I bought two songs, one works fine but the other won't even play. It lets me click on it, though. I can't even delete it,

I bought a song 2 days ago and I tried to listen to it but only 1 minute and 3 seconds of it will play with sound. My iPod says that the song is still playing but there is no sound. The volume is up but there is nothing. I tried to "report a problem" when I got the email receipt but my iPod said it couldn't connect to the iTunes store.

Why won't some songs in the iTunes store play a preview?

Some songs or albums will not allow one to hover over the track number to get the play icon. The new Dave Mathews Band album, and the new The xx album won't show the preview play button, for example. What gives?

Use the Apple ID support -> http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/ - click through the contact information and select the iTunes, etc., hot button. You can have Apple call you or email them.

No, I haven't figured it out. And no one from Apple has contacted me to help. Very frustrating. Sure makes me want to not buy music on iTunes and just buy CD's.

What are you doing to try to transfer them and what error are you getting? There are probably a dozen possible reasons, so narrowing it down would be very helpful.

What is the detail format of the non-syncing songs?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

It should sync the same if the songs are the same. You can try:
- Unsyncing all music and resysncing
- Restoring the iPod

Thank you, reducing the image size worked! I had used a low res file before, and with success decided to increase the resolution/size, and then it didn't work. the image did appear in small preview in the export panel, but wouldn't burn when all was said and done. the dimensions you gave worked fine. unfortunately, it makes the image a little bit fuzzy, but i dont think i can do anything about this. at least it burned it in there. thanks!

What version of iPhoto? Of the OS? what has changed since it worked? How are you trying to open it (clicking on the icon in the Dock, double clicking on the application in the applications folder, ???)?
Anything else you can tell a total stranger who can not see you or your computer to let them assist you?

Your balance should show to the left of account id at the top of the iTunes store page on your computer's iTunes. You can also check it by clicking on that id, or doing Store > View My Account, which should show your account balance and let you view your payment info
