i am running mac osx 10.9.3 and AE wont install, CS5 CS6 or CC, they all wont let me open the software after i install it, please help!

Note, in event you were interested in Lion, that Mac is not compatible with Lion unless you misidentified it. Only MacBooks with machine ID 2,1 or later can upgrade to Lion (1,1 and 1,2 are earlier). The Machine ID is in Apple menu -> About This Mac -> More Info.

Downloaded newest version of Adobe Flash Player today, only to find all videos now display error message PLUG-IN FAILURE. I'm running MAC OSX 10.9.2. Ive tried restarting the computer, uninstalling Adobe (using their downloaded uninstaller) and reinstalling, but still get the same error message.

I'm having trouble setting up a VPN using MAC OSX 10.4.11 Server. I have and XSAN system and one of my volumes has been down for quite a while now. There is a very kind MAC IT professional that is willing to help be troubleshoot my system but he needs to be able to access my system remotely. I am able to connect the MDC to DSL but I haven't been able to set up the VPN. Please help, this is an emergency. Thanks!

So 2-3 weeks ago I was deleting some files off my Macbook Pro. All of the sudden my computer crashed, and switched the
language, and the screen was flashing. After trying to fix it, and figuring out the problem, I could not figure it out so I decided to re-
install MAC OSX. I erased my whole hardrive and went to the title screen. It wanted me to enter my APPLE ID, but it wanted me to
enter the apple id that was for the PREVIOUS owner. Which I had no clue (it also wanted the password.) So now I am stuck.

when you bought your 13-inch Mid 2009 MacBook Pro from the person on Craigslist, did you also receive two grey installation DVDs with it? They would have originally came in the box with your MacBook Pro; one has a bootable version of Mac OS X for your model (either 10.5.7 or 10.6.0, depending upon when it was manufactured), and the other has your model’s Apple Hardware Test and its iLife apps. If you didn’t receive these two grey installation discs from the seller, then you can purchase a replacement pair from Apple.
If you have either the two grey installation DVDs or the white retail Snow Leopard DVD, and your internal disk is now completely erased (including its recovery partition), then you can reïnstall Mac OS X from the DVD, and associate the MacBook Pro with your Apple ID, which will end the association with the previous owner’s Apple ID. Once Mac OS X is reïnstalled, run Software Update to get to 10.5.8 (from 10.5.7) or 10.6.8 (from the grey 10.6.0 disc or the white 10.6.3 disc), If you’d installed 10.5.7, then you’ll need to install Snow Leopard from the white retail disc to get yourself to 10.6.8. Once you have 10.6.8 installed, you can then download Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks through the Mac App Store if you wish.
If any of the apps on your MacBook Pro had been purchased through the previous owner’s Apple ID, then note that you’ll need to purchase them yourself through your own Apple ID, since apps downloaded through the Mac App Store (including, but not limited to, Lion, Mountain Lion, and Mavericks) are non-transferable. Any apps that were purchased through the Mac App Store using your own Apple ID will be redownloadable gratis by holding down an Option key when you select the Purchased tab.

Linking to a PDF (why won't it work on a Mac?)

I'm sure this shouldn't be a problem but it is.. I've
recently made a simple standalone SWF in a projector format.
It contains a button which links to a PDF .. on (release) {
getURL("cd/manual.pdf");
On PC this works fine (although it does open in a web browser
rather than Acrobat). On Mac this link does nothing except open
Firefox which refuses to open the PDF.
The PDF themselves are fine and if clicked on at the source
just fire up Acrobat (in Mac and PC).
Anyone know if it's possible to force a file to open in a
certain App? It doesn't sound very likely!

I can download the new FF4 but when I try to open it, I get the message that my Mac OS X 10.4.11 will not support the program.

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.

Why won't AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe run on my computer??? Please help

I was previously using Adobe Acrobat XI with no issues. All of a sudden on Sunday something crazy happened to my computer and the mouse had a mind of its own - started opening and closing things all the time, right clicking, jumping around etc........
Anyway....... ended up having to go back to factory settings and I cant get my Acrobat Pro XI back now!!
Went to the Adobe site, got the download assistant
Download assistant downloaded Acrobat Pro XI
It then says that it should open automatically, but if it doesnt then find where the file went and open it.
The file that I go to, AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe WILL NOT RUN ON MY COMPUTER???

When I double click on it to run it, I get "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
I have tried with the antivirus turned on and turned off. Same result. Plus I tried to right click and then selected Run as Administrator. Looked ok, but then I got a message stating that Windows cannot find'C:\Users\ME\Adobe Acrobat XI Pro\AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
I am on Windows 8.1 - please help me!!

Make sure if there is any uninstaller in control panel --> programs then uninstall it before installing.
You can also download Acrobat cleaner tool to clean the application before uninstalling.

Can't update ADOBE after many attempts. Why won't it work?

Keep getting messages saying I must update ADOBE. Keep following directions for update. Then I'm disallowed access to anything that requires ADOBE update and a red typed message appears again saying I need to update ADOBE. Why won't this work ? You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.

Why does sound not work on my Mac Air --all setting seem okay. OSX 10.9.2 operating systyem.

Make sure the coorect output devices is selected and the Mute button is not checked.

It says my computer isn't authorized to play that song so I type in my password and it pops up with a menu saying my computer is already authorized and it skips to the next song. No matter what I do it won't play that song on my laptop or my iPod.

Could be a Corrupt download of that song...

onRollOver function, what you have to do is: As the movieClip class

the value if the "i". And then, inside the onRollOver function, you
have to make reference to that property.
