Please explain to me how my post violated TOS or my ULA? My post contained valid complaints expressed in a non-threatening manner, with no profanity. Was the reason because I linked to an outside URL? The link was to the Motorola site, for a rebate regarding Verizon phones. The post which was deleted was my first, so it should be easy to find. I must say that this is not a good way to keep a customer. The reason why customers are treated so poorly is because we, contractually, cannot collectively sue you in class action. We have no power, so you will continue to treat us without respect.

Like I said, we cannot sue carriers in class action, because they all have similar restrictions in their contracts regarding arbitration, class action, and so on. Therefore we will continue to be treated unfairly as they hold all the cards. My phone will not work without (deleted content as per VZW ToS), yet they keep on putting out new RARZ MAXX XTRME ULTRA HD M phones every other week, instead of fixing the broken phones which are already out there. If they spent a fraction of the money on fixing the Bionic as they did marketing it, this problem would have already been resolved. Apparently there's no way to have a real discussion in this "community" about any salient issues. Thank you for the help, Ann154.

It sometimes takes a while for the Moderator to review/edit posts/threads, especially if the forum has been really active.
If I remember your question, it was why put things on the SD card and how ... why includes freeing up phone memory and being able to move things from phone to phone. How includes connecting your phone to your computer via USB cable and moving things among folders, and there's options when looking at photos and the like on your phone to move them from internal storage to the SD card.

I shouldn't have to put in false information then go through the hassle of making a new account. All you have to do is make an option that searches for a username, and show that it is available. Then just have that username locked for 24 or 48 hours.
As for the privacy thing. Why should it be mandatory for my mobile phone to be a necessary info if my friends can already contact me on skype, OR jus call me. This info you are making us give out is way to personal. At least give us the option of MAKING IT PRIVATE.

Sorry but no, the title does not say it all, not by a long shot. You give us absolute nothing on which to base a diagnosis and offer suggestions. If you're having problems importing a CD, post details, including results of the CD/DVD Drive tests from the Diagnostics under the Help menu in iTunes, and perhaps someone can offer suggestions.
If you want to downgrade just look through the forum. Instructions have been posted in a number of threads.

In general, you can discuss whatever problem you are having here as long as you are looking for a solution.
Apple doesn't tolerate complaining just to complain. And, they don't intend to allow this site to be used for users banding together to and complain about a product.
The primary purpose of this site is to discuss a specific problem that you need help resolving. They further clarify that to technical issues and discussions.
So, you can ask for advice diagnosing a problem, for assistance getting something to work, or how to get a certain program to perform a certain task. But, they will not permit you to just come in and discuss various issues in general.
This is regulated as a user to user support forum for assisting you in a specific task. They discourage just chatting and discussing the general issues and curiosities.
I didn't read your previous discussion. So, I cannot comment on it personally. But, if it was a discussion that fell into the categories above, then that might be why they removed it.

All RSS Readers that I tested from MacAppStore are much worst than Mail's in Lion.
Hate them all. I'm using blogtrottr.com to compile all RSS and send me via email. But it's flooding my mailbox. There're a bunch of them that require a Google Reader account, and I won't do that. It doesn't matter to Google which RSS I'm following.
I wish Apple put RSS reading back to Mail. Stupid idea taking it off.

Why was wattpad deleted from the app store?

I found out that an app called wattpad was deleted from the app store. I have the app but it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. Some people told me that if you delete the app, and re-download it from the "purchases" tab on the app store, it will work again. I have tried this three times and it crashed every time. I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.2. Why is wattpad not opening on my phone? Why was it deleted?

Wattpad developer here. We ran into a serious crash issue in the most recent version, which I'm assuming is what you're experiencing, so we pulled it from the App Store to prevent more users from updating to the version that crashes. We submitted a new version and it will be back in the App Store as soon as it's approved.
I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link.

Why was my question deleted without being answered? I thought this was a help board.
my droid razr's screen is broken and not responsive. I want to delete the internal memory, passwords, pictures, ect before sending it back to verison in exchange for the warranty replacement.

Sorry to learn of the fate of your RAZR. No worries, I can help you erase the device. You would simply do a master reset. I know you can't see the screen, and this is why there is a Preferred Method for this, as well as an Alternate Method. Please follow the steps for the Alternate Method listed below. Thanks!

No question, just a comment. Why don't more people know about iMacs?

Having put up with frustrating PC based computers for the past 16 years or so, I can't believe the beauty of a Mac.
Simple, clean, easy to set up, everything just works, it doesn't need rebooting every 5 minutes...... These things are heaven sent!
I will not be going back to the "dark side" any time soon....

Disk Utility: after creating the .DMG (compressed image) When "scan image for restore" finishes it displays "unable to scan (internal error)". Since the process was scanning for about 1 hr is this a fake warning?

External 500GB drive is partitioned with 400GB for Mac OS extended (journalling) and 2nd partition formatted today as "ExFAT".
Yesterday I tried to create a disk image of my HD to no avail - this was compressed on a FAT partition. I got a warning after running the <scan image for restore> saying "unable to scan (internal error)"
I rang Apple support who suggested formatting a partition as MAC OS extended (journalling) and choose to save the image as "read/write'. The image process stopped writing at about 200GB and then the file size jumped to 499GB (ie the size of the HD). But the process did nothing for about an hour so I foce quit disk utility (as suggested by apple support)
My current attempt was to format the external drive again; this time with a 400GB Mac OS extended (journal) format; plus a 100GB ExFAT format partition. The new image was created after about 2.5hrs with a compressed size of 149GB. However, after running the "scan image for restore" facility I got the warning message "unable to scan filename " (internal error). The process was scanning the image file according to the progress bar - this took about hour - thus the warning is a puzzle.
If anyone can say more about this error I would really appreciate knowing tips for using disk utility. The screen grab is below.

fyi: I thought that I would use my external Buffalo for two purposes; namely the smaller ExFAT partition for copying stuff to my win7 netbook. The larger partition was to be used as my imac image of SL. So this was my first attempt at using disk utility - the idea being to hold an image backup at another location. Plus I now have the Lion thumbdrive ready to upgrade from SL and so being cautious wanted to have a SL image backup
Anyway I followed the apple instructions using my mac 10.6.3 install DVD but it would appear from other discussions that <unable to scan (internal error)> is not unique to me.
I’ll get back to apple telephone support for further advice.
I would though be grateful for an “idiots’ guide to making an image backup of my internal HD that runs SL 10.6.8
eg should I have just one partition on the external USB drive? format it as Mac OS extended? create the image as compressed or read/write? Basically I’ll do whatever will work!!
