to explain what "Doesn't work" means. In this case I assume you are referring to the fact that the line produces a compile error.
error C2660: 'strcpy_s' : function does not take 2 arguments
The basic strcpy_s function is defined as
errno_t strcpy_s (char *strDestination, size_t numberOfElements, const char *strSource);
Where the middle parameter is the size of the buffer that you are copying to. The middle parameter is important to ensure that you don't overwrite the end of your array (a very common bug when using C-style strings and one of the most common security
vulnerabilities out there).
Now, when using C++, there is a special super fancy templated version of strcpy_s that is willing to take two parameters, but ONLY if the function can figure out the size of the destination buffer at compile time. (The exact way it does this
will probably give you a headache based on the fact that you appear to be learning C++).
What this means, is that in employee::putname, you are copying the data to the class member name which the compiler can see has room to store 80 chars. Because the compiler can see this, it can call the two parameter version of strcpy_s.
However in employee::getname you are copying to the parameter n which is a pointer to storage for an unknown number of char's. Because the compiler cannot figure out the amount of storage you have in
n, it cannot use the two parameter version of strcpy_s.
Here is what you probably want to do:

strcpy_s(n, sizeOfBuffer, name);

Why the wifi doesn't work after the upgrade to iOS 5?

The problem is that after the upgrade to iOS 5 the wifi doesn't work. I mean, iPad is connected to the wifi but not to the internet and also the connection on the other device doesn't work. So I had to turn off the router and then turn it on.

Try a hard reset first to see if that does any good. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If no luck with that, you'll need to manually connect your iPod to your iTUnes library in recovery mode using the instructions in the Apple support document below. Doing so will allow you to bypass the passcode and restore the iPod.
