Why will Mozilla not unload when asked
My laptop was running slow so uninstalled Firefox, but one program is still there with a date of 6th April and it won't uninstall why not?

MY printer has stopped working because of this, so Firefox please sort.
This could be because of another program on your system.

Mail receives correspondence on all accounts, but will not send on the grounds that the server forbids retransmission. However it does work with wegbmail like yahoo and g accessed through safari. How can I resolve this?
Did you check the outgoing mail server setting in each account? Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional. -

It might help if you could tell us your version of PSE and your operating system.
In between requesting the verification code and trying to apply it, you didn't change any of the settings in Edit -> Preferences -> Sharing did you?
Did you use Copy & Paste to copy the verification code from the email to PSE?
On the page that is asking for the code, you can always click on the resend button and it will send you the code again - worth a try.

When I try to use the Message feature on my iPad 2, to send a message to a friends iPhone (on iOS 5 too), why will it not allow me to send the message?
Check to make sure you are not typing your message in the Subject line. If you are, it won't let you send the message. Cut and paste the message into the Message field and you should be all set.
FYI, you can disable the Subject line from your messages in Settings/Messages. -
how can i update my 1st gen ipad when its running at 5.1, i do the update scan and it just says ipad is up to date? why will it not update to 7.1???
iPad 1's can only be updated to IOS 5.1.1. The iPad 1 doesn't have the processing power to handle any higher.

Do you mean the AC wall adapter or the cable when you say "charger"? Neither is a charger; the charger is built into the phone. You need to do some basic troubleshooting. First, try a different cable with the same AC adapter. Then try a different USB source such as the USB port on your computer. If you get the same message after both tests the problem lies in the phone. The most common cause of this message is dirt, moisture or pocket lint in the lightning connector on the bottom of the phone. Inspect it with a bright light and clean it with a plastic or wood toothpick. If none of these steps resolve the problem take the phone, cable and adapter to an Apple store for diagnosis. Why will PDF not open from email?
I recently modified my Adobe Reader 9.1 (with instructions from the bank) to be able to electronically sign documents.
Since then I can not open any PDF documents from email. I went back and reversed the changes I made. I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled it. No luck.
I have to save the documents and open them from Windows Explorer.
Any Ideas?A fast workaround for PDF problem (See my original post)
In Firefox:
Open Tools > Options > Under Main tab click Save files to > click Browse
Scroll up or down to find where you want it to go (I put mine under Documents because it's the easiest to find).
Click New folder and label it something you will quickly recognize.
Now when you click on a PDF attachment it will automatically be sent to that file and you can double click or open
it in Adobe Reader

(Note) If I use Internet Explorer (I have not used IE in years) I can open PDF's from Hotmail with out a problem.
I like Firefox better so I will continue to use the quick workaround until somebody finds a fix.

This feature was removed with iPhoto 11. You'll need to ask Apple why:
iPhoto menu -> Provide iPhoto Feedback
In the meantime you can convert a pdf to jpeg or tiff using Preview.

Make sure your devices are also connected to external power or the wifi will disconnect after a few seconds. If they are and they still won't back up, it may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is causing the backup to fail. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, tap your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup. Then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app or something in your camera roll that is causing the backup to fail. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If the backup is successful, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is causing the backup to fail and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup. -
i purchased LR and PS - I have it on one laptop - why will it not install on 2nd laptop? Do I have to purchase it again?
Your license allows for enabled installations on two machines. If you are unable to install on a second machine you will need to provide more information if you want help resolving the problem. At what stage does the failure to install occur? What messages do you encounter when it fails? What are your system specifications? How do your system specs compare to the Software system requirements?

Trying to install update 8.1.3, my iPad says I need 1.5 gb but I actually have 17.1 gb. Why will it not let me install?
It's probably telling you that you need 1.5 more GB than you have available. Hook up your device to iTunes on the computer you sync with and do the update from there. OTA updates require a lot more memory than ones done via iTunes.
