Why, when you have auto update on, isn't the same language installed as before, but English instead.

When auto update the new version installed is English and different from the original language installed. Probably the same thing happens with thunderbird. When I have a language installed I want an update in the same language without having to reinstall the wanted language.

I already thought of that but it can't be the way it is suppossed to be. Firefox, and Thunderbird, offer an auto update function so the update automatically sould be in the same language and not in English as it does now. Downloading and installing your own language you can hardly call auto update.
For now I have stopped auto update till a solution is presented.

Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap on the ID and sign out. Then tap on "sign in" and sign in with the correct account.

Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.

Yes. If you want separate iTunes accounts, the easiest way is to set up 2 users on the computer, each with their own iTunes library.
If the two phones share the same iTunes account this is not necessary.

Would you lose the ability to mesh data between devices??? Of could you choose to share a smaller part of the data and yet save the rest of the device data to their own cloud? So in other words, split a devices stored data between 2 different icloud accounts? One community iCloud account for partial data and individual account for data that does not need to be shared with the other devices, however it needs to be backed up. Obviously Apple do consider people with multiple devices, since the whole purpose of the service is to keep data in sync across multiple devices. Clearly, after consideration, Apple decided to give 5GB of storage for free and provide customers with the option to buy more storage if they want/need more, in line with competing services.
Everyone has their own set of unique circumstances but does that mean everyone should be rewarded with extras for free? At what point should it be considered acceptable to actually pay for additional extras you want?
And by the way, somebody expressing a different opinion, and discussing people's expectations is not being rude. Aren't you from the country that supposedly takes 'freedom of speech' rather seriously?

You should plan to connect one AirPort Extreme to the modem and the second AirPort Extreme to the first. The first Extreme will connect to the modem using an Ethernet cable. The second Extreme can connect to the first also using an Ethernet cable, or it can connect using wireless only.

One of the phones can keep the current account; on the one that will be moving to a new account go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The other phone will not be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account on this phone using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account. At this point you will have two different iCloud accounts, one for each phone, with identical data on them.
You will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the merged data (such as deleting the other phone's contacts from your account, and vice versa).

There are basically two ways of using multiple iPods on a computer and these involve:
a) Sharing a single iTunes library and or user account or
b) Creating multiple user accounts.
Note: When you are sharing an iTunes library, you don't have to set each iPod to update in the same manner, you can mix and match from the options below as each iPod has it's own update settings

If you want to share the one library, you can set either or all of the iPods so that they only get updated with only certain playlists (you can update from more than one if you wish):

Choosing the update option "Sync Music - Selected playlists" allows you to create a playlist specifically for the iPod and drag the tracks you want into it. If you tire of the list and want to change it, you just add or remove the songs you don't want. The ones you take out out remain in the library to be used some other time if you choose. It's also possible to have multiple libraries in a single account. To create or access a second (or more) library, hold down the Option key (or Shift key in Windows) when launching iTunes 7. In the resulting dialogue you will get the option to create a new library or navigate to the other Library.
Note: You can only have one Library open at a time and iTunes will default to the last library opened if you don't use the keyboard command to choose one. This can prove tricky when using multiple iPods, if you don't use the keyboard command you can risk syncing to the wrong library:

Separate User Accounts
Another option is to create a separate User account for each person on your PC or Mac. Different accounts by definition would give you completely separate libraries. Each account has it's own iTunes folder, Library and iTunes Music folder and you load it with CDs etc just as you did with your original one. The iPod can be set to update however the owner chooses, sync all, manual or sync specific playlists

We use my husbands apple ID to buy things or rent but I use my ID for apps and to keep us from getting the same messages. There could be an issue if you had not fully downloaded the movie. There are some odd things that happen with airplane mode, many people can't get movies to work in this mode. Part of the porblem is the elevation of the device, and the time changes, not to mention entire time-zones and location changes due to modern jet travel can cause issues like this to happen.
Of course, when testing on the ground the airplane mode seems to never glitch up
It's a new technology with issues that still need to be worked out (which seems Engineering didn't think ahead of time)

Why do I have to pay twice to rent the same movie?

On my ATV2 system it has now happened several times where I will rent a movie and while it is downloading in the background someone will click around maybe watch a youtube video or some other tv show on our home sharing network. a day or two later when I go to watch my rented show it's not ready to watch. So, I have to start the download over again and I get charged again. What's up with that?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Unless you are accidentally starting the movie before someone watches YouTube or whatever, this shouldn't be happening. Are you sure you aren't starting it, are you checking for rentals or trying to rent it again, when you return to watch the movie.
It is quite normal that you'll need to download it again if someone does something else, but you shouldn't need to pay for it.

Can you have multiple RMI Servers listen at the same port?

I am wondering if is possible to assign many RMI servers to the same port. I have a working RMI system that is assigning a single server to a specified port when the server is created. I need to scale my project to incorporate Activation and the ability to go through a firewall. I have the power to punch holes in the firewall, so I am thinking that I would like to set up a port for all my activated servers to listen on. Is this possible to put them all on one port?

Yes you are correct. However, I am wanting the actual servers listening on the same port. I have noticed that when I do not assign a port number when binding my RMI servers to the registry, then the rmi system sets them all up listening on the same port. This port is random and changes each time I restart my server system, which rebinds all the servers to the rmiregistry again. I am look for a way to use custom socket factories and then tell the servers the exact port to listen at. I keep getting port already in use issues though when I try to assign more than one server to a particular port. I don't know if this is even possible. Has anyone ever gotten this to work?

Can you have multiple revers mappings point to the same destination?

I am trying to configure a reverse proxy to have multiple "Prefix" (location from redirects coming from the server) entries to be mapped to a single "Map to"(returned to the client). When I try this I get an error message that says:
"Incorrect usage: Destination already exists Please enter another Destination to map"
I need to be able to map multiple destinations back to the same location. I have an application that redirect to both / and http://server.domain.com, and I need to map both of these to https://proxy.domain.com, and can not. I have tweaked it to work by using proxy chaining and pointing one to the back end proxy, and one to the front end proxy instance that points to the same back end proxy, but this starts to get very complicated as the number of prefixes goes up that need to get to the same proxy interface.
Is there some way to get around this, and have a many to one mapping for reverse mappings?

Couple of workarounds:
1) Edit obj.conf manually
2) Add the mapping as a regular one first (as opposed to reverse) and then use the edit option to change it to a reverse mapping.
