Why when i go on guest i can use imovie but not on admin.?????

Okay so when i try to go on guest it works PERFECT! But when i go on admin my screen turns black?? And then it says imovie quit unexpectedly! Please help!

This usually is the way to find out if iMovie pref. file is corrupted.
Trash this and re-start iMovie and it usually works again.
(Very common faulth - most of us have encountered it)
• Delete iMovie pref file
iMovie pref file resides.
Mac Hard Disk (start-up HD)/Users/"Your account"/Library/Preferences
and is named. (one or more of these)
com.apple.iMovie.plist
com.apple.iMovie3.plist
com.apple.iMovie7.plist
com.apple.iMovie8.plist
and find
com.apple.iApps.plist
While iMovie is NOT RUNNING - move this/these file/s out to desk-top.
Now restart iMovie.

Not using any mouse pad, I have a very smooth desktop. But I just tried to use a sheet of A4 printing paper, but no result, the problem persisted.
Someone on this forum suggested, that USB3 may interfere with the magic mouse.
I have 2 LaCie HDD's about 70 cm away from the mouse, I use them on Thunderbolt. But in operation or not - the result is the same, the mouse plays up! Just now I was clicking the desktop and the mouse created a new folder!!

So I have a (PC) laptop with 8gb of RAM and I'm running CC on it. I haven't set it up on this before so I'm wondering how much should I set the RAM usage to in performance so I can use it but not ruin this laptop?

I just don't know where specifically to put the RAM at in the preferences option.
I mainly use it for digital painting and sketching on this. (not so much painting on this but digital art)

8 GB is about the realistic minimum for Photoshop nowadays.
Set it to about 70% and go for there. Note that it represents a maximum percentage of your momentarily available RAM after the OS and other running application have grabbed what they need., not a percentage of total installed RAM. It changes continually.
The rule of thumb I follow to figure out scratch space says to figure on 50 to 100 times the size of your largest file ever multiplied by the number of files you have open. I have seen the scratch file exceed 800 GB once, an admittedly rare occurrence, but it often exceeds 200 GB when stitching large panoramas and the like.
As an example—and stressing that I'm aware that others have even more scratch space than I do—I keep two dedicated, physically separate hard drives as my primary and secondary Photoshop scratch disks and a lot of GB free on my boot drive for the OS. I also have 16 GB of RAM installed.
Additionally, if you only have a single HD, i.e. your boot drive, you'd need it to be large enough to accommodate both the swap files of the OS as well as Photoshop's scratch.

Acrobat 9 can use templates, but not create them?

I haven't reached into the template use area for some time. We used to create pdf templates in Acrobat 5 to spawn new pages. I don't see anyway to create a template in Acrobat (AcroForm) Version 9. However, version 9 still recognizes the spawn function. I assume Adobe wants us to use LiveCycle to design forms with this ability. Our customer specifies AcroForm files. Must we revert to V5 to do this? Or, am I just not finding the tool?

i can receive mms, but not send them. the bar goes to about 90% of the way, then i am left with a red blob, telling me it failed.

It turned out to be a problem with my profile at their end. I was set to be a prepaid customer, when really I have an account. They fixed it in a few seconds by recreating my profile.

So when you look at your Preview it is Black indicating a camera is there and selected as no camera would not show a video icon and if from the Preferences would be a grey background and a no camera message.
I see this is a iMac. Any chance it is a G5 one ?
If so go to System preferences > Displays and make sure it is set to Millions. (Change it and change it back to be sure)

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.

Perhaps the outgoing mail server settings are incorrect or incomplete.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

With sparse information you give I would venture that you have not set up the correct Outgoing Mail Server settings in Mail>Preferences>Accounts. Contact your ISP for their set up.
