Why won't iTunes Store adopt the Google approach to apps
Why won't iTunes Store adopt the Google approach of no questions asked refunds within 15 mins if you aren't happy with an app? I have countless apps that I have lost money purchasing because after installation they don't do what I want.
ITunes ripping the public off, one app at a time!
It either A) shows me a white screen where the store should be, B) shows me the white screen with iTunes Store written in the middle or C) actually shows me the store, but as though it can't read all the sophisticated coding and wants to convert it into just plain ol' HTML.
With those symptoms, I'd check through the following document:

(I've seen C reported before with the Bigfoot Networks variation of this sort of business.)

Why won't Itunes store my music library in my User/Music Folder?
If I select my user name as a storage location in Itunes, Itunes creates folders for artist name right in my user folder, instead of in my user/music folder. This gets especially annoying because if I tell Itunes to store my "media" in my user/music folder, Itunes will then create a folder named "music" in my "music" folder and will also create additional folders in my user/music folder location to store other non-music media in as well. Why won't iTunes store save my credit card code?
I have to re-enter my credit card code each time I make a purchase through the iTunes store on my laptop (PC) running Windows XP. Why won't iTunes save it?
Is it actually prompting you for a credit card, or just asking you to verify billing details? Due to recent security issues and identify theft (mostly due to phishing scams), the iTunes Store seems to be requiring more frequent verification of billing information, even if you have a balance from a prepaid card. Go into the Payment information in your account and set the payment method to "none", if it's not already, which should then stop the regular requirements for verification. It may still ask - mine did for a while - but you should just be able to click through the buttons without problems.
By all means, though, if you prefer eMusic, use that service.

Why won't iTunes connect to the iTunes store?
My iTunes software won't connect with the online store. When I click 'Help' from iTunes sw it says I'm not connected to the internet. How to correct?

My app updates in iPad won't install, when I hit update, it says my account is not valid in the Canadian store, and I must switch to the US store before purchasing. So, I sign out of Canadian store, and try to sign into US store, and that won't work either.
It says my Apple ID is not valid in the US store, but it must be, because that's where I made my purchases of all those apps in the first place.
Is it possible I am missing something here? Is this my fault? Can anybody offer a suggestion as to why I cannot sign into USA store?

We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather . -
When I click on the iTunes store, either a blank white screen comes up, or it will open then disappear after a couple seconds and go back to the white screen. Thoughts on why it might be doing this?

Why won't itunes store accept my password?
This is making me crazy. I downloaded a couple of tunes earlier today, and after a reboot the iTunes store no longer accepted my password.
Thinking that I had somehow screwed up something I went to Apple's ID manager and changed my password. Every function (this board, iCloud) will accept my credentials but the iTunes store will not.
Guess Apple does not want my money. Are there other sites similar to iTunes where I can pay for media content?I didn't do anything to fix it - the next day, after another reboot (for an unrelated software update) I opened iTunes and tried again, and it worked fine. Go figure.

Why won't itunes store open on my iphone

I tried to run it as admin, did not work. I tried some winsock reset command, did not work either... I tried to repair my itunes files, did not work!
I have not tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes though, in fear of losing everything that's on it.

Why won't iTunes connect to the internet??
My iPhone 4s is disabled, when i connect the phone to my computer it says that iTunes is unable to connect to the internet. I don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Why won't iTunes stop downloading the same cd over and over again?
I recently downloaded a cd from the itunes store, the download is complete and the songs are on my iPod. Now everytime I pull up iTunes I have 13 new downloads but the songs are already downloaded. I dont want to purchase any thing else untill I have this problem solved. So what do I do? Oh and yes I have the latest version of iTunes.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Why won't iTunes continue to the next track in an album?
Hello.
After recently updating to iTunes 5.2 on my primary computer (a 1.5 GHz. 15-inch PowerBook G4 running Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard)), iTunes will not continue to the next song in an album once a song is finished. In "Album" view, for instance, if I mouse over an album and click "Play Album," iTunes will play the first track on that album, but then will not proceed to play the next track once the first track is finished playing. What's interesting is that I also cannot click the "Next" button (>>) in the upper left-hand corner of the iTunes window and have iTunes play the next track. If I do press the "Next" button, iTunes will instantly stop all music playback and deselect the highlighted abum (if any).
I have tried rebooting my computer and relaunching iTunes multiple times, but all trials have failed to solve the issue. In addition to restarting my computer, I have also tried reinstalling the iTunes application, but again with no luck.
I've looked through the "Preferences" menu (iTunes - Preferences) and have experimented with some of the vaious settings, but have also failed to find a solution.
In addition to my PowerBook, I have iTunes 10.5.2 running on my MacBook without any issues. The PowerPC archetecture of my PowerBook should not have anything to deal with it, should it?
Any help, suggestions, or comments regarding the issue would be greatly appreaciated.
Thank you very much.Okay, I figured out what the problem was. I had to "check" the checkboxes along the left-hand-side of of the track names. iTunes now plays through all of the tracks like it should. :-)
