Why was the RoboForm Add on and the MyPoints Add On... discontinued?

Firefox version 3.6 allowed both the RoboForm toolbar and the MyPoints toolbar. These are no longer supported by Firefox... Why???
How can I go back to version 3.6 in order to re-instate these two toolbars.

I have an older version of Roboform. I agree with you that Firefox 4.0 is horrible. I uninstalled it, and after tedious searches on the internet, I finally found where I could download version3.6, which is what I previously had. Much better!!

Have you looked at Delete and Close Gap as well as Delete for what you describe?
Nonetheless, adding or moving clips to an existing Timeline content without disturbing the existing Timeline content can be challenging and complex under certain scenarios.
Typical solutions include making these moves with a keyboard modified held down (Windows Alt or Ctr). I am strictly an Elements Windows user, so we will need to find the Mac counterparts for the Windows keyboard modifier techniques.
Also, if one move triggers a multi-chain disaster, then you should consider grouping block of clips so that they do not move while you are busy with your Timeline maneuvers. Check out the Clip Menu options for Group and Ungroup.
Some times in the "Mac condition", you need to use fn in addition to the command to achieve some of these Windows counterparts.

It is demo'd with Premiere Elements 8, but the principles are the same for later versions of the program.

You should not have to delete audio to prevent it from being split by an addition to an existing Timeline. The keyboard modifiers should help you resolve this type of issue.

I want it back.
I used to have an icon for printing on the Toolbar in 3.5.5.
When I asked where it went, I found this answer: "That Print window will show every time you go to print something in Firefox 3.6+ versions, the option to suppress that window from appearing and the user to be able to print "directly" was removed." Tried to reinstall 3.5.5 but couldn't. Not liking 3.6 at all

Took a tad more than just "going to Customize. " First thing to do was figure out where "Customize" might be. Just guessing, I clicked the three-horizontal-line box at far right end of the address bar. Downloads was on that menu. But I want it on my toolbar, where it used to be at far right of address box. At bottom of the Menu screen there was a bar, Customize. Clicked that and got a screen where I could move Download and other icons around by clicking on the icon, holding, and dragging. But that didn't get it on the toolbar. Finally, out of curiosity I right-clicked the icon to see what would happen. I got a small box giving me choice to Move to Toolbar. Clicked that. BINGO!!! Also figured out you can do same by clicking View/Toolbars/Customize, then right click any icon you want on Toolbar and put it there. Thanks for starting me in right direction.

Why was the LINK (chain) button removed from the piano roll? This makes Logic X useless to me as I can no longer compose or perform new lines based on previous midi performances. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

I miss that button too and just filled out the LX Feedback form (Menubar -> Logix Pro X-> Feedback) with the following text. Maybe if you guys did the same, we had a chance revive this essetial feature!!!

it seems as if the Link Button (Yellow chain symbol) has been removed from the piano roll for no reason. In Score View it is still there.
I (and probably more users) absolutely NEED that Button to decouple the content of the piano roll from the selected track/region AND to use multiple piano roll windows with independent content.
- For transscripting (Mute/Solo Audio regions while editing a Midi-Region)
- For arranging. Edit 2 different midi regions both in separate Piano Roll windows
- For recording. "Reading" Drum-Patterns while recording the Bass e.g.
Please bring that button back or explain why it was removed

If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of the purchases on your account.

If you believe it was a bad move by Apple to discontinue it, that would seem to indicate you think it's a good phone. So why do you regret buying it? Why are so many plugins "Unknown" by Firefox? And why was the last discussion on this closed? Why is there NO INFORMATION about "unknown plugins"?

On my list of plug-ins, half of them have the status of "unkown," with a box that says "Research?" I have no idea what this means, and it makes no sense to me that the topic of "Unknown Plugins" is not addressed ANYWHERE in the Firefox help pages. I read through all the "help" pages I could find about Plugins, and none of these pages even mentioned Unknown Plugins. Even doing a search for "unknown plugins" brought up nothing except one discussion on this topic -- which never received an answer, and which has been "closed."
This is odd because unknown plugins are obviously a major issue: HALF of my plugins are "unknown" and these are not from rare or minor companies. I don't have my entire list handy but my "unknown plugins" are from such sources as Google ("google update"), RealPlayer, iTunes, Amazon-mP3, Windows Live (photo gallery), and Picassa.
The whole reason I ended up grappling with plugins was in my quest to get rid of the annoying ads that creep up from the bottom right of my screen, and end up getting in the way of the page I'm viewing. I can't get rid of these things no matter how hard I try. There is no "x" in the corner, no option to remove or block frame when I right click on the ads, etc.
I have no idea if unknown plugins could play a role in these insidious ads, but there needs to be more explanation from Firefox on why so many plugins are unknown, and what exactly that means; how can "unknown plugins" possibly affect us?

Where are you looking at your plugins? I assume that you are looking at them over at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ . This type of behavior occurs because the plugin checker doesn't know about those plugins. Since it doesn't know about these plugins it can't tell you if there up to date or not. To see the plugins that you have installed click on Firefox -> Add-ons -> Plugins. This will give you a list of the plugins you have installed. If you don't see the Firefox button then click Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins.
As far as the ad's you are talking about this is rather concerning. This could be caused by a variety of different things. Can you provide me with the URL on one of these ad's? If you can I may be able to tell you want there associated with.

BW on HANA takes out the dimension tables and gives us back the original star schema structure.
Now my questions are
- How did the original extended star schema help the old BW on oracle or DB2 systems? I mean what was the need for such a design
- If it offered some kind of optimization .. then why was it scrapped in BW on HANA? Couldn't it have added on to the performance that HANA DB brought?

Why was the swype-right gesture to show opened tabs removed?

In previous versions of Firefox for Android you could swype the screen with 2 fingers to the right, and it would show a list of opened tabs. That design was smooth and very easy to access.
Why was this removed?
Is there any swyping equivalent for new version of tabs on top?

The current one shows only few items, it´s hard to see how many tabs are open and while I'm browsing them I don't know where exactly I stand.

I have a similar problem and have spent three sequential days at the Apple Genius Bar before we were able to exclude most other possibilities and found that certain files (in my case all mp3s from CDs I own) that play just fine in iTunes 11.0.1 and that used to play in iOS 6.0.1 do not play in iOS 6.1. We restored the phone to factory settings and synced only a few of the music files that were problematic. They still did not play. We reproduced the problem on my iPad mini (iOS6.1).
Apple Telephone Support suggestion was to convert all mp3 files in iTunes to AAC (which according to Apple Website may degrade sound quality). No further suggestions or escalation but a recommendation to place comments on www.apple.com/feedback and, if there are enough complaints, someone at Apple might take an interest in this problem. Something has changed in iOS 6.1 where files that played on prior mobile system software no longer work.
Apple, please pay attention to this glitch with iOS 6.1.

Have you checked the purchased history on your account ? Or haave you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
