Why won't my computer let me make changes to documents saved in pages and save them again? It keeps saying access denied when its my computer and I have Lion OS X

Right click the document and select 'get info'. Check the permissions for the file. If several of these files have the wrong permissions then you may need to repair user permissions. See this for instructions:

Why won't my computer let me sync songs onto my phone?

My computer isn't allowing me to put songs that are on my computer to my phone. It says that my phone isn't authorized for my computer but I have authorized it 5 times and after i authorize it it tells me that the authorization was complete. Then i try and sync my songs but again it will tell me that my phone isn't authorized. Please help!!

Why won't my computer let me accept a PS request through email?

Each time I get a photo stream request through email, I go to click "Join this Photo Stream," and a screen pops up that simply TELLS me how to accept a photo stream, which, much to my frustration, is exactly what I did to get me to the window that popped up. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there another way to accept PS requests? None show up in my notification center

Uncheck Photo Stream in the System/iCloud preference pane,
reboot and then reenable it. See if that will allow you to join the Shared Photo Stream.

Why won't my computer POST when I change the multiplier

I have an AMD 2400+ and the L1 bridge is closed. I've read people were having great success running this chip at 333Mhz FSB. But whenever I change the multiplier from anything but AUTO the computer won't POST . This is weird because right now it's 15 x 133Mhz
I tried 14, 12.5/13 without changing anything else and the computer won't POST , I have to clear the CMOS with the jumper to get the computer to boot up.
Any ideas?

ok i found what pins to short to unlock it .
I was able to run the chip at 333FSB but my 400Mhz ram wouldn't run at 400 only 333 regardless if I forced it or not.
Sandra memory benchmark increased over 400MB/sec but 3dmarks2001SE was not stable and I lost over 2200 points. Many screen abnormalities and the occasionally freeze. SO I reverted back to the original settings which are fine with me.
I just wanted to hit 15000 on 3dmark for my personal satisfaction I guess it won't happen . Thanks everyone for your help

It's every software company's answer to everything - upgrade to the latest version.
And for good reason, the bugs they know about get fixed, while introducing new ones. Not on purpose, of course, it just happens.

Turn Off your computer. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your computer. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Likely either the batch of media is defective, or the drive itself is not working.
Swap for different media; for a different batch from a different vendor, and also try +R media.
The slot-loading drives on various Mac systems can and variously do fail. If different media doesn't work, then you probably have a failed drive.
If your Mac is of same the vintage as OS X v10.4 that's listed in your footer and you're not in a position to replace or repair the optical drive in your Mac, then you might consider using an external USB CD/DVD device. If you don't have another Mac around to perform the recording on, that is.

Go to About This Mac in the Apple menu.
Click on the Version number in the window that opens. It will change to Build number. What's the build number?
Also, what error message do you see, or any other helping description of what happens when you try to update.

I found the route of the problem! All the songs under 'On This Phone' are completely grayed out! The only question is now how do I ungray them???
