Dear concern try to understand what i am asking to you that some one calling me and my phone is ringing or that time i am nt using my phone that is in lock mode that time if i want to disconnect that call without using sleep/wakeup botton.So tell me another way to disconect that call in given situation.kindy suggest.

I second the question posed by Rysz....if you have ANYTHING set up at all (a mail account, etc) it will communicate with it's server..whether polling for new mail, syncing notes, etc.
Also, the 4S is designed to be PC Free, so check your General settings tab to make sure it's not checking for Software Updates. Also, are you backing up to iCloud? This will automatically do things in the background. Check the iCloud settings page.
And to ensure no apps are running, double click your home button. When the screen raises up it will show icons of any running apps. Hold your finger on one of them, and they will start to dance with X's on the corners. Tapping the X's closes the app. Close them all, then hold your home button and power button at the same time. Slide to power off, leave it off for a minute, then power back on. This will ensure no apps are running in the background. -
When I plug in my iphone 4S to my 64-bit computer a error box comes up in my 64-bit itunes that reads (This iphone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the Itunes installer to remove itunes, than install the 64-bit version of itines.) This just started a few weeks ago. I've done a system restore on my computer, deleated and reinstalled the 64-bit itunes several times, did a registery clean, rebooted. Nothing seems to work it will not pick up my phone.
Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.) -

So i think i closed the wrong service at some point a few weeks back (apple mobile device) but iTunes remained working after that for another week. I then updated iTunes and i get the same "Service ‘Apple Mobile Device’ (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." every time. If i click ignore, just so i can access iTunes with out syncing my iPod (touch 2nd gen) i then get 'iTunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 193)" when it has all installed. I don't understand what the problem is anymore as I have looked at other questions on the apple website, carried out the advice and it hasn't work. Any of them.
Tings I have done:
- Wiped all iTunes and Apple data from my computer (if you search for 'iTunes' or 'Apple' nothing comes up apart from applets from system code.
- Attached iPod before iTunes install and updated drivers.
- Installed iTunes as 'Run as administrator'
- Uninstalled and re-installed the software nearly 20 times now and rebooted the computer in between everytime.
Please someone help because i really need to get music on my ipod and i enjoy the ease of use of iTunes compared to spotify or Windows Media Player.For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

Re: Can't install iTunes 12.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. I know they look a little daunting, but the process of generating the logs themselves isn't that hard to do. Extracting useful information from them is still a challenge but maybe something will leap out. If you want to post the log for the failed components for me to have a look at here or in the other thread please edit out any personal information, particularly your email address, first.

Can you install a password so that the user of the phone cannot unblock blocked contacts. I do not want my daughter to be contacted by certain people. I also do not want her to be able to contact them.
The real problem is that whatever you do will only affect that phone. If she really wants to contact them she could use ANY phone.

Why can't I deny a call from a blocked phone number???
I got a few calls blocked numbers and they are always a different person. I want to deny them but I can't the phone you can usually pull up wasn't there. Please help I don't know if something is wrong with my phone.
Call blocking didn't become a feature for iPhone until iOS 7. Your post says you have iOS 6.1.3 and call blocking is not possible with that

Is there a setting in UCCX for long an agent phone rings before it sets him to NOT READY?

This is a new install, version 8.5.1.11..2-22, and we're in the testing phase. So, when calls are presented to an agent the phone rings for about 3 seconds (maybe 5) and then the agent is placed in the NOT READY state on the CAD and the call is presented to the next available agent. And the same thing happens, his phone rings for about 3 seconds (maybe 5) and then he's placed on NOT READY and if there is another agent the pattern repeats.
IF you have the phone set to auto-answer with speakerphone - the call connects
IF the agent is fast enough to answer via the CAD gui - the call connects
So, I'm thinking there must be a setting buried somewhere we've missed on how long the agent phone will ring before the system puts him on NOT READY. Or could it be something else?

here is pretty much every option:
Force eject a stuck cd/dvd
First try the normal methods to remove the disc. Drag its icon to the Trash can in the Dock or select 'Eject' from the File menu.
If you are running a virtual machine, e.g. VMFusion, ensure that the CD is disconnected from the virtual machine. This will sometimes allow the CD to now show up in Mac OS X.
Shut down the computer and start up whilst holding down the mouse button. This may take some time, but keep your finger on the mouse button right up until the disc comes out or the log-in screen has appeared.
If you have Toast Titanium installed on your computer, choose EJECT DISC from the menubar.
Sometimes you can successfully use the eject disc button in iTunes even if the disc is not visible to the Finder
Open Disc utility and choose the disc you wish to eject in the left-hand pane, then click on the Eject button.
Some Macintoshes have a paperclip hole that you can insert a straightened paperclip into, manually triggering the eject mechanism.
Open Terminal and type "drutil tray eject" to eject the disc/tray, and "drutil tray close" to close the tray.
If your computer has an eject button on the keyboard, restart the computer holding down the Option key. When the startup disk selection screen appears, let go of the option key and press the keyboard's eject button.
