Why won't my ipad slider slide after i turn it completely off
my ipad slider wont work after i turn it on from turning off all the way ill have to wait a few minutes how do i fix that
Well it should not take 5 or 6 tries in order for it to work. There are a couple of other things that you could try but they involve a little bit of work. You could try resetting all settings and you could try restoring your iPad iOS software.
You might have a hardware problem and maybe you would be better off doing as Ralph suggested and make an appointment at an Apple Store and let a tech have a look at it.

keep in mind though it doesnt flash until you have your screen off.
i think the light must glitch out if you change the flash settings in your camera- and the program requires a restart. hopefully apple fixes this bug (:"

old software? that required PowerPC/Rosetta maybe.
Look for any apps, process that used powerpc and look for updates, check out RoaringApps for a table of Lion compatible programs

The Contacts icon may be inside a folder, such as Utilities.

Is it the lightening technology?If you've gone through all that and it's the right kind of SD card, right naming convention etc. try giving your iPad a reset. Sometimes that port gets turned off (for lack of a better term) and a reset turns it back on. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
If it still doesn't work, if you have access to another iPad try the reader on that. THere are some defective ones out there. If it works on another iPad then there's something going on with yours. If it doesn't work on another iPad then you may want to take that reader back and exchange it because it may be bad. -

it seems all is in order, but perhaps the password isn't valid.
if the reset didn't work, try signing out of iTunes and App Store, then back in.
have you tried going to App Store - purchased and tapping on the cloud icon for the apps you want? You will still be asked for your password.
