I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud but I just get the same response everytime I try to sign in. I am using the correct Apple ID and password. They still work elsewhere on the Apple site. Now I can no longer sync my Outlook account on my Windows system with my Mac or my iPhone.

When trying to sign in to iCloud from my PC I get the message "You can't sign in because of a server error".
This happens on both my Lap Top and Desk Top computers both running Windows 7.I also have the same problem. I've tried all fixes listed in other forums and nothing works. Running windows Vista 32 bit. Any working solutions yet? Tried every solution listed for the cmd prompt. Turned off antivirus and spyware. Rebooting about 100 times. Nothing works.

ICloud won't log in on my Macbook Air running Yosemite, says "You can't sign in at this time"
When trying to log in to iCloud, I get a "you can't log in at this time" message every time. I have no idea how to fix this issue. My password is correct since it works on my iPhone, and i have changed it too see if it would fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated since this effects me using Yosemite and my MacBook in general.
I ended up rebooting the Mac and resetting network preferences on the iPhone. Works now. It's a pity that was necessary after doing something so simple as changing my Apple ID password.
The continuity/handoff reliability situation is a little flakey at the moment (as is that with AirDrop).
Also, and the settings required to set these great technologies up are byzantine in complexity on both platforms - it's a shame, as this kind of convergent approach is Apple's chance to set itself apart, but as things stand, very few will manage to set them up. -
Trying to download iCloud Control Panel, since the regular sync function does not work between my phone and my laptop. When I try to login it tells me You can not sign in because of a server error. How do I resolve the server error?
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings -
This is happened today after I udpated my iPad to IOS v7 and iTunes to 11.1.0.126 and only for one of my computers. I keep on getting an error message when trying to log onto iCloud. The error message is "you cannot sign-in because of a server error" but the iCloud status is "normal" and iCloud is fine on my other computers.
Next day the problem still continued. I did restart my computer a couple of times and then "it worked". Not sure why - if it really was a server problem or something on my side.

I am trying to fix an outlook cal sync issue which requires me to sign into icloud. I get this error every time I try. "You cant sign in because of a server error" why do i keep getting this?
I have used the solution below to fix mine and others that have run into this issue.
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in: "Netsh winsock reset" (-without the quotes-)
Hit enter, restart PC, iCloud For PC should now connect without any server errors
(This solutions will work in some instances when trying to fix errors associated when you are unable to connect to iTunes also.)
