I dont understand?

It sometimes takes a while for the Moderator to review/edit posts/threads, especially if the forum has been really active.
If I remember your question, it was why put things on the SD card and how ... why includes freeing up phone memory and being able to move things from phone to phone. How includes connecting your phone to your computer via USB cable and moving things among folders, and there's options when looking at photos and the like on your phone to move them from internal storage to the SD card.

An account's balance should not have been affected by changing your password. You've tried logging out and back into your account on your phone and/or computer's iTunes and seeing if it then shows, and checked your account's purchase history e.g. you didn't have any auto-renewing subscriptions or pre-orders due that might have taken the money : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?

Have you checked the purchased history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
Or haave you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? I'm sorry you weren't able to make a purchase using your store credit. To purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time.
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at: http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.
6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner. When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. I shouldn't have to put in false information then go through the hassle of making a new account. All you have to do is make an option that searches for a username, and show that it is available. Then just have that username locked for 24 or 48 hours.
As for the privacy thing. Why should it be mandatory for my mobile phone to be a necessary info if my friends can already contact me on skype, OR jus call me. This info you are making us give out is way to personal. At least give us the option of MAKING IT PRIVATE.

Sorry but no, the title does not say it all, not by a long shot. You give us absolute nothing on which to base a diagnosis and offer suggestions. If you're having problems importing a CD, post details, including results of the CD/DVD Drive tests from the Diagnostics under the Help menu in iTunes, and perhaps someone can offer suggestions.
If you want to downgrade just look through the forum. Instructions have been posted in a number of threads.

I added my credit card for verification to reset my password, and has noticed it being charged 3times, is there a reason why?

Each time you add or change the credit card details on your account then you will recieve a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid and that the card is active, as described on the page that you posted from - it should disappear from your card within a few days (though it varies by card company, and the weekend may extend it by a day or two)

All RSS Readers that I tested from MacAppStore are much worst than Mail's in Lion.
Hate them all. I'm using blogtrottr.com to compile all RSS and send me via email. But it's flooding my mailbox. There're a bunch of them that require a Google Reader account, and I won't do that. It doesn't matter to Google which RSS I'm following.
I wish Apple put RSS reading back to Mail. Stupid idea taking it off.

Why was wattpad deleted from the app store?

I found out that an app called wattpad was deleted from the app store. I have the app but it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. Some people told me that if you delete the app, and re-download it from the "purchases" tab on the app store, it will work again. I have tried this three times and it crashed every time. I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.2. Why is wattpad not opening on my phone? Why was it deleted?

Wattpad developer here. We ran into a serious crash issue in the most recent version, which I'm assuming is what you're experiencing, so we pulled it from the App Store to prevent more users from updating to the version that crashes. We submitted a new version and it will be back in the App Store as soon as it's approved.
I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link.
