Apple Discussions is not the proper forum for this type of question.
This is a technical support form, so your posts should be either a technical support request, or answer.
If you'd like to discuss non-support issues, I'd suggest the forums over at iLounge.com
The folks over there would be more receptive to this type of open discussion.

My ipod touch will not hare no matter what and I've tried many different cables and different ways to charge it. What should I do? If I complain to the Apple store co. will they replace my ipod for free?
- See:
iPod touch: Hardware troubleshooting
- Try another cable
- Try another charging source
- Look at the dock connector on the iPod. Look for abnormalities like bent or corroded contacts, cracked or broken plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store.

Why doesn't the iPod touch have the A7 chip if it supposedly made for gaming and hardcore apps?
Apple has not released a new model of iPod touch since the A7 processor was introduced. When Apple will, or indeed if they will, is as lllass said not something any of use here would know. We'll just have to wait and see.

Do they send the ipod 5th generation to Puerto Rico?
Do they send the ipod 5th generation to Puerto Rico? I want to buy the new Ipod but i don't know if the Apple store sends it here. Help!
Expanding on what lllaass said to make sure it's clear, the US Apple Store will ship only with in the 50 states. They will not ship to Puerto Rico. You'll have to buy from an Apple dealer in PR. You can search for dealers here:

my new macbook pro is giving me hardtime. even apple team is not being to solve it. they replace the motherboard first it didn't work. second time they formatted the computer and that also didn't work. every time my mac showing different problems.
At first my computer had issues. Once it go to sleep it will not back again. I dropped my laptop at apple store to fix it. After 10 days they returned my laptop saying they were no able to fix the problem so they replaced motherboard aiming if that might help. Acttually that didn't help.I had same issue again. I visited apple store again. This time they said they could fix, if I will allow them to format the harddrive. I said ok. They formatted it. It was working fine for few daysAfter few days compter is taking.even more than 15 min to shutdown. Now computer has another problem. It is being hang frequently like every 20'to.30 min.
I don't know what to do? I still have one month left on first year warranty. I have requested couple times to apple associates either to fix or replace or refund. They are showing me rude behavior. They are not understanding my situation. I am a student. I need to do lot of home work. Since last three month my mac book and apple associates giving me hard time. Any suggestions are welcome.Contact Apple Customer Care - not Apple Care - Customer Support. Have your receipts handy and/or case numbers. Be patient, be calm, and tell your story just as you have here. I get the sense you are not in the US and don't have access to an Apple Store but are going to an independent shop. This makes using Customer Support all the more important. If phoning isn't viable, use registered mail.
Since time is running short, be prepared to purchase AppleCare to exennd your warranty 2 more years. Yes, you shouldn't have to do this, but it gives you added protection and more opportunities over the next 2 years to claim a replacement computer if you don't get one immediately. After dealing with a similar unhappy situation with a Mac in the late 1990s I finally got a replacement computer and reimbursed for the AppleCare policy. -
my computer has been seen at Genius bar 6 times for freezing up, reloaded all original settings, all of their diagnostics, and they even sent it to the apple shop where they replaced the battery and logic board. Still freezes after I try to reload iTunes stuff and app stuff from apple, especially iPhoto which is seems to refuse to load and then begins freezing up all over again. Anyone else have this problem. Other than this, I have had absolutely no problems with this computer. Now, it's a file of junk.
Hi Ronald ...
Have you checked lately to see how much free space there is on the disk? Especially since iPhoto freezes at launch ...
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
And make sure the OS X software is up to date.
Click the Apple top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click: Software Update
If you have anti virus software installed or are using third party Mac cleaning utiliites, that may be part and parcel of the your problems. -
I had a problem with my 4s battery so i took it to an apple store and they replaced the phone. However they had me backup my photos in icloud because i was goingto lose them otherwise. So now my question is how do i get my photos back?

First time I brought it to Apple Store they replaced the cable. Second time, was there for 4 hours no joke and still does the issue. Today, same thing. What do I do now!?
Got it replaced last week. Turns out the dock was defective.

Will they replace the phone or just repair it? I don't want to be without a phone. Anyone have any experience with this?
If it is defective, then they will replace it.
They do not repair at all. -
my iPod got stolen and I did not turn on find my ipod and they restored the ipod so I can not locate it on the map
please help me because it was a birthday present from my Grand ma.- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

The plasic screen that covers the LCD screen, as well as the back reflecty thinggie on the back of the iPod are both scratched to ****. I'm looking to get these replaced. I went to Best Buy and they said that those kind of things aren't covered under warrenty, but Apple might be able to do that for a fee. I googled some websites that offer screen replacement, but I'm wondering if these are legit. I'd prefer to have Apple do it (i'm willing to pay for it). So does anybody know if Apple will replace the front and the back of the iPod? If not are any of these sites legit? Thanks in advanced.

Apple won't.
Why not just use scratch removers?
Here are some ways to remove scratches...

iCleaner

I have a water damaged iphone 5c. I was thinking about taking it to the Apple store and paying the 269 dollar service charge for them to attempt to fix it. My question is: If they can't fix it, will they replace my phone for that $269 dollars, or will I have to pay full retail price for a new phone?
They do not repair at all.
The replace.
The $269 is for a replacement.
