I am sorry but that comany has both Windows and Mac versions. And no where in the OPs first post does it say I am certain I have the Mac version.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Why won't elements 12 download raw files from Nikon D810? I got a message saying that the camera model is not supported by installed version of camera raw. How do I fix it?

My opinion on this....from the Photoshop Elements perspective...
Nikon D810 is supported by Camera Raw 8.6 and higher (latest version of Camera Raw is 8.7)

At the same time, the Camera Raw version needs to be supported by the Photoshop Elements version.
Photoshop Elements 12 appears to support Camera Raw up to 8.5 which does not support the Nikon D810.

Solution...
a. switch to Photoshop Elements 13 (comes with Camera Raw 8.6 and can be updated to 8.7).
b. use the DNG Converter in Photoshop Elements 12

Hi cindyhildy, follow these instructions below it has fixed my issue and should work for you.
Open app store, get the message "unable to connect to iTunes store", go to settings, change year to the last year it will let you (think I went to 2038), double tap home button and close app store, go to home screen and then open app store and touch updates panel, should get a message "cannot get secure connection to server or something like that" go back to settings and reset the year to current.

When Starting OC4J, why the report server doesn't start automatically? !!

I have DS 10g on my system and I start the OC4J when I have to run either forms or reports.
But when I attend to start the do the following command from the form:
WEB.SHOWDOCUMENT(..../getjobid<jobid>?server=<servername>...), I have an error: FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the report server <servername>.
I noticed that if I run the following URL:http://<server>:.../reports/rwservlet, it gives me a list of command, but the server still not running..But if I add any command to the above URL like for example "getserverinfo" or "showjobs" then the server is started. Now, and after the command, if we return back and we run the report from the form, the report will run successfully.
The question WHY??

Bought a new laptop and can't sync anymore. I enabled my laptop...should be all set. But, my nano now has no music on it! My music library shows up in itunes. Why won't music sync to my nano?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Most times when I start Firefox the Bookmarks side menu does not automatically pop up, and I must start it almost every time.

The Bookmarks Sidebar isn't supposed to open when Firefox is started. But, if it is open when you close Firefox, it should be open the next time you start Firefox.

Why won't my song download correctly?

I paused a song while it was downloading from iTunes on my iPod and now it won't stop trying to download. I have tried deleting all copies of it off my iPod and redownloading it from my computer, but the song tries to download from iCloud again every time my iPod is connected to wifi. It asks for my password just about every time i get a notification of any sort, which is starting to get REALLY aggrivating because it is slowing down everything my iPod is doing. I've tried putting in my password and tried pressing cancel at least 10 times each, neither of which work. The song shows up in my music with a circle that has a stop square in the middle of it that looks like the loading wheel hasn't started yet. How can I fix this?? It has been like this for about a week now and I'm about to chuck my iPod through a wall.

Head to Settings -> Store and make sure Automatic downloads are turned off for music, apps, and books.
