Why won't my Adobe Professional program activate online or by phone?

Online activation says to phone - phone activation "no longer works, try www.adobe...., which my computer can't find. It says my sign-up time will expire and I can't use the program - is that correct? WHY? I paid for this!!

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Why won't my Adobe Bridge Open? I keep getting an error message. I first installed the free trial of Illustrator CS 6, but a few days ago joined the creative cloud. I would just uninstall & reinstall Bridge, but its not in the list of apps to install. Since joining the cloud I have also installed photoshop & indesign. Doesn't Adobe have chat support? I used in when first signing up for Cloud. Now I can't find it.

Bridge gets installed along with other programs (like Illustrator or Photohop) so it might require uninstalling all CS6 products to be able to reinstall it.
I would uninstall all CS6 products and then reinstall one which includes Bridge from a new user account and test to see if you still get the error.

Why won't Parallels run the program?

OK so I'm an teacher and recently I've recieved new software to try out with my classes and obviously it won't run on my laptop (os Mountain LIon). So I started to investigate the options.
1 Make partitions and run two os's at separate times. NOT working anymore not sure why.
2 Use bootcamp to run the two os's. Haven't tried yet.
3 Use a virtual machine. After investigating I chose to use Parallels 7. It downloaded and seemed very user friendly and even gave me the option of a trial windows 8. I installed it and the program wouldn't work it needs to be a windows 7 so I found one and it wouldn't work either then tried to install Snow Leopard. I tried with the disc that came with my laptop didn't work said that only server versions are supported so I found a server version downloaded it and installed it but it won't even give me the option of seeing the disc within Parallels and my file sharing isn't working with it.
So that's where I'm at, I've been working at this for a week now, reading around and trying new things but still not sure why none of them run the program.
A MichaelLax has posted a detailed way to install snow leopard but I'm not sure why all the terminal parts are necesary if that's what I need to do I'll do it but I don't understand why.

OK so here we go I installed windows again and everything seems to be working as normal so I put the disc in and I took screen shots but it won't load them for some reason but anyways here it is. These are the files and what happens when I click on them
Audio file     audio files always able to access
Video file     same as audio

autorun      when I click on it saws notepad is too small I need a bigger editor

TN_active teach file     when opened on the mac side it says its a powerpc product it won't open and on the windows side it switches to mac and opens stuffit expander (the compression thing I told you about) and then creates a file with nothing in it

the link you posted BobTheFisherman was very helpful except for the fact that I need to install it first but I tried anyways and the indicated files had not been made yet.
In the end though I've come to the conclusion that it is not a Parallels or mac problem but simply one of the software I'm going to look for other windows programs to test how they work though just to prove my hypothesis I thank both of you for your efforts on helping me.

Adobe Muse won't open. It just says it's not responding. I have a big project on this software....I need help!

Did you try to restart your computer and re-try? Do you get some error message when you try to launch Muse? Are you able to open the application directly i.e. not by double clicking on the Muse site file but on the application icon itself? Is that Mac or Windows?

Why won't my adobe Install app deploy...

After inserting and reinserting the first install dvd for CS4...it finally loaded the first disk and downloaded all the information!!! Hooray!
However, when I tried to load the second disk...same thing...it kept spitting it out and not acknowledging it...
But after several more tries Hooray! It loaded up and was succesful in installing CS4 completely...
Now for the other half of my battle...
Upon introducing the CS5 upgrade disk...it loads but will not automatically start uploading and when I: Finder > GO> "computer"> disk icon > cs5 folder icon > install.app icon...it then initializes installer, but halfway into the download it quits with the following message:
"Installer failed to initialize... Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."...been there, done that and it finds no issues, detects no problems, hence no solutions.

Why won't my adobe edge animations play from the start each time they are loaded on an Adobe DPS layout?

Hi there
I have an adobe DPS document with several pages, and edge animations on each page. I want each animation to play from the start when each page is opened, however, the playback seems to be very inconsistent. Some animations play from the start, others half way through, and some playback incorrectly. I want to also be able to return to each page and have the animations reload, instead of just displaying the final frame of the animation.
I have played around with the delay time which doesnt seem to fix it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response. The version of Corel Ventura that we are using worked well with our previous version of Acrobat Pro, which was version 6. We could generate PDFs from Ventura 7 two ways: either by 1) using the printer driver, which is still listed in the application as "Adobe PDF,Net05" or by 2) selecting this driver and checking the "Print to a file" box. This second method produced a ".prn" file that we could then slide onto the Distiller icon to open Distiller and create the PDF file. Neither of these options now works with Acrobat Pro XI. In fact, I just tried the first method again and received the following error message in a Notepad pop-up window:

What I found was any time "TOOLS" or one of the online buttons are clicked or the toolbar on the right that allows you to convert a pdf to word or digitally sign is open reader closes. If you can get that to stay closed reader will open. And again no explanation. No event log. Nothing. If the user is an admin it might work but for a standard user is just closes.

Disabled protected mode and that did not help.
This started to happen just after the last adobe and Windows update on May 14 (patch Tuesday)
