What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Assuming for now you are aiming at DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc and not AVCHD on DVD disc.
We can try at least 3 different approaches to restore Premiere Elements burner location recognition for your DVD/CD burner (assumed not Blu-ray DVD burner).
For now, I am going to assume Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
1. Delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 12.0 Folder in which it exists.

and in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then you delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
2. Deactivate the program from within the opened project - in version 12, Expert workspace Help Menu/Sign Out. Then uninstall the program via the usual Control Panel route. Next do a ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts) to get rid of leftovers from incomplete uninstalls and reinstalls.

Finally reinstall the program with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
3. Refresh the DVD drivers.

Did you set Internet Explorer as the default browser? If not the set it as the default. Check to see if you can do custom install

BDC programs can run in the background, If you use the Functionmodules which is Uplpoad a file from Presentation server or Upload from presentation server then we can not use the Program in the Background processing. if the BDC program does not have these function modules then we can use the program in Background

I’ve tried two different Apple cables.
I’ve tried different USB ports on the computer.
I have rebooted both the Mac and the iPod.
I’ve wiggled the cables and checked for dust in the connectors.
The iPod charges using this same cable connected to wall wart. That’s a good sign.
Both the Mac and iPod seem to work fine separate from each other. They just won’t talk anymore.

I found this possible solution on another support thread, so I tried it.
turn off iPod
hold Sleep and Home buttons to start it.
When Apple appears, let go of Sleep button, but keep holding Home button.
When screen goes blank, let go of Home button.
Connect cable and check iTunes to see if it has conencted.
This did not work for me.
I then turned off the iPod, restarted the Mac, and restarted the iPod normally.
I connected them with the cable, and it works like normal. :-)

The context is the following one:
Code VAT Created with code target VAT, general account of VAT also created,
Rule of deferred VAT created and activated for the company code in question, with marks to compensate for check.
The data of tests are the following ones:
Creation of an invoice via the FB60,
Integral payment of the invoice via F-53,
Creation of the confirmation of the operation in bank via the manual statement FF67,
Clearing of the intermediate banking account with the bank account via F-03.
After all these elements, by executing the RFUMSV50 program, I have nothing in result.
There somebody who had the same problem, could help us?

Service Tax credit cannot be utilized unless the Vendor Invoice is Paid. This is the reason till the payment is done the service tax Amount will be accumulated in deferred tax account and once the invoice is paid the balance in deferred tax is need to be transferred to respective Service Tax , Educational Cess and higher Education Cess account. There can be various business scenarios for full and Partial Payment to facilitates the transfer of such deferred balance to respective account SAP has come up with some new standard program RFUMSV50 instead of RFUMSV25. To overcome the limitation of this program i.e. not able to take care of more than one tax line item, below the solution is provided with scenarios “Full Payment is made to Vendor Invoice”.

You can try the following steps to solve that
1. Delete the previous Delta Init for the InfoObject
If you have access to R/3 Side you can follow the steps or you can follow the BW Steps
Goto RSA7 ->Select and Delete the Init Request for the InfoObject
From BW Side
InfoPackage-> Inti for Source System -> Select & Delete
the Init Request
2. Execute the Init InfoPackage for the InfoPackage again.
3. After successful completion, execute the delta InfoPackage.

I'm getting the following error when execting 0JOB_ATTR extractor in R/3 system (via RSA3):
The extraction program does not support object 0JOB_ATTR
Message no. R3009
Diagnosis
The application program for the extraction of data was called up using the invalid InfoSource/invalid InfoObject 0JOB_ATTR.
System Response
The data extraction is terminated.
Procedure
Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a customer message if necessary.
I've found various threads with this error (or similar ones), but none of them are solved (or not published solution). Haven't found any SAP notes yet either, so any input would be very helpfull.

0JOB_ATTR not in use and SAP replaced this with 0EC_CJOB_ATTR... U have to use 0EC_CJOB_ATTR to load master data for 0JOB.
Even i faced the same problem and found the following info in one of the SDN thread, and we are using 0EC_CJOB_ATTR (make sure u have data in table HRP5050).
I have sent a message to SAP asking for the solution . Below is the reply what they gave.
"This error appears because of naming conventions we have to switch the name of the Data Source from 0JOB_ATTR to 0EC_CJOB_ATTR. Please use this data source to extract the compensation job attributes to BW.
Note also that data source 0EC_CJOB_ATTR extracts data from table HRP5050.
If no data is being extracted please do the following:
If you have data in HRP5050 and still do not get any data please try the following :
1) Take over the Data Source from the business content (RSA5)again and check in RSA3 .
2) Replicate the Data Source to BW
3) Activate the Info Source again.
4) Delete any previous delta initializations for the datasource.
5) Initialize the delta again
6) Try to load data".

Try a restart of your entire system. Shut down both your modem and your router if they are two separate devices. Then restart each item one at a time with about three minutes between each device.
Also reset the iPad by pressing and holding the Start and Home keys together, ignoring there'd slider until the Apple logo appears.

I have reset my iphone and made sure all updates have been done on my macbook pro and iphone. Your photos will not be touched, but your computer might recognize the photos again after that.
