Why THE VOICE:ON STAGE application keep billing me even I did not purchase any of them ?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I very upset every time that I saw the bill, What happened with the system???? Why I have to pay for the one that I don't even use it any more. This is unfair.

Can you please help to understand how the firefox decides on the Expires date for a cached javascript file ( my server did not set any Expire header, but firebox set it down). I tried to understand but different javascript file gets different Expires date value when it is being cached. Please help me as I tried lot and could not get proper answer for this. Thanks for the question. From your description, it sounds like various Account Settings have been greyed out in your Settings application (iCloud, Facebook, Twitter). The cause for these being greyed out is a restriction setup on your iPhone. You'll probably see that Restrictions are turned "On" in Settings > General.
You'll want to disable the restriction "Allow Changes: Accounts". For more information on restrictions, see this article:

It is not intended for the iPad. It would be somewhat cumbersome to have to use your iPad at a kiosk or a movie theater to print a boarding ticket.

I tried to purchase music at iTunes with the iTunes card I was given. I was able to redeem the amount and it shows on my apple Id I have $25 but it does not pay my purchase it will still go to my credit card and bill it. It did not give an option.
If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

You should be able to turn it off on the iPad by using 'a tap-to-select and then double-tap to activate/type process' and 3 fingered scrolling to go into Settings > General > Accessibility and turn it 'off' (so to use the 'slide to unlock' tap the slider and then double-tap it, and to type your passcode tap a digit and then double-tap it etc), or you can do it by connecting to your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4064
