Why won't icloud download?

My hp probook meets all of the system requirements, but as soon as the download gets through 99%, I get an error message saying it won't download.Can someone help?

No idea. Not nearly enough information to go on.
What version of Windows? What happens when you try to install it?

I had similar problem. This worked for me, hope it helps:
In Mail
Open Preferences>Accounts
Select Advanced tab for the iCloud account
Set Authentication to 'Apple Token'
The Password field on the Account Info tab should now have disappeared.
Mail no longer asks for password every time it launches.
(now i just have to solve why mail launches an upgrade dialogue every single time it opens and then proceeds to try and re-download about 25,000 emails...)
Why the Authentication method suddenly switched when I upgraded ML to Mav who knows, but it seems incredible that no-one at Apple came across this, it's one of their prime apps.
In fact, since upgrading to Mav I've had numerous system wide problems with my iCloud accounts not connecting properly or stably - what on earth are the thousands of engineers at Apple doing?

This FAQ should describe the issue - you need to be using Adobe Reader (free) or Adobe Acrobat to fill out the PDF, Preview on the Mac breaks the PDF so it is no longer usable: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2653

LP content can only be downloaded on a computer's iTunes (or 1st gen Apple TV), you can't download them on an iOS device - and I haven't seen anything that say it will change in iOS 8. If you don't have a computer then at the moment you won't be able to download/view LP content

After you buy an album with iTunes LP on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, the album's songs will download directly to the device. The iTunes LP will download to iTunes on your computer when you choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.

What version of iPhoto? Of the OS? what has changed since it worked? How are you trying to open it (clicking on the icon in the Dock, double clicking on the application in the applications folder, ???)?
Anything else you can tell a total stranger who can not see you or your computer to let them assist you?

Would like to add that I have tried unloading outlook 2013, reinstalling itunes and icloud and still get the "install could not start do to unexpected error" when trying to install icloud controll panel and sync.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

I downloaded the creative Suite CS5 for Windows from the Adobe CLP website and I got a file named: DesignPremium_CS5_ LS1.7z which will not load on my Windows machine.
Did I miss a step... What mistake did I make and why won't it unpack and install?

You should have also downloaded a small .exe file with the same name. If you cannot find it then you can manually extract the .7z archive using 7Zip: http://www.7-zip.org/

Why won't iCloud com display calendar subscriptions?

I understand iCloud.com will not display subscribed calendars that are pushed to iCloud. But can anyone explain why? I know how to subscribe to calendars on my MacBook with the Calendar app there, and on my iPhone 6 as well. I know how to keep them in sync via iCloud, and it works. But when I log on to iCloud.com, those subscriptions are not displayed, and after doing some research, it seems to be working as designed...that is, Apple wants it to be that way. I just can't figure out why that's a good thing.

You have to go to icloud.com on a computer, not an iOS device. Also, you won't see the iCloud backup on icloud.com. You can only tell it was successful by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and look at the very bottom under Back Up Now. If it was it will say "Last Backup:" and show the time your backup completed.

Firefox won't download at all. It says extracting then stops. I click save then run then run. Then it says extracting then after that it just stops downloading. WHY?!?!?! Annoying.

Do you get an error? Disable any antivirus or firewall software running on your computer during the update process if you're unpading using iTunes.
If you're trying to update over the air, try doing it with your computer instead.

Why won't iCloud stay on in Keynote for iPad?

In settings, the toggle to turn iCloud on in Keynote for iOS won't stay on. Works fine on iPhone, but they are not syncing with each other. Everytime I turn it on with the iPad, switch to Keynote, then come back to settings, the toggle turns itself off. Yes, I have documents and data turned on in the iCloud settings on both the iPhone and iPad.

Have you tried uninstalling keynote, restarting and reinstalling.
