Why this text is so blurry? Apple designers you are officially out of control!!!
What the **** is wrong with the Apple designers? The text is miniscule. This is crazy!!!
In every new version they keep adding useless text shadows, blurs and efects.
Are they trying to convert us to Windows Metro fans?
I agree, it looks blurry and the font in the List View also looks strange. Is this all optimized for Retina displays already and, hence, looks ****** on normal screens? Anyway, the font in the List View looks too large compared to the column headers and the text in the MiniPlayer window. Overall, it just looks unbalanced, messy and ugly.
Also, the positioning of the main Rewind / Play / Forward buttons as well as the volume slider looks totally arbitrary - it doesn't line up with the Sidebar. My grandmother could have designed a nicer layout. Let's hope that Ive improves things in the future - he must have a better feel for proportions than the bozos that came up with this version...

So far I'm dissapointed with Mac O/S .....so many areas lack common sense, require unnessary extra clicks and is not as customizable as Windows. It's like Apple thinks you are a child and not entitled to choose for yourself so that they can control your info for you.
The mouse/trackpad problem is a major issue that Apple should be proactive in offering a solution for. If anyone has a solution to this I'd be greateful to hear it.

If so the learning curve is somewhat steep - but, if you put in the time and use this knowledge base whenever you run into issues you'll be up to speed soon enough.
With regards to the trackpad/mouse, you can adjust the sensitivity by:
1. Click the Apple Logo on the top left hard corner of your screen
2. Click System Preferences
3. Click Trackpad
Adjust the tracking speed to your specifications.
Also familiarise yourself with the gestures (activate the ones you can remember)
To go back to the menue by clicking Show All
4. Click Mouse
Adjust your mouse settings to your specification.
And why use mac?

Why am I getting a message,"the item you are trying to buy is no longer available" when I bought it months ago and have reinstalled several times. As recent as last night.
The item may have been removed either permanently or temporarily between now and when you last downloaded it. There may be an problem with the App Store or your connection to it. Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? Try waiting a couple of hours and trying again.

Why am I stuck in a "you are logged out" loop while attempting to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC)? I am able to log into the Creatrive cloud member portal.
What gives.
Also, I can change my password at the ACC portal.
When prompted to login during installation the loop begins. I enter my username and password hit enter - click whir - and the same prompt reappears.
No email is delivered (not in junk either) when I ask for info on reseting my password the only solution offered in the debilitating prompt.Are you on a managed network? Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.

Note: Please disable anti virus if installed and then try to sign in.

what does the error message that says " You are logged out because another computer is using this IP address." mean?
Some other piece of network ghardware on your home LAN (Local Area Network) is using the IP address your Mac is trying to use.
Reboot both your modem and router, or the Modem/Router combo box you have, and all pieces of networking equipment, computers and printers, you have connected to your LAN.
If you continue to get that error then it is a bug in OS X or you have your Mac set to a Static IP address that is being handed out by the routers DHCP server to some other device. -
"You are not authorised to control this computer"
We have a new Mac that has been installed at a remote site, and I am trying to remote control this for the first time. I have added discovered this in ARD and can 'observe' the machine - but when attempting to 'control' it, I receive the message "*You are not authorised to control this computer*"
I have checked the settings on the Network/Sharing screen, and 'all network users' are permitted to gain access.
Anyone have any ideas?

This is the message I keep receiving when I try to update iTunes.
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.I am having the same problem and also updated my ipod using another comp. I tried manually deleting itunes and can deletee all of the programs except apple software update then i recieve the same message it has something to do with that program but i can't get it off of my comp. now i am stuck without any of the content for my ipod.

reinstalled itunes and have 4 to 8 copies of each song. This is the third time has happened over last 3 years. Called Apple, they state must delete extra songs manually, is there a quicker way and why does this happen. I have Iphone, can I delete all music and copy from phone?
Man I hear your pain, same happened to me. I never worked out a way of deleting all the duplicates and I'm guessing it occured as you imported your library more than once.
However it is possible to delete everything and copy from an ipod using different utilities out there on the net, try googling ipodutil as an expample, although I don't know if this works from an iphone but it worked for me copying everything back from an ipod into itunes. -

Many ThanksPerhaps you can try a higher depth depth=10. This will work if the text is actually loading, but behind another object. If the text is actually not loading, then this won't help.

User troubleshooting as outlined in the manual starts with a simple power off, then back on. Have you tried this yet? If this doesn't work, try a reset as outlined below:
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss) -
This message window pops up numerous times while I am working with Thunderbird. When I click the cancel button, it immediately comes up again and again, sometimes eight or nine times before it stops coming up for a bit, and then it starts popping up again.

If this is your email provider, you can safely "Confirm Security Exception" and the problem should not continue. Sometimes sites fail to update their certificates (including one of mine!). -

I have four text fields
(READ ONLY)
FIELD A 5 FIELD B
FIELD E 10 FIELD F
Currently running Adobe pro v11.0
User can enter in field A, B is calculated by a * 5 = B
User can enter in field E as well, but ONLY if A is greater than 2500. otherwise, Field F = 0.
I'm a C# programmer, however i can't seem to figure this one out with adobe. I don't work with scripting languages very much.
Field B has a simplfied nontation of A + 5, works fine
however i cant seem to get a custom script to work.
Custom Calculation for Field E (syntax might be a tad bit off)

This does not trigger anything to happen. even when fielda meets the condition. Can anyone take a look at my syntax? could you offer me any other solutions?

I have something in field A, also tried to call it by doing app.alert(fielda); doesnt work.. Just prints out fielda as a text not the value of field aYou need to provide more information. Some questions:
1. What should happen to field F if both field A and field E are blank?
2. What should happen to field F if field A is not blank and field E is blank?
3. What should happen to field F if field A is blank and field E is not blank?
4. Do you want to prevent the user from entering a value in field E until field A is >2500?
You get a reference to a field using the doc.getField method (http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.476.html), and you get the value of a field using the "value" (http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.731.html) or "valueAsString" (http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.732.html) field properties. A blank field will return a zero length string when getting the field value with either of these property.
It will probably be better to use a custom calculation script for field F instead, but it depends on your answers to the above questions. -
We got a new email address, and it appears that we successfully changed/updated our itunes/icloud account. When we work from our PC everything looks changed, and is obviously reading from our devices. However, all of our devices still show our old email address as the itunes store/icloud account and none of our devices will let us change this. It keeps asking us to sign in with our old Apple ID, but it won't let us sign in. We've tried multiple passwords and have tried to reset it, but that is not working either. Now, its cycling and keeps popping up...won't let us get to any other screen unless we shut off.
I read the support questions and it said to make sure "find my phone" is shut down, but we can't even do that without a password. Very frustrating. Can anyone help?To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo
