Why we need to go for clusters ?

Hi ,
Plz clarify me y we need to go for clusters in ABAP-HR programming ?...
Thanks in advance..

    it's unclear what you mean
you say you dont have a card which I guess is you don't have a creditcard
in which case the other option is to pay by a giftcard which include a code which you put in
because to rent you have to pay otherwise it's not really renting

  • Why we need crm middleware for material replication?

    Hi Experts,
Why we need CRM middleware for material replication from ECC to SRM when we can do the vendor replication from ECC to SRM with ABAP report? IS there any technical limitation?
    Thanks and regards,
    Ranjan

    Hello,
Vendors and locations, for example, you can replicate from ECC to SRM using ABAP reports.
However, if you want to replicate the following information, you should use the middleware:
    - DNL-CUST-BASIS3 - Basis CRM online
    - DNL-CUST-PROD0 - Material number conversions
    - DNL-CUST-PROD1 - Product : categories
    - DNL_CUST_SRVMAS - Customizing: Service Master
    - MATERIAL - R/3 Material Master
    - SERVICE_MASTER - R/3 Service Master
Check note 872533. It provides more information.

  • HT5622 why is need credit card for my id

why is need credit card for my id to conect with itune
your id has not been used with itune

    Hello, Tayub Amin.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
To create an Apple ID without a credit  or debit card, there is a specific series of steps that have to be processed in order to allow the payment to be set as none on creation of the account.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
If the specific steps have not been processed, a credit or debit card will be required to complete the setup the account.
However, it can be removed and payment method changed to none as long as there is not an outstanding balance.

  • Why we need SSL Certificates for configuring App Server in Sharepoint

    Hi Support,
We are planning to have a separate server for Apps, while configuring the server its asking for certificate. The main scenario is while configuring server inside the same firewall why we need SSL for configuring.
Could you please let me know the reason why we need SSL for configuring App Server.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Regards,
    Pradeep

    Hi  Pradeep,
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a transaction security standard that provides encrypted protection between browsers and App Servers. When SSL is enabled for an App Server, browsers communicate with the App
Server by means of an HTTPS connection, which is HTTP over an encrypted Secure Sockets Layer. HTTPS connections are widely used by banks and web vendors for secure transactions over the web.
Secure Sockets Layer  is a requirement for web applications that are deployed in scenarios that support server-to-server authentication and app authentication. This is such a scenario. As a prerequisite
for configuring Task Synchronization, the computer that is running SharePoint Server must have SSL configured.

  • Why we need E-Sourceing for Rfx?

    Hi Experts,
When RFX functionality is available in SAP SRM server it self? Why we need E sourceing separate system.
What are all the advanatges / additional functionalities for using E sourceing system for Rfx compoared to SRM Server?
    Thanks & Regards
    Giri

    Hi,
Rfx or bidding functionality is available both in SRM bidding engine and E-sourcing. A customer has to take the call whether his requirements will be filled with SRM bidding itself or he needs to go to E-sourcing as well.
One major difference between SRM sourcing and E-sourcing is that in E-sourcing, one can conduct sourcing event on project mode which enables you to plan a sourcing event more elaborately.
Secondly, in E-sourcing, one can generate or author legal contract out of an RFx event. In SRM, you can generate only operational contract.
However, E-sourcing has its own limitation.E-sourcing can connect to only one ERP backend system unlike SRM. Sometimes, one needs E-Sourcing to generate or author a legal contract and then transfer it to SRM system using custom devlopment. Once the contract reaches SRM system, you can distribute it to multiple backend systems. In such cases, the customer needs both E-sourcing and SRM systems.
    Thanks and regards,

  • HT5114 why i need credit card for this account?

why i need to have  credit card for i tune account?

The 'none' option will be there if you follow the instructions on that HT2534 when you create an account - I've just tried those instructions again and I've got the 'none' option on a new account. If you don't follow those instructions then you will need to enter credit card details before you can use the account - you should be able to remove your card's details after entering them

  • Why i need to pay for upgrading a new garageband?

Currently my garageband is still v6.0.5, am using OS X Yosemite, MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013. Really need helps

The new GarageBand version is a major new upgrade, going from version number 6.0.5 to 10.  So it has to be purchased, The purchase of GarageBAnd 10 used to be free, but you had to pay for the in-app purchase. Without this purchase GarageBand was just a Trial version and you had to pay to get a full working version. Now the conditions have changed. You have have to pay for the basic version, but the in-app purchase is free. But basically, you have to pay the same as before.
When you upgrade, don't delete or uninstall your current GarageBand 6.0.5. You can use both versions concurrently, and the new version does not support all features of the previous GarageBand version. you may want to use your previous version occasionally, and it is hard to get it back, once uninstalled.

  • Why Do We Need Java Webstart For XI

    Hi All,

What is the Use of it in XI.
    Please Let me Know

Java web start is a technology by Sun Microsystems which enables running thick clients developed in Java after they are downloaded from the server and / or cached on the local drive...
XI IR & ID are thick clients developed in Java which communicate with the XI server using EJB based communication and Java web start makes it possible to download / cache them and trigger point to run them...more on Java web start here -->

  • I wonder why it could be useful for bfile datatype

may be i do know understand exactly,
i always wonder, why we need a bfile for storage?
we also can store the path/filename as a string in any char datatype, so as to get the feaures of bfile more easily, then why oracle make up a datatype as bfile.
    what is its special advantages?
    thanks for your tips
    null

    Hi,
Following is a very brief explanation of the BFILE data type. See the Oracle8i documentation for more information. Oracle8i Application Developer's Guide - Large Objects (LOBs) can be found at: http://otn.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle8i/doc_library/817_doc/appdev.817/a76940/toc.htm
The BFILE data type is one of the Oracle data types used to access Large OBjects or LOBs. A BFILE is an external LOB type (that is to say, the data is stored externally to the database), while BLOBs and CLOBs are internal LOB types (that is to say, the data is stored internally in the database). All the LOB types share a common API, with the methods such as open and close, read and write (write support for internal LOBs only), and others such as methods to get the LOB length. The LOB interface is the only way to access LOB data from within the database, whether the data is stored internally, as BLOBs or CLOBs, or externally, as BFILEs. (Actually, it is possible to access files on the database server using Java Stored Procedures in the database, given the right access permissions. But that's a different story and doesn't have anything to do with LOBs as such.)
An application can choose whether to store a 'reference' to an external LOB as a BFILE, or as a database directory name plus the file name. If the reference is stored as a BFILE, then the application can access the LOB data directly. If the reference is stored as a database directory name plus file name, then, before accessing the LOB data, the application must first create a BFILE LOB locator using the BFILENAME SQL function.
    To sum up:
    1) The Oracle BFILE LOB data type is used to specify a LOB locator using which applications access the LOB data.
    2) Do applications have to use the BFILE data type to reference external LOB data? No, an application can store the database directory name plus the file name, and create a BFILE data type only when the application needs to read the LOB data.
    Hope that helps,
    Simon

  • Why we need clusters

    Hello
Just curious to know why we need to cluster servers and why can't we just have say 3 or 4 managed servers as part of weblogic domain and deploy application onto them and configure a load balancer to look at the managed servers individually than the cluster..I know general concept of clusters ,advantages of using it etc..but just wanted to know if there are any specific disadvantages if we don't cluster servers
    thanks

    Hi,
Scenario: Suppose you have 2 ManagedServers MS1 and MS2
Now Suppose you have One Application (AppOne.war) deployed on both ManagedServers MS1 & MS2
Now see what the Load balancer can do in above scenario...
*1).* If from Client-A a Request comes then the Load Balancer will either redirect the request to MS1 or MS2....Suppose this time it is MS1. Now MS1 started Serving the request.
*2).* It means the Http Session of Client-A is available inside the MS1 Server JVM. As the Session is created on MS1 ...now the client-A can access any page available in the Application.which requires a Valid Http Session Object.
*3).* Now Suppose Suddenly MS1 Goes Down/Crashes... Now if the Client-A will refresh his browser ...Means Client-A is sending a Fresh request...But this time as the MS1 already went down .... So the LoadBalancer will forward the request to MS2....
BUT now the Problem is MS2 doesn't have Client-A HttpSession Data...so the Client will be Moved to the Login Page rather then the Page he actually requested for.
Now this is the Point where we need the  Clustering....Suppose MS1 & MS2 would have been part of a Cluster in above scenario then ...his Session Data might have been replicated to Both the Managed Servers ...(As Primary HttpSession and Secondary HttpSession)...so even if any one of the ManagedServer Crashes still client will be able to access the application in the same Manner without any Interruption...Or Even Without even knowing that something Wrong happened with the Server.
    Thanks

  • Why we do not need sender agreement for Mail and SOAP adapter

    Hi SDN,
I know, we do not need sender agreement for IDOC ,HTTP,XI adapters. As these three adapters will run in Integration engine of the abap stack.
<b>In our scenario if sender is other than  IDOC or HTTP or XI .</b>
    By Refering Sivamni's blog.
    <b>/people/siva.maranani/blog/2005/05/25/understanding-message-flow-in-xi
message will be pickedup by communication channel with the help of sender agreement and prepare XI message header by performing cpa cache lookup. then message will go to module processor etc.
<b>In our scenario if sender is IDOC or HTTP or XI .</b>
As these 3 adapters are run in Integration engine.
    Doubt 1:
how the integration engine will create the xi message header like sender interface sender system name etc...
    Doubt 2:
I believe SOAP and mail adapter will run in adapter engine.but i came to know that we do not need sender agreement and sender comm channel for these two adapters too...then how the XI message header will create...
Please do correct me if i am wrong
and throw some light on the same..
    Appreciate your help....
    Regards,
    Reehan.

    Reehan,
Thanks for pointing me to that link. Guess I was wrong .,But,let me try to put to you why you need a sender agreement for a Sender SOAP Adapter,
    1. In the sender SOAP adapter , the Sender Interface and the Interface Namespace as provided in the fields Default Interface Name and InterfaceNamespace. The Name of the Sender Service is provided in the WSDL when you ceate the WSDL in the Integration Directory. So, as all details are available in either the Sender SOAP adapter or in the WSDL url you do not need a Sender Agreement. It is not obligatory but you can always create the Sender Agreement.
    2.  For the mail adapter , if you select the option XIPAYLOAD, you will have the option to mention the Interface Name and Interface Namespace under XI Parameters  and so in this case as once again the details provided in the sender agreement are available in the Sender Adapter itself the sender agreement is not needed for the mail adapter when you have select option XIPAYLOAD.
If you have selected XIALL then you need a sender agreement.
    Regards
    Bhavesh
